They squeezed my in last minute on a lFriday for a leak. Lin came in, found the source fast. Came back on time again to replace copper pipes in the kitchen. Really nice and courteous. Upon arrival customer informed me that their hot water heater was not working. Customer showed me a small leak in the pan. After diagnostic, it was determined that the lower element was compromised and it was causing the breaker to trip. I advised customer that we recommend replacing the heater. Customer agreed to pricing. Installed heater is a 55 gallon Rheem. We installed new pan for existing drain line and new cpvc ball valve for heater isolation. After the install was complete, we turned the water back on and hooked the electric switch back up. Heater functioned flawlessly. Customer has hot water. Customer satisfied. Paid full balance.
