Both Customer Service and Scott the plumber exceeded my expectations. So professional.
Attempt to clear a kitchen clog from a wall clean out. Client accepted the estimate. Ran cable 40-50 feet to clear blockage from an outside wall clean out. After clearing the kitchen clog ran water while snaking the line to assure the clog was clear. Also Went to the main clean out and saw that the water was flowing. No warranty on drain lines
Upon today’s visit we installed tubular drain assemblies for a two bay kitchen sink, installed garbage disposal, and installed emergency stops. After installation we tested for proper functioning, operating as it should. Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane
The technicians were very professional, they very quickly found the blockage. They showed on the camera screen what was going on in the drain pipe. Once the line was cleared I got another view of the problem being solved. Since having work done a few weeks ago and my wife and I not even using the garbage disposal, we were a little perplexed why we had a blockage again. We saw what looked like a brillo pad in the drain line and we don't use anything like that. Gary suggested maybe someone put something down the clean out. That was a great thought and I put an inconspicuous seal on the cap and I'll be install security camera's this week. I really appreciate the prompt and excellent service and for Gary's insight into why this blockage may have happened.
Full house backed up use K 6045 feet through 4 inch ground clean out in front of the yard use camera and found Brillo pad. The size of a cat in line used K 60 with 4 inch cutterhead to chop up Brillo pad flushed toilet and use garden hose through clean out to make sure stoppage was gone Tested all work found working properly
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me her daughter’s bathroom upstairs where the toilet was draining slowly and was sometimes bubbling. The house is new and all pvc. I felt that it was isolated to the toilet seeing it was only this toilet and no other fixtures in the house. Once I pulled the toilet I immediately noticed that the toilet was on an offset flange with a wax ring that had a horn. This restricted the flow of water because it made the diameter of the closet bend very small. I then camered the line to make sure that there were no other issues. I did see a small clump of toilet paper that I was able to push through. I ran all of the fixtures and flushed several toilets upstairs. Everything is flushing and flowing properly now.

Customer called John the plumber out today because she needs to replace her under the sink filtration system. When technician arrived, customer showed him where the filtration system was located. When technician was inspecting the filtration system, he saw that the valves underneath the sink or old and the piping going into the filtration system, was corroded along with the faucet for the filtration system. Technician recommends replacing the system for a new system with new piping. Technician also recommends a customer replace the water heater underneath the kitchen counter because it is from 1994. Customer is going to contact a friend to help with this decision.
When technician arrived customer informed him that their child put a popsicle stick down the toilet and now the toilet is not flushing properly. Customer attempted to sneak the line themselves but was unsuccessful. Based on the way the toilet is flushing technician believes that the issue may live at the base of the toilet. Technician will present the customer with a few options. Customer decided to try and clear the toilet with the closet auger but unfortunately that did not work the next choice was to replace the toilet which customer agreed upon. Job summary Technician removed customers pressure assist toilet and install a new pressure assist toilet in its place. After toilet was the song technician flushed it multiple times in the toilet is operational with no issues.
Professional, efficient and courteous
Upon arrival I installed the 80 gallon heater. Everything has been tested with no leaks. Customer is satisfied. Customer paid by check.
When we arrived, we spoke with the property manager over the phone, who is also the owner of the unit. He explained that the toilet in the back unit has been clogging, and a previous plumber had already attempted a repair. According to him, they had pulled the toilet, snaked it, and ran a camera but were unable to determine the issue. We proposed pulling the toilet again since it was leaking from the base, indicating it was not properly reset from the previous visit. After pulling the toilet, we snaked the line and ran the camera. The camera inspection showed a large buildup of toilet paper and waste in one section of the line. The snake bored through the blockage, but we explained that it will continue to clog until that section is either dug up or properly jetted. We recommended digging up the area and installing a two-way clean-out, as this would provide a long-term solution and be more cost-effective than repeated snaking. It would also make future maintenance easier since the
Excellent service!
Upon arrival supplied estimate for a minor toilet rebuild, a pull and reset and new emergency valve. I also supply an estimate that customer agreed to for an 80 gallon 4500 W heater at this time. Customer paid $500 deposit and wants to be put on the schedule for Monday afternoon per Darren.
Great service
Upon arrival the homeowner had an American Standard toilet in the guest bathroom that was leaking from the tank to bowl gasket. After speaking with the homeowner about doing a major toilet rebuild, he and his wife decided to replace the toilet with a Kohler High Line Arc. I also changed the emergency stops in the guest bathroom and hallway bathroom. After the job was completed I turned the water back on. I checked for leaks and proper function of the new toilet. Everything is working properly with no leaks.
Upon arrival I met with Jacob who showed me building 4 that is having reoccurring stoppages in the main line do to root intrusion and bellies in the line. I also spoke with the president of the association and we discussed replacing the whole building line which is approximately 400 feet of 6 inch cast iron. I will be discussing this scope of work with our construction manager to see if we want to take on the job.
Ran ½" PEX-A from the manifold located behind the water heater, tapping off the existing ½" cold water line. Ran approximately 15 feet of PEX through the attic and down the exterior wall to install a new hose bib. This was necessary due to a leak in the original line, which required us to cap and eliminate the previous feed to the existing hose bib.
Jason did a great job with my plumbing project. I will definitely call John the plumber for my future plumbing needs.
