Snaked kitchen drain with k 50 to clear out stoppage. Ran water and dishwasher to assure all lines are clear n warranty on stoppage

Upon arrival to the location, Steve met us outside by the door. He showed us inside, mentioned his water heater is old. The water heater itself is from 97, it’s currently still working but leaking from the gate valve and the tank itself. Steve and his wife mentioned potentially upgrading the water heater to a bigger tank, I told them they can, they have the space. I also brought to their attention that the circuit breaker will need to be changed depending on the wattage of the new unit as they have a 30 amp circuit breaker. Furthermore, I got back with a few options and explained in detail the differences. He asked if I could email him the options, I asked if it’s the price that’s holding him from saying yes, he said it was. In addition, I told him we could do the 40 gallon if they wanted too, at the same price but it would need to be for today. Steve still wanted to think about it, said it was ok to follow up tomorrow.

The customer reported a high water bill. I checked the meter and found it was not moving. The property also has a sprinkler system. After inspecting for plumbing leaks, the only issue found was a dripping faucet at the master bath left lavatory sink. I replaced the cartridge under warranty and tested my work to ensure proper function.

Upon arrival customer wanted an estimate for installation of a dual vanity in master bath. Upon further inspection, the main water shut off is old style gate valve and would have to be replaced in order to preform work. Also water heater is from 2005 and would need to be updated to a newer unit and pass inspection. Customer also wanted an estimate to install a second vanity so we provided estimates for replacement and customer declined at this time. Estimates are good for 30 days, depending on pricing we can price match. We are a 5 star company and we would like your business.

Upon arrival to the location, Tim was at the home waiting on me. He came outside and showed me the backflow to shut the water off. He mentioned the HOA sent out an email so it was ok to turn off. Moreover, I asked Tim to turn it off, which he did. Furthermore, I finished draining the lines, there wasn’t much room in the wall, we had to bring the new valve outside the wall partially for proper use. I went over it with Tim, he just wanted the machines to be functional after the fact. I made sure the valve wouldn’t interfere with the washing machine and connected everything. I then asked Tim to turn the water back on while I checked for leaks. Hence, all is well, both Tim and I checked for leaks and none were detected.

Upon arrival we were shown to a cracked basket strainer and a kitchen stoppage. Replaced the basket strainer then ran the drill snake and couldn’t get it. We then cleared it with the sewer machine and the water is now draining freely and no leaks are present. The customer is aware that it was a grease clog and this problem could reoccur in the future but as of right now everything is good.

Upon arrival, the customer identified the toilets in both the master and guest bathrooms as needing replacement due to age and condition. We also recommended replacing the angle stops for both toilets, as well as installing new supply lines, and suggested the addition of two dual stops under the kitchen sink for improved water control. An estimate was provided for these services, which the customer reviewed, signed, and agreed to, including a 50% deposit. The customer will contact us to schedule the work at a mutually convenient time.

Customer called John the plumber out today because he would like his main valve replaced the side of the home. Customer attempted to replace kitchen faucet himself, but was unable to do so because of the valves underneath the sink not working. In order to replace the customers main valve inside of the laundry room, customer would have to contact the association to notify all the tenants in the area that the water will be off. Technician will provide the customer with a few options. Job was sold

Customer has new dishwasher for install. I removed the old dishwasher and disposed of it. Then installed customer supplied dishwasher. I tested all my work no problems..

Upon arrival customer advised me that he had a main valve leak. After diagnostic, I determined that the leak was caused by a pinhole most likely from water turbulence. I advised customer I would need to dig down to the fitting and cut the fitting and replace. Customer water supply was old cpvc. During the process of repair, cpvc cracked due to being extremely brittle. I had to blow open the wall around the fitting to complete repair. Provided customer with new 3/4 threaded ball valve, new 1/2” hose Bibb, and new piping between fittings. All work is warranty parts and labor. Tested for leaks. No leaks

Arrived to customer, we found that tenant in unit wanted to replace current kitchen faucet. At this time we informed tenant that we would need to shut down water from main valve and found that main valve was a gate valve, as well as emergency water stops under the kitchen sink or gate valve style, so we were unable to perform kitchen faucet replacement at this time. We sent over estimates to tenant to forward to landlord to get work approved and hope to hear from you soon!

