Upon arrival I installed customer supplied 8 inch spread lavatory faucet in hall bath and I also submitted estimate to customer for two chrome pop-up assemblies for master bathroom. Customer accepted that estimate. Everything has been water tested as per videos taken and is in good working condition.

Technician also installs toilet seat bolts for customers master bathroom toilet. Water was restored to the home in the kitchen faucet is operational with no issues.

Upon arrival we began to install the RO system. Couldn’t connect the copper ice line due to condition and the estimate was revised to include replacing the ice line. After installation, we checked for leaks and none are present and our installs are operating properly

Job details: Technician removed all the leaking 50 gallon water heater. Technician then proceeded to install new 50 gallon 4500 W heater. Heater includes a new pan, re-piped the copper pipe to the heater with a new ball valve and Installed an electrical switch.

On arrival, customer had 1 inch gate valve for main shut off right side of home. Gate valve was recessed into block exterior wall. Jackhammered around gate valve, exposing gate valve removed and installed ball valve rough patched exterior wall. Powder bath and master bath toilet customer would like to have replaced.. removed both toilets and supplied and installed two Kohler highline white two-piece and elongated toilets. Replaced both shut off valves with new quarter turn stops tested all my work found working properly.

Job summary Replaced old laundry machine box in upstairs laundry room. We cut drywall outs so exact measurements, cut out old copper fittings and old section of PVC pipe. Those sections were replaced with new copper fittings, new copper piping and new PVC connection. Water was turned on and tested all connections. Work is complete there were no leaks and no issues. Technician also flushed water heater for additional charge.

Replace fill valve with Korky fill valve and change flapper to a Toto flapper. Flushed about a dozen times and it worked fine.

Upon arrival we were shown to the kitchen where shown to the current filtration system and it had a foul smell. The filter cartridge was past the time it should Have been changed. Customers inquired about filtration systems we recommend and we informed them of the 4 stage kitchen reverse osmosis system and the Neo pure carbon and descaling combo condo filtration systems. We were then shown to a tub spout with a bad diverter. The estimate to replace the tub spout was agreed on and after we installed the new spout, We ensured it was operating properly and leak free. Estimates for the filtration options has been sent over to the customer

Customer purchased a reverse osmosis (RO) system, which was installed by Salties Plumbing. Despite multiple service visits, the system continues to leak. After evaluating the existing RO unit, I recommended replacing it with a new jtp system to resolve the ongoing issues. During the visit, the customer expressed interest in a tankless RO system. I advised that we can install either a JTP-supplied system or a customer-supplied system, depending on their preference. Provided estimates for both options. The customer will contact us once they decide on and purchase the new RO system.