This was a pre sold estimate to install a customer supplied 2 piece American Standard toilet, along with a new quarter turn hose bib outback. Also the homeowner wanted to change the old emergency stop with a new quarter turn emergency stop. After I installed everything I turned the water back on to test for leaks, and proper functioning of the toilet. Everything is working properly with no leaks.
On arrival the homeowner showed me in his garage where he moved the heater and cut open the drywall toward expose the manifold which was leaking from the cold side. I wrote an estimate to do a leak search to find the other end. The homeowner approved and signed the leak search and I began my work. After cutting and tracing the manifold line I found that the other end was on the exterior wall toward the right of the garage door. I went over options with the homeowner and wrote an estimate to do an overhead repipe to restore water to his hose. The homeowner signed the new estimate and we will be doing the scope of work another day. At this time the line I cut is capped on both ends and not leaking. Water is restored to the rest of the home.
We met with the homeowner who stated that the water heater was leaking. Chris was also present and questioned the pricing. After we explained that the cost of water heaters and materials has increased, he understood and acknowledged that the six-year warranty was included in the quoted price. We replaced the existing water heater with a new unit and tested it thoroughly. No leaks were observed. We reconfigured and reconnected the water lines and installed a new shut-off valve. The main valve on the system is a gate valve. We advised replacement with a ball valve due to the risk of failure associated with gate valves, though the homeowner declined for now, believing it to be in good condition. No other recommendations at this time.
Customer called regarding a backup in the upstairs master bathroom shower. Upon arrival for the emergency visit, I spoke with the tenant and was shown the affected shower, where visible signs of a stoppage were present, including toilet paper in the drain. I provided an estimate to clear the stoppage using a K-50 snaking sewer machine, which was approved. The stoppage was successfully cleared through the shower drain. I tested drainage by running multiple fixtures, including the tub and shower, and confirmed proper flow. Although no physical obstructions were pulled out, resistance was felt on the cable, indicating an obstruction that was successfully pushed through and cleared during the snaking process.
Upon arrival, customer wanted me to install a customer supplied tub spout. Upon further investigation, there are two holes as per picture taken inside the tub spout pipe. I informed customer I could not move forward with job because I would have to charge her to change the pipe and she said she is a renter and it is the building’s responsibility. Please mark this as a non-opportunity cause no work was performed.
We met with the foreman of the company who explained they have plans for remodel, we will review the plans and provide multiple quotes.
We met with the homeowner who pointed out a small water stain near the walkway entrance of the home. We explained that we could open the ceiling to attempt locating the origin of the leak, but results may not be guaranteed. The homeowner understood and appreciated the honesty. No other plumbing concerns were found inside the home at this time. Additional findings: the hose bib near the front door is leaking heavily and should be replaced. The home’s main shutoff valve is currently a gate valve, which we recommend replacing with a ball valve for reliable operation in case of future leaks. She will let us know her next choice and all estimates will be sent via email.
Upon arrival Teresa showed me the scope of work, which was a reconnect of the lavatory faucets, p-traps, and tubular drainage. The scope of work was installing 4 customer supplied widespread faucets, 2 p-traps, the pop-ups, and 4 new emergency stops in 3 separate bathrooms. After the installation of everything I turned the water back on to test for leaks and proper function of the work. Everything is working properly with no leaks.
BLADIMIR was terrific!!!!!! But shocked at cost of service because we used our own faucet !!?
Upon arrival to the location, I met with Jimmy who works for the Wolks. He was in the parking lot waiting on my arrival to direct me on where to park and where to go. After checking in, we went to the unit where he showed me the kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. Mr and Mrs Wolk were not present but Jimmy had authorization to approve estimate and had payment. I asked to see the main valve in case of emergencies and they had a gate valve which I advised should get upgraded sooner than later. Moreover, I told Jimmy if the valves underneath the kitchen doesn’t work then we’ll need to replace the main valve and go from there. He turned the valves off and they’re working good. Furthermore, I showed him an option which we approved. I got what was needed, while he cleared the cabinet. In addition, I got the old faucet out, wiped down the area and installed new faucet. After connecting supply lines, I tested for leaks by turning the emergency shut off valves back on and no leaks were
Client has a 1” pvc to copper adapter that is leaking right before their 1” ball valve to the house. Will have to cut out the pvc piping and sweat off a portion of the copper and install new male pvc adapter to the copper fitting. After will wait for the glue to dry and test for leaks.
We spoke with the tenant, who reported water stains and a dripping noise from the master bathroom shower upstairs. After inspecting the property, we explained to the owner that we could either perform a leak search or proceed with replacements based on visible condition and function. Both bathroom cartridges and tub drains are in poor condition and should be replaced eventually. The master bathroom appears to be the most likely cause of the leak, though without a proper leak search we cannot confirm with certainty. Our recommendation is still to replace both sets, but the customer may choose to proceed with only the master bathroom for now. After repairing the tub drain, we opened to ceiling to discover the tub shoe to be cracked. We replaced the tub shoe and tested no leaks were observed. There is water damage to a large portion of the ceiling that should be addressed. Replacement of: • Master bathroom shower cartridge • Master bathroom tub drain This option addresses only th
Client has a toilet that is constantly running after filling. Clients emergency shut off valve is frozen and needs to be replaced as well. Client declined to replace the toilet emergency shut off valve and accepted the minor toilet tank rebuild. *minor toilet tank rebuild for an American standard toilet that is located in the master bathroom. Replaced the fill valve and flapper inside the toilet tank.
