Customer contacted us regarding intermittent drainage issues affecting both the kitchen sink and the laundry room drain. They reported that the kitchen sink was backing up occasionally, and that the laundry drain was also experiencing slow drainage. Additionally, the homeowner pointed out that the basket strainer on the double-bowl kitchen sink was leaking. Initial Inspection & Diagnosis: Upon arrival, I met with the homeowner and was shown the affected areas. A visual inspection confirmed that the basket strainer on the kitchen sink had signs of leakage. I also verified slow drainage and backup in the kitchen sink, indicating a partial or full stoppage in the drain line. The laundry drain, located on the same branch line, exhibited similar symptoms, suggesting the stoppage was affecting a shared portion of the drainage system. Proposed Work & Estimate: After diagnosing the issues, I presented the homeowner with an estimate to perform the following: Remove and replace the leaking baske

Upon arrival to the location, I met with Margaret who showed us inside the home. She began by explaining they had a leak, and noticed it because the water bill was about 200 more than usual. The old main valve was leaking, and they thought that was the problem. They updated it with a ball valve and the meter still indicated a leak in the home. Then they checked their toilets and noticed a leak but fixed it right away, but meter still was spinning. Moreover, they decided to call a plumber to actually do a leak detection. In addition, There’s no visible water anywhere in the home. I told Margaret while start first by pressure testing the home. The home did not hold any pressure, it immediately began dropping steady indicating a leak in the home. Furthermore, I told her while have to do the leak detection. I advised the price would be credited if they decided to move forward with the repair when found. When we were going through the bathrooms, Margaret was talking to Paul over the pho

Jackie showed me inside, and I asked immediately if I could shut the water off and she okayed the shut down. Moreover, I cut into the lines of the shower transfer valve and got new shower valve in place after removing some of the block wall. After connecting my fittings, I tested for leaks by turning the water back on and no leaks were detected. In addition, I added couple more feet to each drain stub and added more water, and it’s now holding. All is well at the moment.

We met with the tenant, who explained that she wanted the toilet replaced in her kid’s bathroom because the existing toilet was too small. We recommended installing a taller toilet and presented two options: the Premier model and the Highline model, with the Highline being the premium choice. The tenant decided to move forward with the Premier option. We contacted the homeowner for approval, and he agreed to the installation. This scope of work also includes reconnecting the existing bidet after installing the new toilet. This proposal includes: • Supplying and installing a Premier model toilet in the kid’s bathroom. • Reconnecting the existing bidet to the new toilet. • Testing all connections to confirm proper operation and no leaks. Tested our work after install and no leaks were observed. Provided tenant with water heater sticker for safety precautions since they could not provide access to the heater.

Upon arrival, found water leaking from the wall in the master bathroom shower. The main manifold for the bathroom had already been exposed by others prior to our arrival. Spoke with the homeowner by phone and explained the necessary repairs to locating the leaking loop, capping it, and successfully stopping the leak. Will provide a quote for rerouting the abandoned loop. Also provided an estimate for performing a full leak detection. The customer has informed us that they are obtaining additional estimates from other companies before proceeding.

Customer reported a stoppage affecting both the women's and men's bathrooms. I accessed the system through the exterior cleanout and snaked the line upstream using approximately 45 feet of cable to clear the blockage. After clearing the line, I thoroughly tested both bathrooms by flushing multiple times with toilet paper. I visually confirmed that the paper was passing through the cleanout, indicating the stoppage was fully cleared. All fixtures are now flushing properly. Note: No warranty is provided on drain stoppages.

On arrival we talked with Jennifer about the leaking valve behind the fridge which she wanted changed for her new fridge install. She also wanted to change out the emergency angle stops under the sink in the kitchen since we were there. The water heater is working good, the previous visit we shut the water heater ball valve off and missed turning it back on. After completion of the work we restored water to the home and checked for functionality and that there were zero leaks. At this time everything is working properly and there are zero leaks.

