Upon arrival I was shown to a broken bathroom drain pipe and emergency shutoff valves that weren’t working. An estimate to replace these were agreed on and after the work was done I made sure nothing I installed was leaking and are functioning properly. I then saw that the cartridge on the cold side of the faucet needed replacing but couldn’t get it out so an estimate for a customer supplied widespread faucet install will be sent to the customer

Upon arrival I was shown to a leak from where the basket strainer meets the tubular. The locknut and gasket worn out and disconnected. An estimate to replace it was agreed on and after the work was done I ran the sink and filled and drained it multiple times to ensure it being leak free

Upon arrival I was shown to a possible leaking faucet drain. After multiple attempts to recreate the leak by running the faucet and filling and draining it there was no sign of water. There is no leak present here as of today

Upon arrival shower was draining slowly,the drain was grouted in ,I was not able to remove grout out of shower drain, so he removed it himself, there was a drain catheter full of hair. Removed the hair from the drain and everything was cleared

When we arrived, we explained to the homeowner that going with a tankless may not be the best idea but we did explain If she did we would recommend a stiebel ultron 36. This will require a new service. Also recommended a hybrid water heater

Came out today to provide a few different estimates for problems around the home starting with the hall bathroom shower that’s constantly dripping I explained there is no name brand and we will have to take it apart to diagnose it or we can replace the whole valve with a brand new moen valve and replace it from the backside drywall. I have sent quotes for all the work.

I ran the drill snake in the guest bathroom ,in order to clear a clogged bath tub, I removed hair from the drain, afterwards I had the customer come into the bathroom to to such the drain was cleared to her liking, as far as the kitchen it needs to be repiped so I presented the price for repiping and the customer declined.

Upon arrival the customer explained that the guest bathroom was clogged, I ran the water in the sink, the toilet started to bubble , I went on the roof and ran 75 feet of cable to clear the blockage, after I was finished I ran the water in the sink and flush the toilet 5 times to make sure the blockage was cleared. After we cleared the stoppage we ran the camera to the city and didn’t see any obvious signs that would have caused the stoppage.

Upon arrival we were shown to a failing fill valve in a brand new toilet that one of us installed a few months ago. We replaced the fill valve and tested it in front of the customer multiple time to ensure proper functionality

Arrived to customer, found that main valve under kitchen cabinet was hard to open due to no leverage. Once we turned on water, we found that customers, garbage disposal, and Fossett were both leaking. At this time we presented estimates to customer for replacement of faucet and garbage, disposal, and replacement of main valve. Customer opted for just replacement of garbage, disposal, and faucet, due to customer, not wanting to put hole in drywall. After removing old garbage, disposal and Fossett, we installed new wolverine, brass faucet and half horsepower garbage disposal. We checked for proper functionality and tested for leaks and you are good to go!

Came out today to diagnose a toilet in the master bathroom that’s leaking from the tank to bowl gasket. I preformed a major toilet rebuild taking care of all failed parts and gaskets. Tested toilet extensively to ensure no leaks or issues. ( 1 year parts and labor warranty)

Came back out today to install brand new Moen chateau trim kit in hall bathroom removed old shower arm, shower head and trim plate and reinstalled with all new pieces. When I unthread the tub spout I found out it was roughed in for this specific tub spout and I asked customer if she was okay with keeping it and I could offer a discount. Customer agreed so I reinstalled old tub spout and tested extensively to ensure no leaks or issues

On arrival, customer is interested in having cast-iron drain under home camera due to another company cam line saying that there were cracks in pipe. Ran camera down 3 inch cast-iron vent stack over hallbath to clean out left of front door. Ran camera down 2 inch cast-iron vent over half bath out to clean out left the front door ran camera from clean out. Left to front door out to city tap did not see any of cast-iron cracked, very small roots where growing in between city tap by road condition believe it to be in city used flash drive gave recorded drive to customer.. cast-iron is scaled. suggest to run de scaler and jet line giving estimate to do both

Came out today to look at old school moen shower trim that customer wants updated. I found the updated trim online and we will be coming back to install it as soon as it arrives parts have already been ordered.

Upon arrival, we found that the customer was experiencing delays in receiving hot water. After assessing the situation, we determined that the tankless water heater had never been flushed, which likely contributed to the reduced performance. To address the issue, we recommended descaling the unit to remove built-up mineral deposits and sediment. We proceeded with the descaling process, effectively flushing out the debris that had accumulated over time. This action not only aimed to resolve the immediate concern of slow hot water delivery but also helped enhance the overall efficiency of the heater and extend its lifespan. However, we informed the customer that this is not a guaranteed fix due to potential unknown factors. The tank is currently functioning as expected, and no faults were detected during our inspection. Regular maintenance was emphasized as crucial for preventing similar issues in the future. We also provided whole home filtration options per customer interest.

Arrived to customer, found that current 38 gallon water heater was from 1988 and was leaking. We also found that main water shut off valve on house is a gate valve. We provided estimates to customer for replacement, customer opted for just replacement of water heater today. We disconnected old water heater and installed new pan new ball valve, new water heater, and new t&p relief valve. After installation, we waited 45 minutes for water in tank to get hot, set thermostat to customers prefered temperature And you are good to go!

Arrived to customer, We found that master bath shower was clogged. Customer advised us that son dropped a toy car down drain and that could be the cause of clog. We presented estimate to customer to unclog drain, customer approved. After vacuuming out water in shower, and finding toy car lodged in the bottom of drain, we removed toy car from drain and cleaned out the remaining in drain, after we checked for proper drainage and functionality!

I removed guest bathroom toilet, ran 25 feet of cable and cleared clog. Afterwards ran water in back to back and flushed both toilets to assure that the stoppage was cleared. The conclusion was I found dude wipes in toilet , I explained to customer they were to not be used.

On arrival, customer has out side shower to install and water heater in garage isn’t hot enough,Install owners supplied out side shower. reased temperature on water heater tested work good

Upon arrival I came to find the guest bathroom toilet was clogged, I ran water into the sink and shower to eliminate the suggestion that it could be a clog more serious than only the toilet. At this time I came to find that it was the toilet and toilet only. So I proceeded to us the toilet auger to clear the clog.

Upon arrival customer had a shower drain that was clogged. We ran handsnake to relieve drain tested flow, flows as it should. Thank you for calling John the plumber!

Arrived to customer, we found that cold side emergency water shut off under master bathroom sink was old traditional style valve. We presented estimates for replacement of both emergency water stops, customer opted for just replacement of broken one. We shut water down from meter outside and replaced cold side angle stop with new quarter turn valve. We tuned water back on and bled air out of system, checked for proper functionality, and you are good to go!

Arrived to customer, found that three-quarter hose bib was leaking on right side of home and main valve to shut off. Water was a gate valve. We presented estimate to customer for replacement of main valve and hose bib bundle, customer approved. After removing old gate valve and both hose bibs, we turn the water back on checked for proper functionality and you are good to go!

Came out today to evaluate a hybrid water heater that’s giving an error code and not heating fully when in energy saving mode. Customer called rheem and they diagnosed the issue stating it’s a failed capacitor. They sent them out the new part but I highly recommend to the customer to have an AC company install the part and they Will also be able to re do the ductile work coming off of the vents as that will need to be undone to take the top of the heater off.

Arrived to customer we found that right side bathroom toilet was clogged. We presemtee estimates for running toilet auger to clear clog due to sinks playing no effect on clogged toilet, Customer approved. After all green, toilet, we clear clog, clean the toilet, checked for proper functionality, and you are good to go.
