This invoice details the minor toilet rebuild conducted in the guest bathroom, which involved replacing the fill valve and the Kohler seal due to intermittent malfunction of the fill valve. The process commenced with shutting off the water supply and draining the tank. The existing fill valve was removed by disconnecting the water supply line and unscrewing it from the tank. A new fill valve was installed according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring secure installation. In addition, we honored the warranty for the master toilet by replacing its fill valve, which had been producing noise. The Kohler seal in the guest bathroom was also replaced to prevent potential leaks at the base of the tank. Following reassembly, the water supply was reconnected and tested to confirm proper operation of the fill valves and to ensure there were no leaks around the seals. Furthermore, the customer opted into the John the Plumber membership, enhancing their access to ongoing service benefits. T

Came out today to diagnose 3 toilets that were not flushing due to failed parts. 2 toilets needed new toilet handles as they were completely snapped and we also replaced the guts of the remaining 3 toilet as they were extremely worn and not filling or flushing. We than noticed when we flushed the outside toilet it leaked from the wax ring so we pulled and reset that toilet with a brand new wax ring and new hardware. And tested all are work for proper function and absolutely no leaks.

Arrived to customer we found that there were hammering noises coming from all water pipes in the home, also found that customer has old gate valve on main water shut off.

Came out today to diagnose a clog coming from the main line affecting the whole home. We snaked the drain from the clean out and at about 35 feet we cleared the clog. We than ran a camera inspection threw the cleanout and went all the way down to the city connection and found everything is PVC and found no underlining issues. We ran the camera upstream as far as possible and everything was PVC. Customer explained they were using flushable wipes and that was the culprit. Customer ran all fixtures and no other problems were found.

Came out today to replace frozen cpvc main valve for the unit. We opened the wall around the valve and found every fitting is glued together and there is no pipe for us to work with. We cut out all the existing valves and piping and re plumbed it with a brass ball valve and a new cpvc valve for the water heater. We tested all are fittings and ensured no leaks or issues.

On arrival shut water off at ball valve left side of home removed too hot and too cold angle stops under kitchen sink installing new quarter turn angle stops in hall bath removed one hot one cold for lab sink and one for toilet installing new quarter turn stops turned water on tested good

Arrived at customer, this is a presold job. We made cuts in drywall and through metal stud and re-piped, half inch cold line from front bedroom into master closet. after installation we turned water back on,checked for proper functionality, strapped water piping every 3 feet and you are good to go!

On arrival,rerouted 3/4 cold for m/b running on exterior wall of m/b.from wall clean out on left to right lav sink. Strapped pipe tested work extraordinary good

Arrived to customer, found that customer had live water leak coming from half-inch master bathroom, we traced line to come from kids bedroom towards front of house. At this time we presented customer for reroute of water line. Customer approved, customer opted for paying 100% of job upfront. The office will be contacting you to schedule. On arrival water was coming out of master bath exterior wall, right side. shut off valve cut entry to left side of master bath exterior wall opened block wall other end, cut and caps. Both ends turn water on no cold water on right side of master bath need to perform reroute.

Upon arrival customer building was backed up in the women’s and men’s bathroom. We made multiple attempts at 150ft to clear the blockage. We then ran a camera to see what was going on and it is hard to see with the camera. Just wipes and toilet paper floating around. Come to find out the man holes are overflowing in multiple sections. Possible lift station issue going on. Another company is out checking the lift station.

Customer had sewer smell coming from master bathroom . Customer already had plumber out to change wax ring and caulk. I gave customer estimate on leak detection which I would run camera and smoke test to see if there are any leaks or cracks. Customer said he would get back to us if he wants to go threw with it.

Upon arrival we were shown to a leak in the wall. The wall is already open and we’re not sure which pipe it is and still have to find the other end of it so an estimate for a leak detection was presented to the customer and he will make a decision

And out today to do inspection, flushed heater, customer stated she hears water behind vanity. We did a repair on this less than a year ago…will send someone out to diagnose. I did pressure test and looked for any signs of a leak, no water visible. Customer stated water bill is not high .

Arrived on to property to scope out all fixtures. Locating and discussing all access points and routes in which we will redirect and supply new Cold & Hot water lines. Quote will be emailed to client.

Upon arrival 2nd floor tub drain was clogged. While taking apart drain assembly it was clogged due to hair build up. Hair was removed and drain was tested. Drain is now flowing as it should. Please feel free to call us with any other plumbing concerns!

We installed customer supplied faucet and basket strainer. We installed Jtp supplied garbage disposal and p trap assembly. Checked for leaks and there are no leaks.

Upon arrival scoped out where potential opening for pipe will be located with home owner , discussed the different options of systems. Drew up a blueprint of where all lines will be, will forward to customer.

When we arrived, we met with the homeowner who explained that the toilet in the hall bathroom was running. We diagnosed the toilet as a toilet in need of a minor rebuild since the flapper was broken in a few pieces. He explained that he does not use this bathroom and hasn’t used it for a while. We would recommend a new toilet and faucet in the same bathroom in the future and will give the credit from the rebuild that was done today.

Upon arrival customer wants prices for both shower pan and valve, as well as a tub, spout and new valve. Underneath drain is a freshly redone bathroom with high ceilings. We took pictures and measurements as needed and we will have estimates available tomorrow am.

When we arrived, we met with the homeowner who explained she wanted to add drain, gas, and water for a washing machine, dryer, and fridge. Also provided options for gas tankless and filtration.

Arrived to customer, after running camera through vent, we found a break on PVC 3 inch pipe under shrubs, 3 feet away from front of home to the right of front door. We presented estimates for repair to customer, customer is going to let us know when they are ready to go!

When we arrived we noticed water leaking from ceiling, we proposed a visual leak search. After visual we quickly identified that the ac was leaking, due to condensate line over flow.
