Upon arrival customer had a complaint of water coming from base of toilet. We pulled toilet to find a 5” toilet flange that had a minimal amount of wax for a seal. While toilet was pulled we ran camera down toilet flange to find no imperfections in pipe. We then installed a new wax seal for toilet and installed toilet with new supply line to tank. We spoke to pipe lining company and they had acidently sealed drain line to toilet as well as shower. Line is now open and flowing as it should. Plumbing Service Report We completed the installation of two owner-supplied 4-inch spread bathroom faucets along with their respective pop-up assemblies. After installation, we tested both units thoroughly and confirmed that no leaks were present. We also replaced the existing kitchen faucet with a new owner-supplied unit. The faucet was installed and tested, and no leaks were observed. Additionally, we replaced the existing InstaHot unit under the kitchen sink with another InstaHot unit, also provided by the owner. The new unit was installed and tested, and no leaks were found. During our inspection, we noted the presence of an old water filter system located under the kitchen sink. We strongly recommended that this filter system be either removed or replaced. Removed both toilets, replaced both stops for toilets with 1/4 turn stops. Left toilet flange was to high. Removed and replaced flange. Installed two new kohler highline biscuit two peace elongated toilets. Tested all work good.

Upon entering into the home, I checked both toilets multiple times, and there was no visible sign of leaks in either toilet. I called customer on the recorded line from the tablet and asked her if she still wanted me to change the wax ring on the toilet that was thought to be the problem and she said no. I expressed my opinion in regards to at this time there is no current leak, but I will change the waxing if she would like, and she told me if there was more problems in the future, she would have to call me back. Customer had stoppage on left side of home. He had another company out and they ran 100ft of cable through left guest bathroom toilet. On arrival guest bathroom toilet was lifted. Ran tub. Didn’t find water backing up. Ran camera through toilet flange 75 ft. Didn’t find any obstructions in sewer piping. Replaced broken flange and reinstalled toilet. Flushed toilet 10 times tested good.

I also submitted an estimate for a one bathroom group sanitary re-pipe.

Upon arrival, the homeowner showed me the refrigerator that they thought had no water and the tub in the master bathroom that had no water. I was able to put the refrigerator in the water mode and was able to get water from the refrigerator. Then in the bathroom, it is an old style moen shower valve that pulls out. I showed them how to use it. After my diagnosis both concerns were resolved.

This estimate is to provide service for a fluorometer water closet rebuild. John, the plumber will provide a full service rebuild on this fluorometer, which is to include a new diaphragm, spring, gaskets and handle due to the existing fluorometer continuously running. Customer understands that if for any reason this fluorometer continues to run, then it would be recommended for the whole fluorometer to be changed out to ensure longevity. If this water closet fluorometer is changed out John the plumber offers a two year parts and labor hassle free warranty. I had no extra cost. John power will provide services to unclog the existing urinal located in the West Wing due to this urinal, not flushing fully and standing urine at the bottom. No payment was collected. Upon arrival, customer informed me that the drain that I installed on the sink on a previous visit was leaking still. After diagnostic, I determined that the leak was caused from the ball lever on the pop-up assembly. I tightened the nut and replaced the pop-up washer. I tested multiple times for leaks and did multiple drop test. No leaks. Customer also wanted me to look at some other plumbing in the house. Customer showed me a wet spot on the second floor on the west side of the house. After a light leak detection, I determined that it was the toilet that was causing the leak. The toilet is on the third floor. I previously did a minor rebuild on this toilet. I advised customer that I would need to pull the toilet and disconnect it from the flange to assess whether or not the water was going down. Upon arrival, customer informed me that she had a back up in her kitchen sink. I advised customer I would do a brief diagnostic to find out what was causing the stoppage. After diagnosis, I determine that the cause of the stoppage was a clogged P-trap. I advised customer that I would need to replace the P-trap and re-pipe the drainage system for her dual sink. Customer agreed and I begin to work. After piping the sanitary for the dual sink, I tested both sinks to make sure that it worked fluid and there were no leaks. Customer very satisfied.
