Customer call John the plumber out today because they recently had a home inspection with the insurance company. The insurance company pointed out that they need to replace some corroded water valves underneath kitchen sink. Job summary: Replace 1 inch gate valve outside Replace angle stops underneath kitchen sink. After removal of gate valve we installed new 1 inch ball valve, also installed two dual emergency valves under kitchen sink.Once new valves were installed, we turned water back on at meter and checked all work for leaks which none were present. Job is completed and everything is working to customer satisfaction.

Upon arrival I was shown the toilet that I did a major rebuild on. The flapper on the flush valve was not working properly. I changed it out with a new 2 in fluid master flapper. After changing the flapper out I flushed the toilet several times to make sure that the flapper was working properly. The flapper is working properly and the toilet doesn’t constantly run anymore. Also had the homeowner flush and evaluate the toilet as well. She said that the toilet is working properly.

Upon arrival, located a 3” cleanout. Deployed K60 cable approximately 20–30 feet and retrieved a quantity of wipes. Performed a camera inspection and identified root intrusion in the line, originating at a test tee connection. Reinserted K50 cable to remove the root obstruction.

The homeowner called regarding the removal of an inoperative garbage disposal and the installation of standard drain piping. Upon arrival, I was shown the kitchen garbage disposal, which was seized, non-functional, and not draining. I provided an estimate to remove the disposal and install a new basket strainer with standard P-trap drain piping. The estimate was approved. The scope of work has since been completed. The garbage disposal was removed, and a new basket strainer and P-trap drain assembly were installed. The system was tested and is operating properly with no leaks or issues.

Upon arrival customer showed me th toilet that was running and shower head with poor pressure in guest house bathroom. Performed minor tank rebuild on toilet and removed water resistitor in shower head. Tested all my work found working properly.

Job summary Technician removed customers old broken kitchen faucet. Technician, then proceeded to install a new Moen kitchen faucet (customer provided). After Fossett was installed, technician turned on the water to the home and check the faucet. No leaks were detected in the faucet is operational with no issues.

Upon arrival, found the water service line leaking on the left side of the home. Action Taken: Excavated the area to expose the pipe. Discovered a broken 1” PVC 90-degree elbow fitting. Removed the damaged section of pipe and replaced it using appropriate PVC fittings and pipe. Outcome: Tested the repair thoroughly—no leaks found; the system is functioning properly. Note: Backfilled the hole as much as possible; however, a significant amount of soil had been washed away prior to repair, so full backfill was not possible.

Upon arrival I met with the homeowner about replacing 2 hose bibs. I told him that he has an old gate valve for the main. I presented him with an estimate for the replacement of the main with a new quarter turn ball valve and the 2 hose bibs. He agreed to move forward with the work. After the work was completed I turned the water back on. There are no leaks and everything is working properly.

Upon arrival the tenant told me that the whole house was backed up. There was an exterior clean out located by the window. I took the cap off, and the clean out was full of water, which told me that the stoppage was downstream. I ran the sewer machine with a couple of different heads on the end to finally clear the stoppage. I didn’t pull anything out on the cable. After that I camered the line, and approximately 40 feet downstream and saw that what appeared to be pvc was cracked in a small area. There were also a couple of small bellies in the line as well. I also pulled the toilet in the master bathroom to replace the old wax ring, along with installing a new quarter turn emergency stop. After everything was finished I turned the water back on to make sure that there were no leaks and the toilets were flushing good. I provided 2 separate estimates for the sewer line repair.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to the new toilet and I began installation. After the toilet was installed I ensured the toilet was operating properly and my connections were leak free

Customer call John the plumber out today because they have a kitchen faucet that needs to be replaced. Customer is looking to purchase the faucet themselves and have us come out to install it. Technician will write up a few options for the faucet replacement along with valve replacements

Customer call John the plumber out today because they have a leak under their main valve and underground. The water is spring out of the 90 underground. Technician will write up a few estimates for the customer to choose from. Customer will call us back tomorrow morning if they decide to move forward.

Performed leak detection on the hot water side and identified a leaking section of pipe located between the cabana bathroom and the water heater in the garage. Cut and capped the leaking line to stop the leak. Rerouted ½" Uponor PEX from the hot side of the water heater, running the new line up into the attic, across, and down the wall into the cabana bathroom. Tied the new line back into the existing hot water line in the bathroom. Secured all piping with proper strapping. Installed a new ball valve at the water heater to isolate the rerouted line. Thoroughly tested all work and verified proper function with no leaks.

