Client has a toilet that has a bar of soap stuck inside the toilet. To remove the soap will need to pull the toilet and auger from the bottom to remove the bar of soap. After removing the bar of soap from the toilet, I reset the toilet with a new wax ring and caulked the base of the toilet. Upon arrival to the location, we met with Jonathan who opened the garage for us. I walked through with him to explain exactly what was going to happen since he wasn’t home the day I capped the line. After showing him what we needed out the way, we shut the water off to the home. Moreover, we cut our squares to run down to feed the kitchen and got the other end ready for the uponor connection. Once we had line ran in the attic and dropped, we began strapping it down in the attic. We finished doing our connections in the wall to go through the cabinets and secured that line to the back of cabinet. We then tested by turning water heater valve back on and checked for leaks. In conclusion, no leaks were found, so we put back the drywall we cut out, cleaned up, and we tested for hot water and all is operating accordingly at the moment. Repipe 1 loop overhead (Standard Access No drywall or cosmetic repair included) THE BEST OPTION TO REPAIR A LEAKING LOOP IS TO REPLACE IT BY PIPING OVER

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Johnathan who showed me inside. He mentioned about last week he noticed the floor to his laundry was wet. As the days keep going by, the floors were getting worse. During the weekend he mentioned he was out and when he got home he noticed a big puddle on the garage floor coming from the wall which is the other side of that laundry room. The water heater is also right beside that wall in the garage and the master bathroom is also in that area behind water heater wall. Moreover, I talked to Johnathan about entrusted and got them scheduled to come out later in the day. I advised Johnathan we will have to do a leak search. He agreed on the estimate, I began by pressure testing the home but the main valve doesn’t work nor does the water heater valve. The meter was not holding when I watched it over 15 minutes. I made a small hole in laundry room to check manifold which was dry above ground. There was a new looped line ran to the laundry. Fu

Customer contacted John the Plumber because she has polybutylene waterlines throughout the home and she needs them replaced. Customer recently purchased the home and upon inspection, the inspector told her that she would have no issues with the polybutylene pipes and unfortunately, a month after closing, her insurance company dropped her and told her she needs to have them replaced. Technician will write up an estimate for a whole home re-pipe. Customer would like to get this work done before the beginning of October.

Upon arrival the homeowner told me that the dishwasher had leaked out water onto the kitchen floor while they weren’t using it. I ran the dishwasher and didn’t see anything leaking from the dishwasher. I did see that the existing hose had a small leak close to the zip tie underneath the sink. After replacing the hose I ran the rinse cycle on the dishwasher and saw no signs of any leaks. After running the dishwasher and it drained there was no standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher.

Upon arrival for the recall, customer informed me that there was a leak from the heater that was getting into her carpet and it was a pretty substantial leak. As soon as I received the call, I was dispatched to her house to try and solve the problem. When I arrived, I noticed that The three-quarter ball valve and the 90 had a pinhole leak that was leaking under pressure pretty substantially. The leak went down and overflowed the pan, which also got into the carpet. After draining the heater down and removing it by unswayed the fittings and re-solder the entire system. I waited for an hour while the heater was under pressure and I turned down the temperature 5° there were no leaks and Entrusted was contacted.

Kameron Tollis service was outstanding bar none. Extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions and concerns while inspecting water heater, valves and toilet. Provided practical suggestions and advise. He is a very friendly, professional and insightful young man. I am very grateful to have met him.
Very Good service
Called With an emergency issue, and the technician was out within a couple hours and had it resolved. Appreciate the quick response Time.
Great and prompt Service,
The service guy was very pleasant, but the company is very overpriced. I initially had a leak, that was prepared and ended up with two additional issues from that repair. I would recommend price shopping before settling with this company. They quoted me 3K for a job that was ultimately 1500.
Carl was very thorough and explained what was happening as he had encountered a problem. He tried everything he could to solve the problem and even reached out to the manufacturer and they were baffled. Would recommend Carl and John's Plumbing for any plumbing job around your house.
Gary and Greg were the best. I was so impressed. I will be using John the Plumber for all my plumbing needs going forward.
Thank you Shane for your excellent service.
Kim excellent service