We met with the homeowner who explained that her water heater was leaking and caused water to spread throughout her garage. She was able to shop-vac most of the water up before our arrival. After inspection, we recommended replacing the water heater due to the possibility of it being cracked. When the unit was brought to us, we observed a dent on the heater and made the homeowner aware of it. She explained that as long as her warranty remained valid and the dent did not affect the functionality of the heater, she had no concerns. We provided a discount and also enrolled her in our membership program for agreeing to move forward with the water heater installation. After installation, we tested the unit thoroughly. No leaks or issues were observed, and the water heater is heating properly. No further recommendations at this time.

On arrival we were greeted by the customer and began to start our work. We cut the pipe with water in the sleeve from the exposed manifold that was found on the prior visit. We found the other end and had our plan to do the rest of the repipe. We spoke to the customer about replacing the heater since it was old and rusted also we were cutting the pipe on the cold side to put a tee in and feed the other end of the capped underground line. We wrote an estimate and the customer signed and accepted the estimate. We removed and replaced the water heater before continuing with the overhead repipe. Once the overhead repipe was finished we restored water to the home and there were no leaks. At this time the scope of work is done and everything is working great with zero leaks. *John the plumber is not responsible for drywall repair or concrete*

Performed jetting service on the main pvc sewer line. Ran the jetting machine through both bathroom stacks, as well as through the ground-level cleanout in both upstream and downstream directions. Successfully cleared all sludge and buildup from the line. Conducted a video inspection (scoping) of the line afterward to document results—line was clear and in excellent condition. Job completed with optimal flow restored.

Customer reported a stoppage in the master bathroom toilet. *Ran 75 feet of cable through the roof vent stack to clear the blockage. *Successfully cleared the stoppage. *Performed a camera inspection of the line following the clearing. *Observed significant buildup along the line during the inspection. *Recommended a full hydro jetting service to remove all buildup and prevent future blockages (see attached estimate for details). *Verified proper drainage by running the shower and flushing the toilet multiple times — all fixtures are currently draining properly.

Upon arrival to the location, I turned off the water to the home and got key to opened door. Brian was having issues with his hot water, it was lukewarm, and not getting hot enough as it was. I went to the bathroom and cut into both lines to the diverter valve, to install check valves to stop water from mixing into the lines. I checked the hot water at the kitchen, other bathrooms and it was much hotter than it was prior. No leaks detected, all is operating accordingly at the moment.

Upon arrival the homeowner had an old 38 gallon water heater that was currently leaking. I also looked at the main valve which was an old one inch gate valve. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to replace the water heater along with the main valve. After installing the new water heater and main valve I turned the water back on to make sure that there were no leaks. No leaks were present. After the heater was installed I wired it back up and turned the power back on to the heater. The heater is working properly and heating up.

9/12/25 Upon arrival, to the home, I met the cleaning lady who was present at the home. She knew of my arrival, when I got there she was in the middle of using water. She asked for a few minutes before I cut the water off. Moreover, after a few minutes, I cut the meter off and began by doing the main valve outside. Furthermore, After I had the main valve connected, I went inside and began making the necessary adjustments to get ready for inspection. I realized I didn’t have a concrete bit, which I needed to secure water lines to concrete. I went to nearby supply and picked one up. Hence, I then went to turn the water back on to the home and no leaks were detected anywhere. Master Bathroom is ready for inspection. I did speak with Matt at Entrusted and they will be scheduling the inspection for Monday. 09/11/25 Upon arrival met with Matt with entrusted and spoke about what’s going on and got on the same page. Then met with Jackie to go over the shower diverter and valve locations.

After consulting with her husband, the customer decided to purchase both replacement units and have our team complete the installation. Customer will contact the office next week once the parts have arrived to schedule the installation.

Issue Identified: *Customer reported a leak on an exposed Upnor (expansion) pipe. *Upon inspection, the leaking section was located where the pipe entered the wall to feed the outdoor kitchen. *The pipe runs approximately 30 feet and is exposed to outside elements, including sunlight and weather. Next Steps: Provided customer with two options: *Repair the leaking section only. *Full replacement of the 30-foot exposed line with copper, tying into the existing copper main and indoor connection. *Customer was advised of the risks of further leaks if only the damaged section is repaired. *Customer will review the
