Upon arrival I spoke with the manager of the gym. He told me that they have been open for just a couple of months. They have had 2 stoppages, and a different plumbing company came out to clear the stoppage. There were a few different clean outs located outside the front door to the left side of the building. The men and women’s bathrooms are also located on that side of the building. I ran my camera upstream from 2 of the clean outs to evaluate the pvc pipe. I did notice a little bit of toilet paper in the line. I flushed the toilets in both bathrooms multiple times with and without toilet paper. I was able to see the water flowing through the line just fine. At this time there appears to be no visible stoppages.

After the jetting is performed, we were perform another camera inspection of the drain line to determine if a replacement of the drain line is necessary. After an assessment is made on the condition then we will provide a warranty on stoppages based off whether there are cracks or breaks in the pipe. After investigation we confirmed there are cracks in the line that travels in the yard from the back of the home to the first front cleanout. We recommend replacing the line if issues persist. We also ended up replacing 22 ft of cast iron which we confirmed as an add on with Jonathan before pe
