faulty valve was replaced with a new quarter-turn valve to restore proper functionality to the water line. Upon arrival I was shown to a shower that was believed to not be diverting the water from the spout to shower head. I tested it out and it’s diverting and holding fine as of right now. I also had the tenant do it as well. As of right now today it’s working fine. I did notice that there is a leak from both handles which would indicate that the stems and valve body is on its way out so I did inform the owner and tenant to pay attention to that because a valve replacement is coming up for the master bathroom shower.

Upon arrival customer informed me that they want to install water lines and drain line for a washer. The room they are making a washer room was previously a half bath with a lavatory and a toilet. Upon inspection, I noted that the current “makeshift” setup was illegal and I would need to cut and cap off the current setup. The job will require a 4’x4’ cut in the drywall to locate water lines and drain stack. Will need to bring waste arm from available stack to washer. Will also need to install p trap in wall for washer drain. Hot and cold supply lines will be supplied from existing lavatory in same wall behind washer room. Drywall repair is not included. I spoke with customer building, and they advised me that the work would need to be permitted. They gave me a ARC service package to fill out and return for approval. Customer said that the tenant is available to start work as soon as possible. Customer agreed to all charges and signed estimate to begin work.
