Customer called regarding a stoppage in the upstairs toilet. Upon arrival, we performed multiple diagnostic tests to determine whether the issue was isolated to the toilet or connected to the main line. After confirming the stoppage was localized to the toilet, we provided an estimate to clear the blockage using a toilet auger. The estimate was approved by the customer, and the work was completed successfully. The stoppage was fully cleared and the toilet was tested multiple times with no further issues observed. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the master bathroom shower where the lower handle for the right hand held sprayer wasn’t working properly. I was able to remove the cartridge to identify it so we can order the replacement for it. I also did a minor toilet rebuild because the toilet kept running. Also when going to turn the water off at the main valve I found that the handle was missing and rusted out. I replaced it with a 1 inch new quarter turn ball valve. After turning the water back on the toilet and main valve were working properly. Once the shower cartridge comes in I will be back to install it. The homeowner paid in full for everything today.
Exception and efficient service!

Upon arrival and during my initial investigation, there is a stoppage located between the first hall bath and the exterior clean out. Pictures and video taken shows that the tub and the toilet is not draining along with bubbling coming from the toilet. This estimate is to provide services for a stoppage unclog. This service includes unclogging the existing sanitary drain line along with a free camera service to locate and mitigate the issue of this stoppage. Customer understands that if additional attempts is needed, then another charge may apply. This sewer snake service is up to 75 feet.

Upon arrival, customer showed me where they would like a new hose installed Upon inspection gave customer two options Option one installing a new waterline from existing waterline inside laundry room to outside of home to install a new hose bib Any option to connect to waterline from outside hose bib and run a new waterline, underground and popping up to the preferred spot for New hose bib Customer only required estimates for today

Customer experienced a break in the main water service line. A third-party handyman performed the repair but failed to properly flush the system, resulting in sediment and debris entering the domestic water lines. This caused significant clogging and malfunction of multiple plumbing fixtures throughout the residence. Provided a detailed estimate for fixture replacements and system flushing to restore full functionality. Per customer, the issue originated from improper work performed under the direction of the Homeowners Association. Customer will submit estimate to HOA for reimbursement and will contact our office upon receiving approval to proceed.
Kim was well mannered, knowledgeable, professional and got right to identifying and correcting the problem. In addition, the woman who did the intake when I called and Trinity, also were great in letting me know all the necessaries.

Upon arrival, customer informed me that she thinks she had a clogged toilet, so she turned the water off to the toilet and called us. I advised customer I would need to run a brief diagnostic to find out what was causing the back up. After brief diagnostic, I determine that there were some paper in the line, and I would need to use the toilet auger to auger it out. When I attempted to auger the toilet, I did feel there was something stopping the auger almost immediately before the P-trap, I auger the toilet two more times and eventually the auger went through and I flushed the toilet after the toilet flush normally, even though there was a high water rise from the tank. I noticed that the tank Was set to a level two high, and I explained to the customer that the tank is most likely dumping too much water into the toilet. I advised customer that to give her peace of mind. I would pull the toilet and make sure that there was nothing lodged in the drain. I also inspected under the toilet

Customer reported visible water around the base of the toilet. No active leak observed during inspection, but based on water patterns and appearance, it is suspected that the toilet bowl caulking may be concealing a leak from the closet seal (wax ring) beneath the toilet. Plan is to remove existing caulk, pull and reset the toilet, and replace the wax ring to ensure a proper seal between the toilet and closet flange. Area will be re-caulked upon completion. Provided a detailed estimate for the recommended work; customer will reach out when ready to proceed. No additional issues noted at time of visit.

Removed and replaced existing 50-gallon natural gas water heater. Installed new 1/4-turn gas shut-off valve and re-piped gas connection using flex line. Connected to existing Type B venting system using a properly sized draft hood and vent connector (sluth) to ensure safe flue gas evacuation. Replaced old water shut-off with new full-port brass ball valve on the cold water supply line. System was leak-tested, burner assembly verified for proper ignition, and unit tested for full functionality. All work performed to current plumbing and mechanical code.

Upon arrival, customer informed me that he had a whole house stoppage, and every fixture was backing up. I immediately noticed that his toilet was bubbling and the shower did not drain. Customer had multiple bathrooms in the house and every single fixture was backing up. I advised customer that I would need to run a stoppage detection diagnosis which would require me to gain access to the roof. The first thing I did was snake the line from the main 3 inch vent. After 70 feet of K 60 real I hit something solid and it began to bind. after removing the snake, I attempted to camera the line and the line was holding water. I was able to still see just barely above the water so I ran the camera slowly until I hit something solid and then use the locator to find where the camera stopped. The locator stopped about 1 foot off the side of the north side of the house. I advised customer that there was something solid in the line and the only way for us to clear the stoppage would be to replace a

Customer requested estimate for replacement of existing 50-gallon natural gas (NG) water heater. Provided detailed proposal including labor, material, and code-compliant installation. Customer approved scope of work and submitted deposit. Installation scheduled for next business day.

Upon arrival, the customer reported that three toilets were backing up. I recommended pulling and resetting all three toilets, along with clearing the line. The customer approved the work. Upon further inspection, only one toilet needed to be pulled to successfully clear the stoppage affecting all three fixtures. A camera inspection was performed, and significant buildup was observed in the line. I advised the customer that a high-pressure jetting service is recommended to thoroughly clean the system. The customer is aware and will contact us when ready to proceed with the jetting service. Note: No warranty is provided on the stoppage.

Excellent and knowledgeable
Kameron was great and did a wonderful job with our hot water installation. We were told it was a 2 man job and Kameron showed up alone and was on the job for 10 hours. No fault of his and he was very patient. Unfortunately, because the job took so long we had to cancel our flight and leave the next day. We do not understand why Kameron was sent alone for this job when he came 3 days prior with another guy for the estimate.
James is our go-to guy from now on! We had a couple of difficult repairs that he handled expertly.
On time, professional, knowledgeable. Great personality. Awaiting the install of two toilets, snake and camera work.

Great Team to work with. Licensed plumbers far exceed handy-plumbers.
