Customer reported that the washer machine box hose bibs were not fully shutting off, and the main water shut-off was a gate valve. Removed the existing washer machine box and installed a new 1/4-turn washer machine box with integrated hammer arrestors for improved functionality and water hammer protection. Removed the existing 1” gate valve located on the right side of the home. Installed a new 1” full-port ball valve to serve as the main water shut-off, providing easier operation and enhanced reliability. All work was completed to code. System was pressurized and tested—no leaks found. All components are functioning properly.

As per video taken, I performed a drop test and allowed the garbage disposal to run the entire time to make sure we have good flow and proper operation. Customer verified there is no leaks and everything is in good working condition

Upon arrival, customer had two things that she wanted me to look at the first thing was replacement of the existing slim garbage disposal in the kitchen. Excellent work

2038569967 Richard Upon arrival to the property, there was an existing 1 inch main gate valve that was spraying water. The water had reached through the kitchen the floor into the unit below the unit owner from 202 came and told me that there was water in her apartment as well. I had the customer contact and entrusted for mitigation. The maintenance manager gave me the OK to shut down the entire building through the backflow located on the right hand side of the property. After draining the entire building, I proceeded to cut into the cabinet and the wall to replace the 1 inch gate valve with a 1 inch ball valve. System has been pressured up and tested with no leaks. Richard, the unit maintenance man verified. Everything is in proper working condition and asked me to shut the main valve off as picture taken. Customer stated that his credit card was on file to be charged

Upon arrival, I installed a half inch condensate line on the exterior heater and strapped to the wall as per pictures shown. Customer was not home to sign paperwork, so I’m emailing him a copy of the paperwork.

The customer contacted us requesting a whole-home sewer camera evaluation. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the homeowner, who provided a walkthrough of the property. The home is currently undergoing major renovations and has been completely gutted, with no toilets currently installed. During the walkthrough, the homeowner explained that they wanted a camera inspection performed through each of the seven toilet flanges, as well as one exterior cleanout, in order to evaluate the condition of the existing sewer lines before reinstalling any fixtures. Based on the requested scope of work, we provided the homeowner with an estimate for the camera inspection services. After reviewing the estimate, the homeowner informed us that they would speak with their spouse and follow up with us once they are ready to move forward with the evaluation.

We met with Dave, one of the trustees of the church, who explained that the main sewer line from the clean-out to the city connection, roughly 215 feet away, needs to be replaced. We are quoting the repair by relocating the drain line to avoid excavation under the building and to bypass tree root zones, preventing the need to dig directly under or through major root systems. The work will be performed using a 15-ton excavator. This scope will require open excavation through soil areas and partial removal of asphalt in the driveway. Landscaping and sections of the driveway will be damaged during the process. Restoration of landscaping and asphalt will not be included in our work but we can recommend or subcontract a qualified professional for those repairs if desired. The replacement will be performed under permit, with all work in compliance with code. The existing sewer will be replaced with 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC pipe, installed with proper slope and bedding material. The trench

Customer called John the Plumber out today because she needs her water heater replaced because it’s currently not working. When technician arrived, he had to move the stove in order to gain access to the water heater. The water heater is from 2004 and does have a leak coming from the upper and lower element. Technician will provide the customer with the option for replacing the unit and bringing it up to code with permits involved. Customer accepted the estimate and installation will be done on Thursday 08.07.2025. Her offsite HOA/property management company is requesting ARC packet be submitted and approved before any work can be done.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with Jackie who showed me inside. She began by explaining she bought a tankless water heater and needs it installed because her current one is leaking. Jackie has had a few companies come out and she thinks the price was too much. I asked her if she pulled a permit when she initially installed and she stated she did. The circuit breaker was upgraded as well. Moreover, I told her I’ll give her the option for us to pull a permit for the new installation, and I also explained will need to do a hardwire connection with a switch in the closet. Jackie mentioned she just needs the cheapest option. Furthermore, I got her a couple options, she thought it was too much initially. She mentioned she had gotten a quote from another company for $650 and she thought they were crazy. I told her we can match but that’s what she’ll be looking at more or less with other companies. Hence, she agreed, and I got what was necessary and made the swap. I made sure to show her

Upon arrival the homeowner had a few items that needed to be fixed, and replaced. In the hallway bathroom I did a minor toilet rebuild, and also changed out the old laundry hose bibs along with the laundry supply lines. The next was the old tankless water heater wasn’t working. I installed a new titan tankless heater for them. The electrician is coming out tomorrow to wire it up. After everything was completed I turned the water back on to test for leaks. There are no present leaks.

Water company arrived at 11:00 to locate shut off for irrigation. They couldn’t find any additional meter box or shut off for irrigation line. We checked the property for any well found nothing. They are going to contact their supervisor to find out where we can shut it down. Tried to change out shower cartridge to solve water hammer and it’s present I think we should change out shower valve to a Moen with transfer valve built in. Will email an estimate for new valve.

Upon arrival I was shown to the water heater and main valve of the home and was informed that half of the home is piped in poly. I have an estimate sent to the customer for a two stage carbon and descaling filter to buy them some time on the repipe but they are aware that it has to be done soon. Other than that, fixture and valve wise in the home everything is operating properly and I have no recommendations besides the filtration and whole home repipe. Financing is an option

Search for the water hammer in master bathroom. Sounds are coming from within the shower wall like a loose water line. Opened up wall behind shower to inspect water lines. All lines were tight and found nothing loose as we continued to test for water hammer noticed the sound was coming from the shower valve area. Capped off hot and cold water lines to isolate the shower valve. Ran water in the bathroom and quickly closed tub valve and the water hammer disappeared ruling out loose se piping. Problem is the shower valve cartridge failed and needs to be replaced. Shower valve is an Amazon valve from china and no replacement parts are available. Client ordered new shower valve to use for replacement parts if problem still occurs after replacement then the walls will be opened and a new valve will be installed with a transfer for handheld ex: Moen, Kohler or another brand that has replacement parts. Went to turn off water to house to replace PRV valve for irrigation and the w

Electric Tankless RTEX 4 (Swap out) PROFESSIONAL CLASSIC TANKLESS ELECTRIC WATER HEATERS OFFER CONTINUOUS AND ENDLESS HOT WATER WHILE ONLY HEATING WATER WHEN YOU DEMAND IT. Electrical work not include Swapped out an old electric tank unit under the kitchen sink and installed a new Rheem RTEX-4. The existing setup wasn’t up to spec, so we had to coordinate with a licensed electrician to run new wiring and upgrade the circuit to handle the load properly. Electrical work was extensive due to limited access. Once power was sorted, we mounted the new unit, made all necessary water line connections, and verified proper flow and heating. Bled the lines, checked for leaks, and tested operation—everything's running smooth now. The new tankless is fully functional and supplying hot water on demand as expected.

Very impressed so far.

Customer call John the plumber out today because she is selling her home and she needs the Emax Model #EMT2.5 underneath the kitchen sink to be brought up to code. The unit needs a drain line for the T&P that runs outside. Unfortunately due to it being an island, there’s no way of running a drain line for the unit. Customer only has two options either install a tankless point of use water heater underneath the kitchen sink or run a new hot line from the water heater in the garage to the kitchen island. Technician will speak with the inspector on Monday to find out the requirements for the tankless unit and will get back with a customer with her options Monday Afternoon.
