Upon arrival I was shown to two Toto toilets that were running. An estimate for a minor rebuild was signed and a deposit was paid due to us having to special order parts for the toilet. We will return to do the rebuild once the parts come in
Came out today to give a quote on replacement of gas generator. We will need to disconnect the unit and pull the required plumbing/gas permit and once it’s installed we can come back to plumb in the gas line to the unit.
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the 3 year old water heater that was leaking. After inspecting the heater I saw that it was leaking from the bottom of the heater. I also noticed that the old ball valve was corroded and had a small drip coming from the back side. I let the homeowner know and went ahead and replaced the valve with a new quarter turn ball valve. Along with replacing the water heater that was under warranty. I also replaced the old rusted pan with a new customer supplied pan. After the heater was installed I turned the water back on and there are no leaks. Also after wiring the water heater up I waited for a few minutes to make sure that the heater was getting hot.
I came out today to look at a old 50 gallon water heater. After inspecting the water heater I noticed that it was leaking at the bottom and all corroded with rust on the top. I gave the homeowner a quote to replace the water heater today, and the homeowner agreed to the price. After installing the new water heater I filled it up and there are no leaks. I then waited for a little bit to make sure that the heater was heating up, and it was getting hot in the kitchen.
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the two water heater in the garage that isn’t working properly. After looking at the Honeywell gas valve I found that there is a fault detected in the gas valve so I will need to call A. O. Smith to get a new gas valve ordered. After the part arrives we will return to get it installed and make sure everything is functioning properly.
Installed the customer supplied part that was sent from A.O. Smith. We will remove the faulty gas valve and install the new one. After the work was completed we tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.
Installed the homeowner supplied toilet in the sons bathroom. All installation materials are included. We removed the old toilet and cleaned the area where it sat to ensure a clean install with the new toilet. We used all new materials to install the toilet and we caulked the toilet to the floor. After the toilet was installed we tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.
Replaced emergency stops supply lines on both toilets. Reset master bathroom toilet installed pvc flange and did minor rebuild . Checked all work for leaks.
Replaced 30 gal water heater added ball valve and relief to cold side to bring up to code . Checked work for leaks.
2 Estamates on replacement of water heater 30 gal one sealing out and one to switch to tankless. Customer is going to have electrician out to give estimate on upgrading breaker to support tankless and then make decision on tank or tankless. Customer will contact to make appointment for installation.
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me a few things that need taken care of for the home inspection to sell. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to get that work done and I will be providing the General Contractor with an estimate for a remodel job. Charging the 89 dollar dispatch fee today but this will be credited towards the water heater if the homeowner moves forward.
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the toilet upstairs that he would like to replace. We discussed which toilet would be best to install and I provided him with an estimate to replace the toilet. The homeowner will be picking up the toilet over the weekend and will call us back to get it installed.
Replaced garbage disposal previous one was leaking.
I arrived today because my customers hot water was not lasting long while taking a shower. After assessing the water heater I determined that the top thermostat wasn’t kicking on. We decided to change both thermostats and both elements to ensure the longevity of the water heater.
I came out today to replace the elements and thermostats on the Bradford white 50 gallon heater, and also replaced the corroded ball valve with a new Valve quarter turn ball valve. After replacing the elements and thermostats I turned everything back on. I had the homeowner feel the water in the bathroom and it was getting hot.
Arrived to put screw in furring strip to support pipes.
Supplied and installed a new Insinkerator Badger 5 garbage disposal in unit 602. All materials are included. I tested the disposal for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks. Also installed a new aerator in the guest bathroom faucet.
Upon arrival the kitchen will be gutted, will move waste arm to accommodate single sink with disposal. Install customer supplied insta hot/cold with filter. Two dual stops, customer provided kitchen faucet Came back 1-5-23 and installed the waste arm, and water lines with emergency stops. The fridge line emergency stop was also replaced because it was leaking. Will return once countertops and sinks are installed.

Arrived to start kitchen remodel. Disconnected and capped all water sources for the kitchen will return to stub copper and drain once cabinet is removed.
Gave multiple estimates for customer. He will contact us back when he has the facet for us to install.

Upon arrival found collar for disposal leaking and sprayer for filter spraying in multiple directions. I was able to re use the same old collar re did the collar and putty to resolve the issue. Removed seal in top of filter that caused water to spray all over and now works properly. Owner not home only assistant. Charged card on file for both repairs.
I arrived today to a kitchen clog. After assessing the sink I determined that the clog was past the p traps. The pipes under the sink had a built in clean out so I ran the drill snake 15’ and cleared the clog. After clearing the clog I ran hot water for 10 minutes and it was draining perfectly.

Compression fitting on the trap was leaking. Tightened the fitting. Tested for leaks. No leaks.
Customer has faucet that needed installation, ordered from Amazon, everything was separate with faucet,handles and water supply also separate..once installed and put everything together I removed old faucet and installed new tested and everything is working fine. Customer also had camera inspection I ran camera from clean-out inside of closet next to powder room downstairs,dropped camera down 12 ft and ran into water then came out 17 ft later which indicates a belly in the line. Went to outside clean-out next to bushes by the pool ran 150 of cable and could not clear stoppage, Went to neighbors clean-out and ran 200+ feet of cable until I ran into blockage heading in the next door neighbors yard approximately 150 ft from clean-out…. Pulled back and roots and camera indicated multiple belly’s in line…customer will have another camera inspection to locate city laterals on site with highland beach and will send invoice to president for possible sewer line replacement.
