Upon arrival the toilet in the master bathroom wouldn’t fill properly after doing the major rebuild. After evaluating the toilet I found that the flapper on the flush valve wasn’t working properly. I changed out the flapper and flushed the toilet several times. The toilet is now filling up properly and the new flapper is making a good seal on the flush valve.

Upon arrival to the home I met with Lenny who came out to show me the water filtration system by the front door. He mentioned it was here when he moved in 7 years ago. He believes the system is at least 15 plus years old. He’s been having issues with it and has called culligan a few times this year, and he stated every time they come out he doesn’t get a good feeling and things still don’t work. His salt bin hasn’t decreased in the last 3 months, after it was decreasing monthly, which is still too much for two people. I told him we can’t work on those systems, they have their own technicians and policies.
