Job Locations and Reviews
Pablo and team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Arrived today and re connected mop sink. Tested our work and no leaks were observed. Also touch up paint on the side of the home and cleaned the caulking in the back.
Excellent Service!

Plumbing Report We met with the homeowner and diagnosed the water heater as not functioning properly. During our diagnostic process, we initially confirmed that the upper thermostat was not working. We proceeded to install both a new upper and lower thermostat, but the water heater still failed to heat. Further electrical testing showed 120 volts on each electrical wire. However, when near the panel, we could hear arcing. Our work was tested and confirmed to be functioning correctly. The homeowner will have an electrician come out to replace the breaker.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me to the kitchen where the faucet would not shut off properly. I let him know that it would be better to replace it with a new customer supplied kitchen faucet, along with the emergency stops that wouldn’t shut off all the way. I installed the new faucet with the new emergency stops. I also did a major toilet rebuild in the hallway bathroom. After turning the water back on, I tested for leaks and functioning. Everything is working properly with no leaks.

Upon arrival customer had a slow flushing toilet. Further inspection toilet had a strange sound as if something is clogging the jets for a proper flush. We suggest customer replace toilet, estimates provided for toilet replacement. Main water shut off is old style gate valve with pvc adapter fittings that will need to be updated to a proper connection as well as a 1/4 turn ball valve. All estimates that were provided to customer were declined at this time. Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the 9 year old water heater that was leaking from the top and showing signs of leaking from the bottom. I provided an estimate to replace the water heater with a new 50 gallon 4500 watt medium water heater. The homeowner agreed to move forward with the replacement. After replacing the water heater and wiring it up. I tested for leaks, and there were no leaks. The water is also getting hot.

Upon arrival, the homeowner pointed out a CPVC main shut-off valve that fails to close fully, as well as a faulty isolation valve at the water heater. I provided a written estimate for the replacement of both valves. The homeowner advised he will consult with his wife before authorizing the work. I informed him that stack access and a temporary system shut-down will be required to properly replace the main shut-off valve.

Upon arrival, I was welcomed by the homeowner and performed a comprehensive whole-home plumbing evaluation — a top-to-bottom systems review rooted in reliability, longevity, and peace of mind. The home presents multiple opportunities to replace aging components with modern, high-efficiency fixtures built to perform for years to come. After a thorough walkthrough and needs assessment, I’ve provided four tailored estimates, each addressing a different zone of the home. The homeowner will consult with her spouse to determine the priority of work. Once aligned, we’ll finalize the scope and proceed with confidence. Each estimate is built with craftsmanship, clarity, and long-term value in mind. 1. Master Bathroom Renewal "Every detail matters in the room where you start and end your day." Replace 7 outdated emergency shutoffs with 7 new quarter-turn valves — for instant shutoff and future accessibility. Install a brushed nickel pop-up assembly for both function and finish. Special order
Bladimir did a great job! He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was extremely respectful throughout the entire service. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Jennifer who showed me inside the condo. She already was aware of my visit, I asked for the locations of the bathrooms and the water heater. Moreover, I made her aware that I’ll be leaving her with some paperwork after the evaluation. She has done some work to the apartment throughout the years, we also do a lot of her plumbing work. Everything was up to par, the shut off valves looked good but they were multi turns, more than likely not operational. The laundry valves were also gate valves, I advised her that could also become a problem. In addition, she showed me the guest shower and asked why it makes a screeching sound in certain positions. I explained the cartridge is wearing out, and would need to be replaced. Hence, she asked me to leave her a few estimate for what we discussed and she would begin to do them one by one after few family comes to town this month. In conclusion, I flushed out the water heater and made sure everythi

We met with the homeowner who stated that he currently has a slab leak. He explained that he is shopping around for quotes both on re-piping the individual slab leak and for re-piping the entire home. We informed him that we will be sending quotes for both options. The slab leak appears to be on a line that may travel to the water heater. If confirmed, the repair will involve running a new line within the wall space to the water heater by opening drywall as necessary. If the leaking line does not travel to the water heater, a revised quote will be provided once the wall is opened and the exact route of the line is determined. For the whole house re-pipe, walls will be opened up behind every fixture where access is required, and a permit will be pulled for the work. The master bathroom will involve the most labor, as it requires a third-party company to open the tiled surfaces to access the shower and tub faucet piping. The side of the tub apron will also need to be removed from the

This service visit was a pre-sold job based on findings from a prior inspection. During the initial visit, a camera inspection was conducted, and intrusive root growth was discovered within a section of the existing PVC drainage pipe. Upon arrival today, the previously identified problem area was located and carefully excavated to expose the affected portion of the pipe. The damaged section containing root infiltration was then removed. A new section of PVC piping was installed and securely connected to restore full structural and functional integrity. After completing the repair, a follow-up camera inspection was performed to ensure the line was completely clear of obstructions and that no additional root intrusion was present. The system was thoroughly tested, confirming that it is now flowing properly and free of blockages. All work was completed as agreed, with the drainage system now functioning as intended.
Great service!!!!!!

