Customer garbage disposal was humming but not engaging, Garbage disposal is a special MOEN model that requires an overhead tool to un jam the gears. We brought the tool needed to I jam the garbage disposal. (The customer bought this tool through us to keep) tested the garbage disposal and it is working as it should. Also we provided an estimate to replace the main shut off valve to the house.
Customer called requesting estimate for leaking water heater replacement.when we arrived we noticed the heater in very bad shape leaking in multiple locations and past it’s 10 year lifespan.we provided customer with replacement , In which customer stated he had 3 other estimate much more affordable than us , however upon conversing with the customer he decided to move forward with us instead.at this time job has been completed and paid in full.customer is happy. This option includes the following New 50 gal tank tall water heater New ball valve New pan Up to code compliant connection for customer safety 6 year parts and labor warranty
On arrival there was water on the floor in the guest bedroom opposite side was hall bath water ran all the way to the other guest bedroom. There was water on floor in garage in the area of water heater. Opened drywall in living room behind water heater, exposing half-inch hot copper pipe with water coming out of sleeve.. shut water off at ball valve left side of home. Traced to find other end in hall bath.. opened drywall in guest bedroom, exposing other end. Cut and capped both ends. Turned water on. No hot water to hall bath. reroute half-inch uponor through attic. Coming down wall in living room connecting to hot at water heater. Came down wall in guest bedroom tiring back into hot.tested all work good.
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the guest bedroom where water was coming through the tile floor in a little spot. It was dry when I arrived after doing a drop pressure, the water pressure dropped a little bit and water started coming up through the tile. The homeowner has family members coming in town for a week. After that they are going to decide on moving forward with a full leak search.
Upon arrival I found the master bathroom toilet backing up. I was able to flush 5 gallons of water three times down toilet but the toilet paper seemed to not flush all the way. I used stol agher through the toilet to pull back up the plastic cap from bidet seat access panel. I flushed toilet multiple times with toilet paper having flushed. Toilet properly working at this time.
On this job when we arrived customer had a big leak under slab in which it has been the 3rd leaking lines he’s had to repair in the last 2 years.I educated customer as to why the pipe were failing due to water quality.customer stated he’s had enough of leaks and wants to move forward once he speak to his wife regarding all estimates gathered to make a decision.spoke with manager and we came up with a reasonable price to perform work.once wife is off of work tonight , I will follow up with customer for a final decision.
Upon arrival customer garbage disposal was turning on but was not engaging. We determined after looking up the exact model number GXP50C of the GD that it requires a specific tool to engage the gears. The tool is an overhead tool and is proprietary to moen. Customer agree to GD cleaning additional charge for purchase of the tool.
Single story drain cleaning. Ran 100ft of drain auger through the back bathroom in the back of the house by the pool. Both toilets and all bathroom fixtures are draining efficiently. Ran multiple flush tests on toilets and drop tests from bathroom sinks. Ran water for 10 mins no blockage. Upon drop test, I noticed back bathroom sink draining slowly. Looked and found sink strainer and tailpiece full of hair. I offered to include the sink clearing for $99. He declined.
Arrived to customer, this was a presold job. We dug out one way, clean out and added two way clean out on 3 inch exiting home. We ran Jetter through both kitchen and laundry room stack. As well as 3 inch horizontal line. After doing so we ran camera to evaluate and found that jetting cleared and cleaned most grease and scum build up. We advised customer, that this cleaning just prolongs time to replace cast iron with pvc. We had customer run all fixtures in home to verify proper drainage and you are good to go!
Arrived customer found that kitchen sink was clogged. Presented estimates to customer for sneaking and running camera to evaluate drain. After unclog in kitchen sink, we ran camera and found that grease and scum buildup in kitchen line is causing problem. At this time we recommend it to customer a Hydro jetting.
Upon arrival, the customer led us to the master bathroom and requested the replacement of the old fill valve and flapper in the toilet. The customer explained that these parts had become worn over time. As per their request, we proceeded to remove the old fill valve and flapper, replacing them with new, more efficient components. Additionally, the existing supply line, which was made of plastic, was also replaced with a more durable metal wire mesh line to ensure greater reliability and longevity. After completing the replacements, we thoroughly checked the system for any potential leaks. We tested both the newly installed fill valve and supply line, ensuring everything was securely fitted. No leaks were found during the inspection, and the toilet was functioning properly.
Upon arrival, the customer directed us to the master bathroom vanity sink and explained that the old metal P-trap had broken during his attempt to install a new pop-up drain. We replaced the damaged P-trap with a new unit, securely connecting it to the existing copper piping. The customer-supplied pop-up drain was professionally installed and tested for proper functionality. A comprehensive inspection was performed, confirming there were no leaks. During our visit, we also noticed that the water heater was well beyond its expected lifespan and highly recommend replacing it. An estimate for the replacement has been provided to the customer for their consideration.
Upon arrival customers kitchen sink was completely clogged and not draining. We ran hand snake to relieve blockage, and ran garbage disposal with a full sink a few times to clear out remaining debris. Sink is now draining as it should.
Customer called statin heater was only 2 years old and was not working,when we arrived we noticed heater was leaking badly from element compartment causing the breaker to pop inside electrical panel,proceeded to provide customer with new heater so he can start from scratch with a new one and good warranty,in which he accepted,at this time job has been completed and no leaks were detected.paid in full. Customer called requesting estimate for one hose bib to be changed,when we arrived we noticed an additional hose bib around the back of home needed to be changed as well so we gave customer a package option for both to be replaced in which he approved,at this time job has been completed and paid in full. Customer had half inch cold loop leak in copper pipe from powder bath close to garage to kitchen. Both ends of pipe or cut and capped gave estimate to reroute half inch cold from powder bath to kitchen.
Customer called for leak coming above tile inside home,provided leak search along with main valve estimate since he had a gate valve and he approved in which we began scope of work and noticed multiple lines leaking one hot one cold leading from guest bath manifold to island sink,upon final pressure test once we capped lines customer had no water in kitchen however leak has been stopped,customer approved reroute through a partition wall he will be building above the kitchen pillar wall to cover pipes. This is an estimate to preform a leak search that is affecting the hallway bathroom on the right side of the house. I will provide the cost for the first hour and a half. If it exceeds that time it will be an additional cost of $388.05 each additional hour. Once the leak is found we can potentially apply some of the cost of the leak search to the repair. When arrival follow directions given called Judy. found needed paperwork for manager of store to sign not able to obtain paperwork due to email that was sent to John. The plumber came in 15 minutes prior to me arriving here not able to do work without paper.
On arrival, customer stated that their hall bathroom two piece white elongated American standard toilet was running. I shut water off at the stop . Performed a minor tank rebuild, turned water on and it tested good.
On arrival, owner was not able to enter tenants unit due to no one being present. Customer will contact office when they can be home.
Repair has been complete pictures and video were uploaded and association fixed the major leak they were responsible for.the problem was a chip on the pipe vertical from 1 st floor due to cutting of drywall to access pipe while performing leak search on Monday , replaced 1 foot with two repair coupling ferncos to be safe and vigorously tested drainage from upstairs to make sure there was no more leaks from our behalf , none were found.

Units in question are 200k Btu lp gas each well over 15 years old and never maintenanced,they are located in gold club,currently not providing hot water,representative approved diagnostic charge for both units in which I identified that the pilot assembly switch is faulty along with 1 thermocoupling, since they are commercial units I could not get pricing on them or speak with jtp manager to discuss them,I notified customer I will be providing proper estimate for repair by Monday ,as well as an estimate for 2 new units considering there decay and age.at this time diagnostic is completed and payment is complete.
