Upon entry into the house, the tenant showed me the existing 40 gallon lowboy water heater. This water heater currently has a leak from the bottom and it is slowly filling up the water heater pan. Customer did not want me to shut water off and told me that the owner of the unit is only getting estimates at this time.. I called the owner on the recorded line to speak with him, but I could only leave a message. Estimate has been submitted to change out water heater.

High warter bill. Performed pressure test of home. After 15 minutes pressure dropped to 0. Shut both bathroom toilets stop off. I shut RO stop off under kitchen sink. We met with the homeowner to assess the existing 50-gallon tall water heater. Upon inspection, we determined that the replacement 50-gallon tall unit available was too tall for the current water line setup. To ensure proper fit and function, we replaced the unit with a 50-gallon medium water heater. The new water heater was installed, tested thoroughly, and no leaks were observed. The unit is operating correctly. It has been set in a protective drain pan, and it includes a 6-year warranty covering both parts and labor.

Upon arrival I was shown to a slow draining toilet. First step I attempted to clear it with an auger which didn’t work. The next step was to pull the toilet so after the toilet was pulled I saw the main drain line holding water which indicated a main Line stoppage. Shortly after, I was informed that 5 business on this line is backed up. The landlord is getting his plumber out to come clear it. There are no signs that priority medical center was the cause if this stoppage

Upon arrival I was shown to a failing fill valve and a bad handle. After finishing the inspection, I presented options. Customer agreed to a minor rebuild and toilet handle. After the work was complete, I checked my connections to ensure no leaks were present and flushed the toilet Multiple times ensuring the new parts were functioning properly. 1 year warranty on the work performed

Upon arrival I was shown to a partially clogged toilet. And a Roman tub faucet that needs replacement. After confirming it isn’t a main line stoppage an estimate to clear the stoppage with the closet auger was agreed on and after the obstruction was cleared I flushed the toilet multiple times to ensure the drain line was draining freely. An estimate has been sent to the customers as well for a customer supplied 8 inch spread gold Roman tub faucet replacement and when their faucet comes in, they call us

⸻ Summary We met with the homeowner regarding a concern about low hot water volume. The homeowner reported that hot water is running out approximately 30 minutes into use. After inspecting the existing electric water heater, no obvious signs of failure or a bad element were found. However, based on the homeowner’s needs and the limitations of the current system, we presented multiple upgrade and improvement options. These options include: • Enhancing the current water heater with a booster and rebuild. • Running a new gas line through the attic to supply the outdoor grill, with potential for future gas appliance use or a generator. • Installing a high-efficiency Rinnai tankless water heater system with recirculation features. • Bundling the gas line installation with the tankless water heater for efficiency. • Providing an alternative gas line installation route through underground piping to the grill. Each of these options is detailed below with its own scope of work. Estima

Upon arrival at the house, we use the sewer camera to go into the 4 inch clean out outside the house. The existing sewer pipe is full of roots and extreme buildup. I recommended customer re-pipe the cast-iron under the house. After speaking with Darren. Try to schedule an appointment for Monday to create estimate.. Customer verified on tablet that trunk line of waist system is compacted with roots and buildup After camera inspection was done customer stated that she had drain issues that we cleared out through with snake.

During our inspection, we determined the source of the leak to be from an AC condensate line located in the attic/ceiling area. Upon further evaluation, we found that none of the connections on the condensate line had been glued. We attempted to glue one of the joints as a temporary measure; however, due to the overall condition of the line and the lack of properly secured fittings, we recommend that a licensed AC company be contacted to fully replace or repair the condensate line. All connections should be properly glued and secured to prevent future leaks. Please note that we are not responsible for any drywall holes or paint damage that may have resulted from the work performed inside the wall or ceiling areas. No additional plumbing issues or recommendations at this time.

Upon arrival customer informed me that his 2 compartment kitchen sink was backing up on the garbage disposal side. I advised customer I would run a diagnostic to determine the cause of the backup. After diagnositc I found that the garbage disposal was the source of the backup. Disposal was not engaging or turning on. I recommended that customer replace disposal. Customer advised me that they never really use the disposal. Customer requested that I remove the disposal. I advised customer that I would need to repipe and install a new Ptrap. I used a 1.5” tubular Ptrap. Also reseated basket strainer. Rana drop test for leaks, no leaks.

Customer informed me that he wants to replace two toilets in his house. He prefers Toto. The toilet in the guest bathroom is a standard two piece toilet. Customer does not like it and wants to change it out for a Toto. I advised him that there are many options that he has as far as Toto is concerned. Customer also wanted to change out a toilet in the back guest bathroom as well. Customer has a standard two piece toilet in there as well. He wants to possibly get an all-in-one toto toilet with bidet. I advised customer that we can install the toilets and recommended that he order the toilets online to be delivered to him. Customer is still unsure of what type of toilet he wants so he will need to do some shopping. I sent customer an estimate for the install. I also send him an email with the link to the Toto website where he can order the toilets. Customer said he is doing a big house project as week and this is included. He will need all of this done by 4/20/25.

The last time we were here we capped off ice maker line due to a leak in block wall. We then did a pressure test to home and main line to find there was no leak. Customer Contact: Met with the homeowner’s wife on-site. Issue Description: The homeowner reported an ongoing leak that has been present for some time. Although the water heater was recently replaced, the issue persists. The current unit, dated 2024, is now rusting at the bottom—likely due to prolonged exposure to leaking water. Assessment: The leak appears to be a slab leak located underground. Due to the sensitivity of the system to CPVC piping, tracing equipment cannot be used. As a result, the only viable solution is to manually attempt to locate the leaking pipes, which will require opening sections of the wall. Next Steps: The homeowner expressed interest in moving forward with John the Plumber. However, they are currently waiting on a visit from Entrusted, scheduled for today, to help determine the extent and location of the damage. Once Entrusted completes their assessment, the homeowner will follow up with us to schedule the leak search. Status: Pending callback from home

Vincent did an excellent job, however I feel his boss was trying to hit that monday morning homer with some serious price gouging, before he realized he had to lower the cost or move along. Not happy with that part at all, but in regards to the work and professionalism of Vinnie, that is all 5 start stuff.