Plumbing Report: We met with the homeowner today regarding issues with the recently installed water heater. After diagnosing the unit, we confirmed that both the heating elements and thermostats were functioning properly. Upon further inspection, we found the breaker had tripped. The homeowner explained there was a power outage during the storm, and when power was restored, the breaker did not reset automatically. We reset the breaker and confirmed the water heater resumed heating with no issues observed. No additional recommendations at this time.

On arrival I the customer showed me the issues they were having with the toilets and the laundry sink they wanted capped off. I checked the main emergency valve and water heater. The main emergency valve was a gate valve. I wrote an estimate to replace the main emergency gate valve, 2 minor toilet rebuilds with new angles stops, and to cap the laundry sink off. The customer signed and approved the estimate. I began the scope of work. After the scope of work was complete I turned the water on and tested the toilets, angle stops for both toilets, and main line into home. At this time everything is functional and there are zero leaks.

Homeowner reported a leak from their water heater. Inspection Findings: Upon arrival, I was shown a Rheem 50-gallon tall 4500-watt water heater. Inspection revealed the leak was originating from the cold-side nipple connected to the unit. Action Taken: Customer provided a valid paper receipt from Water Heaters Only, confirming warranty coverage. I contacted the service manager, who approved a simple warranty repair. The following repairs were completed: Replaced cold-side brass nipple Installed new flex line on cold inlet The water heater was tested post-repair. No leaks or issues were found at the time of service. Additional Notes: Homeowner was informed about the benefits of a whole-home water filtration system. An estimate was provided for future consideration, and the homeowner will reach out when ready to proceed.

Customer called John the plumber out today because she has a few appliances in her home that she needs installed. Job summary: Installed Customer Supplied Garbage Disposal Installed Standard Dishwasher (Customer Supplied). Water was turned on to the home there’s no leaks from the garbage disposal or the dishwasher and everything is operational.

Upon arrival, I shut the community down from the backflow. I proceeded to change out the existing gate valve with a John plumber pro press ball valve. System has been pressurized and checked with no leaks. I also gave customer a courtesy pressure test to ensure there was no more interior leaks, and there is not. No payment has been collected

Upon arrival, customer had severe water damage. I use the moisture meter to pinpoint the area where the water intrusion was coming from. I went ahead and removed portions of the drywall as per picture shown. After spraying the outside window of the unit come to the conclusion that it is a windowsill and or foundation issue due to the water coming inside the house. at this time, I cannot perform a proper pressure test due to customer having a gate valve and I do not have confirmation to change this valve. An estimate will be submitted to change this valve and if customer wants to agree, we will move forward with changing the valve.

Upon arrival customer wanted to install new single vanity. In order to install new vanity plumbing in wall will have to be moved to center of vanity. We provided an estimate to remove and replace after repiping, as well as just repiping drain and supply lines for customer to then install vanity. All work will have to be performed with a permit. Upon arrival, customer currently has a slab leak and Mainline plumbing came to cap off the lines. At this time, customer is just receiving quotes in regards to a whole home re-pipe. I submitted an estimate for a two line over overhead loop and also a whole home re-pipe.

Upon arrival client told me that in August they had a hose bib that was broken and was gushing water. After noticing the leak the clients husband fixed the hose bib. The next month they had a high water bill but they weren’t sure that it wasn’t from the leaking hose bib. Her husband performed a pressure test on the house for 30 minutes with no drop in pressure. Also checked the meter which did not move. Client called JTP to confirm that there isn’t a leak. I explained to the customer that we would have to perform a pressure test to confirm as well. Customer at this time wants to wait for next month’s bill to see if the bill is still high or is normal.

Customer contacted us regarding intermittent drainage issues affecting both the kitchen sink and the laundry room drain. They reported that the kitchen sink was backing up occasionally, and that the laundry drain was also experiencing slow drainage. Additionally, the homeowner pointed out that the basket strainer on the double-bowl kitchen sink was leaking. Initial Inspection & Diagnosis: Upon arrival, I met with the homeowner and was shown the affected areas. A visual inspection confirmed that the basket strainer on the kitchen sink had signs of leakage. I also verified slow drainage and backup in the kitchen sink, indicating a partial or full stoppage in the drain line. The laundry drain, located on the same branch line, exhibited similar symptoms, suggesting the stoppage was affecting a shared portion of the drainage system. Upon arrival to the location, I met with Margaret who showed us inside the home. She began by explaining they had a leak, and noticed it because the water bill was about 200 more than usual. The old main valve was leaking, and they thought that was the problem. They updated it with a ball valve and the meter still indicated a leak in the home. Then they checked their toilets and noticed a leak but fixed it right away, but meter still was spinning. Moreover, they decided to call a plumber to actually do a leak detection.
