Building called requesting plumber to come out and provide estimate for 26 valves in building .when we arrived , while speaking to unit maintenance crew and the association manager they stated they only needed to replace 3 valves and a Backflow that can’t be shutdown in case of an emergency .we advised to them that once the Backflow and main valves are done , we can proceed with the other valves in question if needed. Sent email, awaiting for approval from board which can take up to 1 week. Will follow up accordingly.

Upon arrival we corrected the infraction by elevating the heater due to a failed inspection. Checked for leaks no leaks and the heater is now elevated above the drain.

Upon arrival, the customer’s main water valve was identified as outdated and in poor condition, and the exterior hose bib was actively leaking. We proceeded to replace the main shut-off valve to the house, ensuring secure and proper water control. Additionally, we removed and replaced the leaking hose bib, restoring full functionality and preventing further water loss. All work was completed efficiently and tested for proper operation.

Upon arrival customer showed me water heater they need replacing Gave customer option to install new 50 gallon 4500 W water heater with emergency shut off expansion tank And a new emergency shut off valve for home customer agreed At this time, everything is installed Customer has six year warranty parts and labor on the heater One year warranty on everything else

Upon arrival customer (tenant) has a leaking hot water heater. We provided a replacement along with a switch install. Customer said he has to get a hold of the owner and could take a few hours to hear back. Estimate was emailed over.

Upon arrival, customer showed me the water heater that we recently installed. Temperature was never turned up. Temperature up to 130 upon customers request. The customer had to leave to catch flight. Will try to identify shower cartridge that is needed. If we cannot identify, we will have to return to take a trim plate apart in cartridge to identified which cartridge is needed to be installed. Customer is aware and will call when she gets back in town.

Customer said they were getting no hot water from the heater on the right side of the house.. after diagnostic, I determined it was the booster. The booster needed to be activated and the heater was off. I reset the booster and the hot water worked. Customer saitisfied.

Upon arrival I was shown to the toilet in question. The valve was in the off position. I turned on the toilet filled. I flushed about 5 times to try to recreate the problem I was informed about and couldn’t. As of today, the toilet is working fine

Upon arrival to the location, we were let in by security who showed us the service entrance downstairs. We met Alan upstairs, advised him we were shutting down the water and began removing old water heater. We connected new water heater in place and tested for leaks by turning the main back on. No leaks were detected, so we hooked up electrical and turned unit on. Hence, I showed Alan how to use the app and connected his phone to the water heater. In addition, we then got the right flapper in place on the leaking toilet. Customer call John the plumber out today because they just moved into their new home and they need a few things done. Customer purchased two faucets that she would like to be installed and a garbage disposal. In order to install the faucet in the master bathroom and the garbage disposal, technician will have to re-pipe to drain lines. Customer would also like a price on installing a icemaker line. Technician will give the customer a few options to resolve your issues today. Job details: Kitchen: Technician installed owner supplied garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and re-piped drain lines. Technician also ran a icemaker line to the refrigerator with a new shut off valve. Master bathroom: T technician installed customer provided widespread faucet and re-piped drain lines. Water was turned on to the apartment. Everything was tested. All fixtures are operational.

Upon arrival I was shown to a tub spout that was blown off. An estimate to replace it was agreed on and after the work was done I made sure it was functioning properly and no water coming from anywhere it shouldn’t be. I was informed that there was a leak coming from the bathroom on their downstairs neighbor. I informed them that we’d have to do a leak detection to figure out exactly what was going on so. I tried to replace the tub drain and it didn’t budge one centimeter, but I reiterated that the leak detection would be the best route to go on this and the customer agreed

NEw RO faucet was wrong size at the base. Hole in countertop w Is 1.5” so the base and washer needs to be wider. Will need to order a different RO faucet.