Upon arrival, customer informed me that he was attempting to put a pressure gauge on his main line after his main valve, and the PVC snapped. When I arrived, it was evident that there was a PVC breakage on the T after the main valve. Main line was 1 inch coming out of the ground and PVC and three-quarter going into the wall. I advised customer that I was not going to tie into the PVC line however I was going to re-pipe it from the ground and transition from PVC to copper right away. Customer agreed. I advised customer that I would have to replace the main valve and I would also have to replace the hose bib as well. I advised customer that I would install the pressure gauge for him if he would like by teeing off of the main line after the valve. I installed everything in copper and I use pro pressed fittings to complete the job. After completion, I turned on the main line to check for any leaks, and there were no leaks. Customer very satisfied and agreed to the emergency dispatch fee.
Jason and his colleague Greg were fantastic. They went above and beyond explaining what needed to be done and completing the work in a timely and professional manner. Very satisfied!

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner yusef who showed me inside. His reason for having us out was to install a shower trim in two bathrooms. He mentioned he has plans on remodeling both bathrooms soon , he just wants the trim changed. I asked if he had a GC for the remodel, and he replied he didn’t so I recommended entrusted and gave entrusted his contact for a walk through. Moreover, I gave him an option to do just one shower trim as the other bathroom was going to require a new shower valve because it was a much older style. Furthermore, in trying to change the trim, i noticed the cartridge was very worn out, and yusef had an idea it wasn’t the best. In addition, I told him it would be best to change the entire valve but he didn’t want to just yet. I told him I’ll try to take the cartridge out but it could break. He understood and decided to get cartridge swapped. After trying to pull cartridge a few minutes, it broke. Hence, I gave yusef the option to replace the valve

Estimate to change out UV light for filtration. Added 4 bags of salt today. Changed out uv light and tested it. No other recommendations at this time, customer will call back in a few months to see where salt level is

We are providing a quote to perform the following work: • Rebuild two existing toilets with new internal components. • Replace the angle stop for one of the toilets. • Rebuild the Moen shower trim in the hall bathroom with compatible trim and hardware. • Replace the pop-up assembly in the half bath with a brushed satin or closest available match. This work will be scheduled upon homeowner approval. Once’s it approved parts will be needed 7:25: Installed the parts today 7/25 and tested our work and no leaks were observed. Homeowner is selling the home.

Plumbing Report We met with the homeowner who is in the process of selling the house. She informed us that there were multiple plumbing issues listed in a previous report that need to be addressed. On that list were two toilets that require complete rebuilds. One of the toilets also needs a new angle stop. Additionally, the shower in the hall bathroom requires a trim rebuild for an older-style Moen valve. The half bathroom needs a new pop-up assembly, which appears to be a brushed satin finish. We informed the homeowner that we may not be able to match the finish exactly but will do our best. She confirmed that the finish match was not important to her. She mentioned she would speak with her ex-husband and let us know how she would like to proceed.

We met with the homeowner today. She stated that she had been experiencing a chlorine smell in the water, but the issue had since gone away. We performed a regeneration of the filters and adjusted the system settings accordingly. We’ll return later this week to fill the brine tank with salt. This visit will be included as part of her annual membership service, and we will only charge for the salt itself.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Seth who opened the garage and showed me inside. His current water heater is about 39 years old and his insurance company is making him change it. I asked Seth if this is something he was looking to get done today, he mentioned he actually has a couple other companies stopping by after me to drop off some more estimates. Moreover, I made him aware that we would be pulling a permit and the few things will need to do to bring it to code. Furthermore, Seth took me to the main valve outside, which was a gate valve. I asked him if he knows if it’s working, he said not 100%. In addition, I asked him for a few minutes while I got some options to go over with him. I got back to the home and showed Seth the options, he thought it was a lot. I expressed the warranty and the scope of work to Seth so he could try to understand. He thanked me but wants to hear his other options before making decision. He stated I could call Monday to follow up.
Pablo did a fantastic job in repiping my house. Highly recommend Pablo.

Upon arrival I was informed that the kitchen and bathrooms took a while to get hot water. I presented the comfort system and whole home filtration to solve this problem for them. Estimates has been sent to the customer and they’ll get back to us

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the old 40 gallon water heater that wasn’t producing hot water. I presented the homeowner with an estimate for replacing the heater, and old corroded ball valve. The homeowner agreed to install a new 50 gallon tall rheem water heater. This comes with a 6 year part and labor warranty. After I installed the new heater I wired it up, and tested for leaks. There were no leaks, and the heater was getting hot. I turned the temperature up to 125 degrees for the homeowner. The homeowner felt that the water was getting hot.

Service Summary: Identified a leak originating from the bottom of the garbage disposal on the right side of the double-bowl kitchen sink. Removed the defective unit and installed a new 1/2 HP garbage disposal. Performed a functionality test—new unit is operating properly with no leaks observed. Noted an active leak from the basket strainer on the left side of the kitchen sink. Provided a replacement estimate; customer declined additional service at this time. Conducted a water quality test and found elevated chlorine levels.

During my inspection, I found two issues in the women’s restroom that I wrote an estimate for. At this time management is not here for me to present this so I emailed and texted over the estimate along with my finding
