Customer needed 2 hairdresser sinks hooked up and installed. I installed 2 hot and 2 cold emergency stops for the chairs and also extended drain line out for installation of cabinets. Then after cabinets were installed. I installed both chairs to the drains and water supply lines . After checking for leaks and function found a leak on one of the chairs supply hoses . Since the customer had bought the chairs used on line I offered to get the model # of the chair and see if a new drain hose can be ordered and installed.Customer said do not worry about it and they would live with it.

I was out here prior to the cartridge for a customer for a single faucet unable to take out the cartridge so customer had a customer supply faucet. We discussed a price at $350 I’ll take $175 now to come back and finish the job so due today is $175. Replaced all faucet with new faucet checked operation fully functional.

I came back to install insulation felt on dishwasher washer and to strap drain hose for dishwasher so it would not rub on the lazy Suzan wheel of cabinet. Checked all work for leaks and function. No issues.

Upon arrival we had to cut open the wall to replace the drop ear 90 due to the shower arm snapping n off when trying to unscrew it. We we replaced a section of pipe and added a new drop ear 90. Re assembled everything and tested for leaks. No leaks. We need to reschedule the shower cartridge portion because we do not have e the correct one. Upon arrival customer had a blockage in main sewer line. We ran camera after relieving blockage to find a large root cluster near the city lateral. We will have to contact the city of west palm in order to remove sidewalk and replace sidewalk. We will not have any further information until Monday morning to possible afternoon. Arrived to backfill, at this time pictures were taken and uploaded and backfill is completed and job is ready for final inspection.

Customer is having issues with low pressure on both faucets in master bathroom and also having an error code on washer machine displaying no water getting to unit. I checked both air raiders and took rubber water restraints out to fix’s the flow on both sinks then checked both supply lines to washer to make sure unit is getting water. Both supply lines to washer were working good. I ran a cycle and no errors codes came up. I told tenant if an error code comes up on the washer to take a picture and call an appliance repair company because the plumbing to the unit is good.

Upon arrival, I inspected the master bathroom and found that the toilet handle chain needed to be replaced. I proceeded to replace the chain connecting the handle to the flapper, then tested the system to ensure it was functioning properly.

Customer has had a water high water bill the past few months I need to run a leak search. Customer agreed to leak search after performing leak searched found few issues around home that are causing the water bill to skyrocket first was a pinhole leak on the right side sink at the Ingle stop as well as both toilets needed a minor rebuild after installing operation meter and we have no movement. Noticed kitchen sink left side tailpiece nut was cracked and had a drip edge provided customer with estimate to be replaced. Customer had 3 accordion traps in his guest bathroom and master bathroom. I advised him I would replace them with standard tubular ptraps. After replacing all three P traps , I ran multiple drop tests to check for leaks. No leaks. Customer also needed and angle stop replaced for his toilet supply. This required me to shut the water to the house down. After replacing stop, I tested for leaks. No leaks. I also provided customer with a 4 point plumbing diagnostic to make sure his systems are running efficiently. Water pressure was good throughout the house. All drains were flowing perfectly. Checked for any corrosion on pipes. No corrosion. Customer plumbing is up to code.

Upon arrival we were shown to the bathroom where water was dripping from the tub spout. We then explained that we’d have to diagnose it to identify the cartridge. We found that he also has a gate Valve for his main and explained the risks that these types of valves bring and that we would replace it with a ball valve that’s much more trustworthy and won’t fail in an emergency situation. We were also shown to a toilet that needed a minor rebuild. We couldn’t do any work today due to the cleaners being there and them needed the water to be on. Estimates has been sent to the customer.

Customer has 75 gallon natural gas heater that is dripping from an internal location. Called Bradford white customer service in-which they directed us to Ferguson because unit is still under warranty. We will be picking up unit from west palm beach Ferguson location and installing unit, Ferguson has confirmed having heater in stock. Also customer has made a 50% deposit for installation via card payment, work will be done at later time due to scheduling

Customer called John the plumber out to the home today because she has a leak on the outside of the home. Customer does it know if the leak is coming from the irrigation system or the main water feed to the home. Customer had a handyman come out to run a leak search and customer states that he concluded that the leak was actually from the main water source and not the irrigation system. Technician will have to perform an electronic leak search to pinpoint where the leak is coming from. *Leak search estimates does not include the repair*

Job details: The technician was called out to the customers home today to shorten the electrical whip on the circulating pump for the water heater. Technician came on Friday to resolve the customers issue that he was having with the pump. The pump was backwards. Technician shortened electrical whip, and the customer is satisfied with the results.

Arrived to customer home to give estimate on two toilets. One is in the guest bathroom and one is in the master bathroom. While in the bathrooms and inspecting area with permission, we suggested the replacement of the emergency stops under the vanity and also minor rebuilds of both toilets. Customer call John the plumber out to the home today because he’s experiencing a clog in his kitchen sink. Find investigation, technician saw that there was a clean out behind the kitchen that sewer technician will run to snake. Technician also noticed that customers water heater is over 10 years old and customer should think about replacement soon. Also main valve is partially opened. Technician will give the customer if you are options to resolve issues today. Clear kitchen drain with drill snake KITCHEN DRAIN LINES CAN CLOG FROM GREASE, FOOD, OR SOMETHING THAT ACCIDENTALLY GOES DOWN THE DRAIN Job details: Technician ran K 45 down the kitchen clean out in the back patio to clear the blockage. When technician ran the snake, he discovered that there was a lot of grease in the line and also food from the garbage disposal. Technician ran water down the line and filled up the sink and it drains properly. No warranty.

Arrived to diagnose recirculating pump that was not servicing tankless heaters sufficiently, after testing and running water. We came to the conclusion that water pump needed to be flipped to proper direction. After uninstalling unit and reinstalling with arrow facing correct direction for proper flow. We turned water back on and power from power breaker and ran water for 10 minutes, in-which water ran hot and customer was satisfied with work done.

Replacement of two emergency stops and supply lines going to faucet in guest bathroom. We Removed old multi turn style emergency stops with new quarter turn style. After installation we turned water on and tested for leaks, all work is done and completed to customers satisfaction.

Customer called wanting to get estimates for a heater and a dryer gas conversion. When I arrived I evaluated entire home which was recently remodeled entirely. I provided estimates on multiple heater options along with gas dryer connection however customer stated he wants to speak to Mike since that’s who he initiated the conversation with and speak with his wife.