We met with the homeowner to discuss running a gas line from the existing ¾” outdoor propane line to the kitchen stove area. The homeowner would like a new gas line installed for a future gas stove. We informed the homeowner that the quoted price for the installation will be sent via email. The price will reflect installation without permits. If a price including permits is requested, the scope of work will change and the price will be adjusted accordingly. The homeowner also asked about an issue with the sprinkler system, which is leaking at a compression union connected to the solenoid valve. We recommended contacting a licensed sprinkler company to make this repair. We also observed a leak at the Culligan water treatment system, where a cracked glued fitting is leaking on the bypass valve. We advised sourcing the replacement part online to resolve this issue. Customer scheduled replacement of fittings for. Ian water service for today. Upon arrival, I began to dig down to the meter fitting and expose the pipe between the meter and the RPZ. Supply was 3 feet int the ground. After accesssing the pipe, I cut out the fittings from the meter to the backflow riser. Replacement included copper transition to 1” PVC. New fittings were tested under pressure. No leaks. Customer also wanted me to to send a pin estimate for replacing a wall mount service sink faucet. 8” spread. I sent over estimate.

Upon arrival to the location, we met with Barbara who showed us inside to one bathroom where she said her kids leaned back on the tank and got a gush of water. She had a towel on the floor but the toilet was not leaking when we arrived. We observe the toilet and flushed numerous times and did not see any leaking in no area. Moreover, we checked out the water heater and main valve which were updated. Her water heater is 7 years old, and she’s aware once it gets to 10 years she would have to start thinking about replacing. We asked if there were any other concerns in the home, Barbara stated that was it, they do a good job of maintaining per Barbara.

We walked over to building F where we waited 10 minutes and called both numbers on file multiple times and didn’t reach any one. We then walked to the office where we met with laz who stated we already were here for the estimates two days ago. He stated it must’ve been miscommunication but he already has the estimates.

We met with Chris, the homeowner, to review the option of repairing the damaged pipe. The entire repair process was explained in detail to ensure he understood the next steps. During today’s visit, we also opened the wall a bit more to confirm that the cast iron pipe above the slab was intact and not broken. Additionally, we applied an eco-friendly pesticide inside the wall as a preventative measure. Chris stated that he plans to move forward and will contact us to schedule the work once he’s ready

Upon arrival customer informed me that his shower head fell off while adjusting it. He said he could not screw the head back on. After looking over the situation, I determined he was cross threading because he needed to clean the threads before he attempted to rethread it. I cleaned thread applied new pipe dope. Shower head already had a gasket. After tightening shower head in place, I tested to make sure shower head functioned properly. No leaks. Customer satisfied.

While doing the leak detection and 304 I came to the conclusion that it is coming from above units . Ross went to fourth floor sixth floor and seventh floor and filled all the sinks with no leaks in this stack . The only unit we could not get into was unit 504. Spoke with Thomas the headboard manager he said he is going to give us a call back to further diagnose the problem and the building will be paying for it. Scope of work . Remove drywall located in living room due to a leaking pipe behind the wall. This is a leak detection. Customer currently has the water shut off to unit. John, the plumber is not responsible for replacing drywall. Once plumbing leak has been diagnosed in estimate will be submitted and if customer decides to move forward 50% of this will be credited back towards labor and materials for leak. Upon arrival, we were informed of a clog affecting the guest toilet. After assessing the situation, we utilized a hand auger to access and manually clear the obstruction. The auger was carefully run through the toilet to break through and dislodge the blockage, which we determined to be caused by a toy that had been flushed. Once the obstruction was cleared, we confirmed that the toilet was flushing and draining properly. We advised the customer to avoid flushing any non-flushable items to prevent future issues.

Upon arrival, the customer promptly directed us to the area of concern, indicating sluggish drainage and an active backup at the exterior clean-out. After a thorough preliminary assessment, we proceeded to utilize a K60 sectional machine to mechanically clear the obstruction. The affected line is comprised of aging 3-inch cast iron piping, which exhibits significant internal scaling and mineral accumulation consistent with long-term degradation. During the clearing process, we retrieved several non-dispersible wipes from the line. We explicitly advised the customer that such materials should never be introduced into the drainage system, as they are a primary contributor to obstructions, particularly in older cast iron infrastructure. Following the mechanical cleaning, we verified that the system was flowing optimally, with excellent discharge velocity and no present signs of restriction. This was a warranty job upon entry into the kitchen. I tested badger five incinerator garbage disposal that we installed last month and the blades on the inside were rattling very badly. I believe that something was dropped down in there, but I could not verify after speaking with Renée in the office, I was informed that I can switch the garbage disposal with no charge.. as per video shown new incinerator garbage disposal runs normal and customer verified no leaks and in good working condition
