This optional includes Removing drainage and clearing stoppage No warranty on stoppage The customer contacted us regarding a backup in the master bathroom sink. Upon arrival, the technician assessed the issue and proceeded to clear the blockage using a K-50 snake cable. During the process of retracting the cable, we retrieved a significant amount of hair along with a small nail, both of which were contributing to the obstruction in the line. Additionally, we observed that the head of the snake cable appeared unusually shiny upon removal. This is often an indication that the cable came into direct contact with an open or damaged section of pipe, suggesting a possible break or crack in the drainage line. We attempted to further investigate the condition of the drainage pipe and stack using a visual inspection; however, due to the presence of residual water in the line, we were unable to obtain a clear view or perform a full assessment at this time. Given the likelihood of a break

Came out today because there was a belief that the lack of hot water had something to do with the shower valve we installed Friday. I explained how that couldn’t possible be the case and we informed the customer that we’d have to diagnose the water heater. After diagnosing we discovered that the right element is bad. This also was confirmed with Rheem support. We informed the customer of this and an estimate to replace the three elements in the Rtex27 tankless water heater has been sent to the customer. Special order parts so a 50% deposit is required for us to order them and then we’ll install them once they come in

Homeowner was not home, we arrived and diagnosed toilet to be leaking. Offered to rebuild toilet which customer agreed via email. After work was complete, I tested the toilet and no leaks were observed.

We met with the homeowner regarding a 50-gallon water heater that was no longer functioning properly. After inspecting the unit, we explained that due to its age and condition, it was no longer a candidate for repair and would need to be replaced. The homeowner agreed to move forward with the replacement. We removed the existing water heater and installed a new 50-gallon unit. During the installation, we reconnected the existing recirculation system, ensuring that all connections were secure and properly integrated with the new unit. Once the installation was complete, we filled the tank, purged the system of air, and brought the unit up to operating temperature. We tested the water heater and verified that there were no leaks. We also tested the recirculation system and confirmed full functionality. No issues were observed following installation. The new water heater comes with a six-year warranty, which includes both parts and labor. No further recommendations at this time.

Upon arrival we were shown to a leaking shower valve and a kitchen sink that was loose, had low pressure and wasn’t getting hot. An estimate to replace the shower valve was agreed on and after the install was complete we we tested our connections for leaks and none were present and ensured the Valve was operating properly. We then tightened the faucet and cleared debris in the line as a courtesy but when the water still wasn’t getting hot we checked the breaker and realized that the rtex 27 tankless heater was only on a 40 amp breaker. This was the problem why things take long to get hot even if at all and multiple fixtures can’t be used simultaneously. This heater requires 3 40amp breakers to operate efficiently. Customer needs an electrician to resolve this issue.
Excellent service and so professional

Upon arrival to the location, we met with Deborah at the front door and she gave me the ok to turn the main valve off. Once we got the meter off, we cut into the main line and made the necessary repair to the main line. Moreover, we counties around the exterior and made the swap out for the other two hose bibs. We then went inside and replace fill valve. We turned the meter back on and tested for leaks at each location we worked on and everything is operating accordingly. Hence, we then walked with Deborah around the home and showed her what we did. In conclusion, all is operating accordingly at the moment. Leak search up to 1.5 hours PINPOINTING A LEAK CAN BE TOUGH, THAT'S WHY WE USE THE MOST SOPHISTICATED EQUIPMENT ON THE MARKET. ONCE WE FIND THE LEAK WE WILL GIVE YOU OPTIONS ON REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT Leak Detection & Diagnostic Summary The customer contacted us after observing water actively dripping from the ceiling directly below an upstairs hallway bathroom. Upon arrival, we discussed the concern in detail and provided a written estimate to perform a full diagnostic leak search. The customer approved the estimate, and we proceeded with a step-by-step investigation to determine the source of the leak. Our first step was to conduct a pressure test on the domestic water supply lines to rule out any potential failures in the high-pressure system. The water lines maintained consistent pressure throughout the test, indicating that no active leaks were present in the pressurized piping. We then carefully cut a small access opening in the ceiling below the affected bathroom to inspect b

Client contacted us regarding a suspected water intrusion issue within the wall cavity adjacent to the master bathroom shower. Upon arrival, our technician was directed to an existing drywall cut-out located on the reverse side of the shower wall, exposing ½-inch copper supply lines connected to the shower mixing valve. The concern originated from a moisture meter reading previously conducted by a third-party home inspector, prompting further evaluation. A detailed estimate was presented for a whole-home pressure test to verify the integrity of the domestic water lines. The customer approved the diagnostic procedure. The pressure test was conducted and confirmed that the system maintained stable pressure with no observable loss, effectively ruling out an active leak within the copper supply lines or shower valve assembly. Further visual inspection was performed around the base of the tiled shower enclosure. Multiple hairline cracks and minor grout deterioration were observed along th

Upon arrival, customer showed me both toilets that we repaired upon inspection of toilets, asked customer if there was anything else that was going on with plumbing that they needed us to look at this time. Everything is working. I will call back if any other issues arise.
Thank you

Upon arrival to the location, I met with Karen who showed me inside. She explained the toilet has been draining slow or clogged, she’s not sure but for the past week. They’ve been at the house for three years, the toilets were already at the home. No other fixture in the bathroom is backing up according to Karen. I took a look and flushed, didn’t see any water bubble but it did not flush accordingly. I looked inside the tank and everything was operating properly. She has the same toilet in another bathroom and it flushes how it’s suppose to. I told her if there’s a clog, it’s going to be at the toilet, and not fully in the line. Furthermore, she stated she tried augering it with a small auger from Home Depot. I told her I could give her the option of pulling the toilet and using the machine to clear it but she mentioned she’ll rather the option of me attempting to auger first. After showing her the options she agreed with the auger. I got the auger and about 5-10 minutes, I checked the

Upon arrival to the home, I met with Deborah who showed me inside. She currently has another company doing some cleaning in the home. She took me to the master bathroom and began by stating the toilet fills and sometimes it doesn’t. The toilet looked relatively new, i asked her and she mentioned everything in the home was renovated about 4 years ago. She then showed me two faucets in the other bathroom which drips occasionally. There’s no brand on the faucets but she did find the company and model number. I advised her we’ll need to find the repair cartridges if there are any. Furthermore, I asked to check the water heater which is from 2017, and the main valve. The main valve is a gate valve as well as the hose bibs, I recommended Deborah she upgrade the outside valves and she agreed. Thus, I asked for a moment while I got her some options based off what we discussed. In addition, I looked up the wall mounted faucets and did not find any repair parts, I advised Deborah and she mention
