Replaced old tub drain and rebuild drain to fit for walk in shower. Customer is responsible for all drywall repairs.
Upon arrival, customer informed me that their hot water ran out pretty quickly and it was getting worse everyday. Upon inspection, I noticed the heater was 10 years old. Customer said the heater has never been maintenances. Customer wanted quotes on replacing heater with a tankless electric. I performed flow test and determined the flow rate would be sufficient for a an rtex37. Unfortunately, customer does not have the power requirements to run a unit that size. I explained she would need to add 4 40 amp breakers. Double pole. She said they do not want to do that. I gave customer the options to replace the heater with another standard 80 gallon Rheem. She advised me to give her an estimate and she would show her husband who makes the financial decisions. I gave her an option for a 55 gallon with a booster. House has no recirculating line so this would be succicient. I asked customer how soon was she looking to have this done, Customer mentioned that she has people coming this weekend

We replaced the customer’s old 2013 water heater with a new Rheem 55-gallon tall Professional Series water heater. The existing unit had shown signs of inefficiency and was nearing the end of its useful life. Details of Work Completed: The old water heater was removed and replaced with the Rheem 55-gallon tall water heater, known for its durability and energy efficiency. Initially, the proposal included installing a switch box to bring the system up to code, as the breaker was out of sight from the heater. However, upon further inspection, we determined that the water heater's built-in timer switch was capable of disarming the unit, eliminating the need for an additional switch box. This adjustment was reflected in the final invoice. Benefits of Replacement: Enhanced energy efficiency, reducing utility costs. Increased hot water capacity to meet household demands. Improved reliability and performance of the water heating system. Cost savings by removing the need for an additional sw