Upon arrival customer had a non working water heater. We tested water heater with a general diagnostic fee of $225.00. We then discovered the lower thermostat was faulty and needed to be replaced. While doing a rebuild we do not just replace one thermostat. We replace both elements as well as both thermostats. Water heater had a full rebuild and was tested. Customer has hot water and unit is working the way it should. Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane

Upon arrival customer wanted 2 toilets removed and replaced with toilets he provided. We provided estimates for swapping out toilets with emergency stops and new supply lines. We also provided an estimate for repairing toilet flanges in case flange was broken when old toilet is removed. Customer said he will think about it and schedule appointment if he decides to have toilets installed by us. Thank you for calling John The Plumber. -Shane

Replace one inch t and hose bib to fix the leak. Checked all work for leaks and function.

Upon arrival we were shown to water in the heater pan. We checked the water lines and connections associated with the water heater and none of those were leaking. We then ran the washing machine to release hot water from the tank so it can refill so we’d be able to see if there was a leak from under the water heater. As it refilled no sign of water showed up in the pan. We informed the customer the the pressure relief valve went off and shot water into the pan. And explain that this happens when the water needs to relieve itself of pressure. The water heater is not leaking
The service guy was very pleasant, but the company is very overpriced. I initially had a leak, that was prepared and ended up with two additional issues from that repair. I would recommend price shopping before settling with this company. They quoted me 3K for a job that was ultimately 1500.

Second floor guest bath sink backed up. used k-60 through sink drain to remove stoppage. Ran sink tested good. Gave estimate on replacing 1” gate valve for main shut off front of home to ball valve.

Upon arrival, the customer presented a water heater that was running out of hot water after just one shower. I offered the option to install a new water heater, which would include the necessary permits, a disconnect switch, and an expansion tank. However, before I could return, the customer called to cancel the appointment, stating that she had found a similar unit for half the price.

Upon arrival we were shown to the work performed by entrusted in the kitchen. Everything was dry. We tested the integrity of the sink and no water escaped and the cabinet floor was replaced nicely

Water coming out from under kitchen cabinets when sink is in use. started by filling sink and draining. Then opened exterior wall of kitchen to locate leak. Found copper drain arm leaking Remove and replace copper drain arm in block wall from stack to under kitchen sink in pvc. removed gate valve for main shut off and installed new ball valve. Tested work good.
Carl was very thorough and explained what was happening as he had encountered a problem. He tried everything he could to solve the problem and even reached out to the manufacturer and they were baffled. Would recommend Carl and John's Plumbing for any plumbing job around your house.

Arrived to customer, we found that half inch poly waterline pipe on outlet of water heater had a pinhole leak. We presented estimates at this time to customer, customer approved. After removing leaking poly line, we repaired with copper after doing so we turned the water back on to the home and checked for proper functionality, and you are good to go!

Upon arrival I was shown to a moen touchless kitchen faucet that had low pressure on the hot side and wasn’t getting hot. In my diagnosis I found that the supply lines filter was clogged and the batteries needed to be changed. After clearing the filter and changing the batteries, the faucet was back to regular pressure and the water was getting hot. I then went to put the cartridge back in and when it’s in, the sensor is disabled nor does the water turn off when the handle is in the off position. Nobody including Moen themselves has seen this before. They suggested I reset the power box by disconnecting and reconnecting the data and power lines to no avail. Their next suggestion was to replace the black power box and/or the faucet assembly. My suggestion to the customer was to get a new faucet as this one should still be under warranty with moen

Customer called requesting quote for heater replacement since it was leaking. When I arrived I noticed heater was from 1997 in severe decay and proceeded with providing customer an estimate for replacement. Customer immediately said we were way over her budget and denied the quote. Note: accidentally signed. please remove
