Upon arrival I flushed the toilet and there was blockage but not much, I figured that the auger would do the job. But after I snaked the toilet and flushed a couple of times it began to really back up, at this time I realized that I was going to have to do a pull and reset to run the k-60 machine. I ran up to 40 feet and the water began to go down. After I reset the toilet I flushed it up to 10 times and it flush well. I then had to customer to check the toilet to make sure it was working properly.

Customer called requesting shower heads to be replaced.when we arrived we noticed customer was a previous customer of ours in different address and now bough this new home.he had all modern plumbing valves and fixtures and heater changed recently along with the remodel however he didn’t have washer hose bibs replaced , so we proceeded to provide estimates for such in which he approved.job has been completed.paid in full This option includes the following New washer hose bibs New stainless supply lines Install shower elbow and shower heads owner supplied

Upon I arrive I entered the guest bathroom to find that the toilet was clogged , I gave it a quarter flush and it did not overflow. At this point it indicates to me that I would need to use the auger to clear the stoppage. I us the auger to unclog the stoppage in the guest bathroom. I then flushed the toilet 5 times to make sure the blockage was cleared. I also cleaned the toilet for good measure. Finally I had the customer to come and check the toilet to make sure it was flushing and working properly.

Upon this visit customer had a membership check up. We flushed water heater and water heater seems healthy as it should. Further inspection all plumbing also seemed healthy other than the emergency stops underneath the dual vanity and the dual emergency stop under kitchen sink. In secondary bath toilet supply line was updated as well as valve. In secondary bath toilet supply line as well as valve should be updated. Estimate provided for repair. I replaced customers cartridge in master shower and the universal handle was slippin . They do not make a handle for this cartridge so I ordered a universal handle (Danco cross arm handle). I will return to install handle once part comes in. Customer is pleased to have the issue resolved.

Upon arrival customer and ha sensor faucet from moen that would constantly keep running. After further diagnosis we turned off the water to the supply box and removed the receptacle hose to the spout and then turned on the water and let it irrigate into a bowl. After reconnecting the hose we tested the faucet and it now shuts off and turns on without any issues. Customer satisfied.

Upon arrival customer wanted an estimate to replace washer box. Further inspection customer wants to replace 2 lavatory faucets, shower cartridge in primary bathroom, installation of an RO System underneath a kitchen sink, and to replace the main water shut off to the condo. We put together a combined estimate and gave a great deal. Customer promised to write a great review and recommend us to anyone who needs a plumber. Customer had a problem with the toilet running which I replaced the fill valve which was a warranty replacement the last time I was here . She was having the same problem I could not get it to run wile I was there but I did notice that the chain was a bit tight so I loosened it up to prevent water getting by and causing toilet to run. Waited 10 minutes toilet was fine not running.

Customer needed us to raise water heater temperature water heater is at 130°. Customer is satisfied with hot water

Upon todays visit we installed new shower head, shower cartridge, and shower trim with handle. In order to remove the old cartridge we had to take it out in pieces. The cartridge was very corroded due to build up of minerals over time. We were able to remove cartridge without damaging brass valve to properly install new shower cartridge. Shower valve is operating as it should. We did recommend whole home filtration so this build up doesn’t continue. Upon arrival the customer explained to me that he had a handyman over to clear the stoppage in the toilet, but it was still clogged, since it was only clogged at the toilet I would need to remove the toilet to snake it. I removed the toilet in the master bathroom and ran 2 cables from the k-60 . I then put the toilet back and let the customer flush to make sure it was working properly.

This is an estimate to replace lavatory sink pop up. The customer was I cleaning out the p trap and broke the pop up, which I am going to replace. I replaced the old popup with a new vessel popup, and then I ran the water in the sink to assure that there were. I leaks, I then had the customer come check the popup to make sure it was working to his liking.

On arrival customer walked us straight to bathroom where a one piece Toto toilet relatively new was installed sideways. Went to access unit downstairs where maintenance had a hole already cutout underneath toilet in which we saw when we had customer flush upstairs it immediately came pouring down around flange. Provided estimate for pull and reset in which customer approved, customer didn’t allow us to walk around unit since there is current construction going in units on same location. Upon arrival, I noticed the master bathroom shower had low pressure. I explained to the customer that if I was to replace the main valve to the house, I could fix the shower at no charge. The customer agreed but when he spoke to his wife, he then declined the work to be done. # jtp

Upon arrival I inspected the water heater and there was a little bit of water in the pan. After inspecting the water heater I noticed water coming from the covers of the elements. I removed them and there was a small amount of water in them. I took my element wrench and was able to tighten both of the elements. I vacuumed them out and dried everything up. As of now they are not letting any more water come out of the seal.

Upon arrival customer showed us to 3 concerns in both master and guest bathroom. The roman tub sprayer was leaking and the customer is going to buy a new wide spread faucet for the tub so we can install it. Also the vanity in the master bathroom has a pop up that’s detached and needs to be reconnect so she can fill the sink. We will also be installing customer supplied wide spread in the guest bathroom due to leaking. Customer has signed the estimate for the work to be done once she has purchased the faucets. Customer will move fast because she is selling by the end of January

Upon arriving customer had a backup in his left hallway bathroom adjacent to the garage. House has been under construction for remodeling. We snaked the hallway bathroom approximately 45 ft to clear stoppage. We camera the line and found some debris in the pipe located under the hallway right outside the bathroom. We offered to hydro jet the line and locate clean out. At this time the home owner is going to have the contractor come out to hopefully resolve the issue.

Arrived to customer, We would need to perform leak search and excavate to find and assess pipe leak around main valve and irrigation meter area. After presenting estimates, customer approved. After excavating and finding 1 inch pvc 90 that is cracked we would need to cut it out and replace and test for leaks. After repair, we waited for glue to dry and tested for proper functionality and you are leak free. Please mail customer paper invoice.

Upon arrival I ran the water in the sink and within 30 seconds the water began to back up. This indicates to me that a drill snake would be needed underneath the kitchen sink to clear the stoppage. This estimate is provided, due to the fact that the drill snake could not reach the blockage,and I had to us the k- 60 machine I went outside to the clean out and ran 2 cables, went back inside to the kitchen sink. I felt it half way with water to make sure it was draining properly.
