Customer has a 30 gallon water heater that is not producing any hot water located in the back of the house. Customers water heater is from 2013. Technician will give the customer a few options to replace the current unit with a new one. 28 gallon ( formally 30 gallon )Rheem water heater (Low Skinny) SWAP OUT OF EXISTING HEATER, EASY ACCESS, NO PERMIT FEES INCLUDED IN PRICE. FULL 6 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY, WARRANTY CAN BE EXTENDED TO 10 YEARS, ASK TECH FOR DETAILS. Heater was drained and removed. Also we reconfigured, hot and cold lines to adjust to water inlets on top of heater, old water heater had side intlets. We gave customer brand-new pan in case of future leaks to heater pan will safety of property from major water damage. We also ran new electrical whip to heater, and reconfigured waterlines to connect with brand New flex connectors. Upon arrival, we were shown the existing toilet to be replaced and the new toilet to be installed. The customer approved the estimate, and we proceeded with the installation. After completion, we verified that all connections were secure and leak-free, and that the toilet was functioning properly, including flushing and filling as designed. At the conclusion of the job, the customer expressed dissatisfaction due to a misunderstanding about the scope of our services—specifically regarding in-depth instruction on the advanced features of the toilet model he selected. Our technician, Jason, offered to review the manufacturer’s remote and provide a basic walkthrough. However, the customer declined this and expressed frustration. We clarified that product usage training falls outside the scope of a standard installation.

On arrival we got a hold of Joel on the the phone as requested to establish what needed to be done. On site there was a 2 psi natural gas system approximately servicing to approximately to appliances. When we establish code compliance code it needed to be done we provided estimate, however the representative stated the generator will not arrive until 2 weeeks from now. Home owner then arrived as we were leaving and upon stating what we were there for she indicated that her husband possibly will not be moving forward with the generator install

Customer called stating a previous plumbing company installed a Kenmore whole home water filtration system that was just installed a week ago and not working properly. When we arrived customer greeted us at the door stated he does not want to change the system and wants a plumber to only fix what is wrong with the existing system since the previous installer were unsuccessful in fixing the issue. The system is a 3 in 1 single tank filtration, customer had advised on site immediately when arrived that he disclosed to our office that has had several other plumbers out there previously and they all stated that they can only replace the system and not fix the issue. We proceeded to provide and estimate to replace because we advised the customer that is the only option we could provide and highly advised for him to speak to a representative from the manufacturer. At this time customer will be looking into manufacture alternatives.

Customer is selling house and has leak com from the p trap and basket strainer also another leak from the filtration system . Replaced p trap and basket strainer and bypassed the filtration system and hooked the fridge line up with 1/4 pex line . Checked all work for leaks and function.

Customers whole home was backed up .Cleared stoppage from cleanout ran cable 45 feet of cable 3 times pulled roots the first time then second time lite roots were pulled and third time no roots were pulled. Ran all fixtures in house to assure stoppage was clear recommend a camera and locate if problem occurs again.

Upon arrival customer informed me that their toilet was leaking from the base and rocking. He also stated he wanted to replace the seat which he provided. The seat was a standard kholer seat however it was to be connected to a booster seat for the toilet. I advised customer that I would need to remove the current seat from the toilet and pull the toilet off the flange. Customer agreed. After removing toilet from flange I noticed the flange was compromised. The reason for the toilet rocking and leaking was a broken flange. I advised customer I would need to cut the current flange out and replace with a new one. Customer agreed. We cleaned the toilet after removing and supplied new wax ring and flange bolts. After reattaching customer supplied seat, I went to Home Depot to get 2 custom 5.5” bolts to secure custom seat. Upon arrival customer informed me that their hot water heater was not working. Customer showed me a small leak in the pan. After diagnostic, it was determined that the lower element was compromised and it was causing the breaker to trip. I advised customer that we recommend replacing the heater. Customer agreed to pricing. Installed heater is a 55 gallon Rheem. We installed new pan for existing drain line and new cpvc ball valve for heater isolation. After the install was complete, we turned the water back on and hooked the electric switch back up. Heater functioned flawlessly. Customer has hot water. Customer satisfied. Paid full balance.
