Upon arrival customer had a leaking faucet in woman’s lav. Due to there being old style multi turn valves underneath sink, we will need to get ahold of maintenance to find main water shut off to suite. We will then have to shut off water to suite to change out valves to new 1/4 turn emergency stops. We did also tell customer if they wanted to shut valves underneath lavatory for install, we will not be responsible if the valve fails and causes damage. Customer called due to a leak into her bottom unit coming from upstairs unit. When we arrived , customer was not onsite. We spoke with upstairs unit owner in which he was all in regarding a leak search estimate however bottom unit owner stated she will not pay for anything. Also , unable to access her unit for pictures

Arrived to customer and found that their current plastic chrome pop up in the guest bathroom lavatory sink was broken. At this time we presented an estimate to the customer for replacement which customer approved. We also informed customer of replacement of emergency water stops and provided her with estimates so when we get them in stock we can replace but at this time we only replaced chrome pop up. After installation we did a drop test and tested for proper drainage and got no leaks.

Arrived to customer, we removed showerhead and installed customer supplied new showerhead in master bath. After installation, we checked for proper functionality and verified that person on site was happy with work!

Today, we met with the tenant of the Airbnb property and discussed the current plumbing issue. We explained the necessity of performing a jetting service to address the blockage. Additionally, we informed the tenant that we would provide several options for torque repair, which will be included in the upcoming quote. Communication Attempts: We attempted to contact the homeowner to provide an update on the situation but did not receive a response. We will wait 10 minutes before proceeding to the next scheduled call. Next Steps: • Prepare and send a detailed quote with multiple torque repair options. • Follow up with the homeowner if no response is received within the allotted time. • Schedule the jetting service upon approval. Proposal 1: Whole House Drain Jetting with Camera Inspection Scope of Work: We recommend a whole house jetting service to address the slow-draining issue. Upon arrival, customer advised used me he had a slow flush in his guest bathroom and the shower was backing up. I advised customer that I would do a small diagnostic to determine what are of the house the clog is in. After diagnostic, I determined that the problem is isolated in the south guest bathroom. I advised customer that I would need to run a snake down that bathroom vent and then possibly camera the line. I ran 75’ of reel and released the backup. The customer saw the blockage pass through the clean out. I then camera the line and found a large sediment bed located right after the 90 on the vent stack. It looked like pieces of cast iron or sediment. I took a video and sent it to the customer as well. Advised customer that they would eventually need to jet the system out. They took it into consideration. Customer satisfied.

Arrived to customer, found that their shower drain was clogged. We called customer and asked if there was anything else that he wanted us to take a look at, customer declined. At this time we sent estimates to customer for just unclogging shower drain. Customer approved. After snaking the shower drain, we ran all fixtures in the bathroom group to check for proper functionality. I cleaned up and you are good to go! We accidentally broke the swivel on their showerhead. We informed customer of the situation and agreed to install Moen standard showerhead free of charge.

Upon arrival, down stairs unit tenant showed me where water was leaking from. Upstairs neighbor pulled out their refrigerator water and was all over the floor. The brand new refrigerator that Lowe’s installed was leaking. Customer will be reaching out to Lowe's direct for them to install a new refrigerator. JTP not responsible for any leaks.

Upon arrival customer advised me that his kitchen faucet was losing pressure when he turned it on. He said it just started happening. I advised him that I would run a short diagnostic on the faucet to find out what was causing the low pressure. After diagnostic I determined that the cartridge was clogged up or compromised. Customer wanted to know if he can replace just the cartridge. I advised him that it would be possible but we highly recommend changing the faucet. Also, the threaded locking nut for the fixture was seized up. Therefore we are unable to remove the cartridge without scratching the brush nickel up. Customer understood the situation and provided his own glacier bay faucet. I installed the sensor faucet and tested for leaks. No leaks and the sensor works flawlessly. Customer satisfied.

Customer has disposal in single bowl, kitchen sink, not working. Remove disposal and install basket strainer. I ran water and tested work good. Master bath tub, spout with diverter not working. Removed tub, spout with diverter and install new tub spout with diverter. Run water test good. Customer has three-quarter gate valve under kitchen sink for main shut off. Gave estimate to install ball valve.

Upon arrival customer showed us broken pop up assembly. We provided an estimate to replacement the broken pop up in guest bathroom. In addition we asked the customer if we could make some recommendations to replacement multiple angle stops due to age and being prone to leaking including under the clutches sink. Customer agreed and signed the estimate. We proceeded in replacing 4 angle stops including 2 dual stop for the kitchen sink. All stops are quarter turn wb. We also replaced the pop up sssembly for the vanity sink in guest bathroom, and the toilet angle stop with new supply line. Checked for leaks no leaks. Customer also purchased the JTP membership.

Installed a 30 gallon water heater under the kitchen cabinet next to the oven. Customer had approved the estimate. Job at this time has been completed and no leaks were seen. Customer is happy. This is an estimate to replace the old 30 gallon water heater with a new 28 gallon jtp rheem water heater. This will also include being hardwired on a switch, permit fees, new quarter turn ball valve. This comes with a 6 year part and labor warranty.

Customer showed us to a spot in the ceiling above the dinning room table. She has a bathtub that’s right above the spot and was concerned it was leaking. We gave her an estimate to do the leak search but the customer the customer declined due to her having 4 other estimates from companies for the same issue. She stated that if we could come down in price closer to $340 that she would be willing to go with us.

Arrived to customer, this was a pre sold job. We cut open drywall And disconnected both inch and a half copper drains and capped off to additional stub outs. We replaced waste arm to schedule 80 PVC after we put on 2 new caps. We turned the water back onto unit and tested and checked for proper functionality and you are good to go!

Upon arrival the homeowner in unit 210 told me that the water to his unit has been shut off for about a month. The reason for this is the water heater is old and showing signs of leakage from the bottom element and there is also rust around the bottom of the water heater, and signs of water that built up in the pan. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to replace the water heater. The homeowner wants to first see if he will qualify for financing.

Upon arrival customer had a leak underneath main water shut off. Leak was at the base of the feed. Supply pipe was converted from pvc pipe with a female adapter to a threaded male copper adapter. This is not the correct way to install piping. To make conversion you would have to have used a pvc coupling and a threaded schedule 80 pvc nipple to threaded brass or copper female adapter. There was no way our plumber would have known there was pvc fittings underground. In order to make repair we will have to chip out patio with jack hammer and excavate ground around repair area. We will then have to chip around broken fitting in order to install a coupling and shorter piece of pipe. 1” pvc piping will then be installed the proper way so this issue will not happen again. We left water to unit on half way for customer to have use of facilities. We will have another technician arrive tomorrow after confirmation with customer.
