Issue Description: Upon arrival, we inspected the water heater and confirmed that it was not heating up as expected. After a thorough assessment, we provided several options to address the issue based on the condition of the current heater and the client’s preferences. 1. Option 1: Rebuild of Existing Water Heater (Least Recommended) We offered the option to rebuild the current water heater. This would involve replacing faulty components such as the heating elements, thermostats, and anode rods. While this solution may restore the water heater’s functionality in the short term, we do not recommend this as a long-term solution for the following reasons: • Age of the Unit: The current water heater is nearing the end of its useful life. • Cost-Effectiveness: The cost of repairs may approach or exceed the cost of replacement in the long term, especially considering future repairs that may be needed soon. • Energy Efficiency: The existing water heater is significantly less energy-effi
During our inspection of the Grundfos booster pump at your property, we identified several issues that need to be addressed to restore the system to proper working condition. Findings & Recommendations: 1. O-Ring and Filter Seal Leaks: • The current O-ring and filter seal are leaking. Upon further inspection, we found that the root cause of this issue is a section of PVC piping that was installed under stress. This improper installation has put undue pressure on the pump’s components, including the seals, causing them to wear out prematurely and resulting in leaks. Recommendation: • Replace the O-ring and filter seal to stop the current leaks. 2. PVC Piping Replacement: • The section of PVC piping connected to the pump needs to be replaced. Since it was installed under tension, it continues to exert stress on the pump’s seals. If this pipe is not corrected, any repairs made to the pump, such as replacing the O-ring, will likely fail again over time due to the persistent strain

Appliance Repairs: It was also noted during our visit that the re
