Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Michael who was outside waiting on us. He showed us the main right by the front door, and explained he wants a whole home on the inside of the home. There’s 3.5 bathrooms in the home, it’s him and his wife and sometimes the kids come by. He mentioned he was interested in getting a whole home filtration 2 years ago when he remodeled the entire house but didn’t because the price was too high. He said he’s getting tired of seeing the lime scale build up on his fixtures and spots so he’s interested in getting it done now. He not very familiar with the systems but I recommend getting Both a softener and carbon system which covers everything for the most part. I told him to give me a few minutes to build some options, but he mentioned he has to step out to a meeting, he said he was expecting us at 9am. He stated we can call whenever to go over the options. He made sure we had his correct phone number and email.

Master bath toilet flapper chain rusted off tank lever. I replaced fill valve, seal, and supply tube. I tested my work good. Customer has 30gal Rheem low in hall closet year of 2016. Gave estimate to replace water heater.

Upon arrival, we returned for a technician recall with the necessary parts to complete a full rebuild on a Toto one-piece toilet. After the rebuild, we conducted thorough leak testing and confirmed there were no leaks. After finalizing the repair, we discussed any additional concerns with the customer. They mentioned a strange noise coming from their garbage disposal. Upon inspection, we found a butter knife lodged in an area that was inaccessible by hand. We provided a quote for a new garbage disposal installation, which the customer approved. The job has now been fully completed, and the customer is satisfied. Customer would like to have cast iron sewer in condo right side front of building descaling and jetting. There are two bat Gave estimate for descaling and jetting. Customer would like done at end of march.

Upon arrival customer had a Toto toilet leaking by through flapper to flush valve. We pulled out 3” korkey universal flapper and put in korkey Toto blue flapper. 3” universal flapper was mating perfectly with other two toilets. Before swapping flapper, we sanded mating surface to flush valve.

put more slack on the flapper chain. filled and tested for 10 mins. customer satisfied

During our annual walkthrough, we identified issues with the fill valves and flappers in all three toilets—the master, guest, and additional bathroom. We noticed that the internal components of the toilets were slow filling and required new flappers to ensure proper functionality. Upon further inspection, we determined that replacing the old fill valves and flappers was necessary to restore optimal performance. We installed new JTP fill valves and three 3-inch flappers, improving the efficiency and reliability of all toilets. Additionally, we flushed the water heater to wash out any sediment buildup that had accumulated over time. This maintenance helps improve the heater’s efficiency and prolong its lifespan by ensuring proper water flow and heating performance.

This is an estimate to replace both 2 old style moen cartridges with 2 new moen cartridges. This is an estimate to remove and replace two shower cartridges and replace a flapper. Flapper to toilet is old and not operating as it should. Both shower cartridges are hard to pull out to dispense water. They will need to be exchanged for new.

I’m met customers father Jim at property .Customer wanted to get estimates on replacing cast iron sewer line from clean out to the city lateral. All lines under house have already been replaced with pvc and are having backup on the outside cast iron line. Customer will get back to us after going over all estimates.

I came out today to diagnose why the bathrooms showers weren’t working properly. After diagnosing the showers I found that both cartridges need to be replaced.

This is an estimate to watch and make sure there is no problem while the customer turns on the washer machine, I observed the washer machine running with no leaks. The customer ran the washer cycle and I watched to make sure there were no leaks and everything was working properly.

Customers had leak from upstairs bathroom leaking down stairs. I found that the angle stop from the toilet was leaking at the stem . I replaced the angle stop and the supply line to the toilet to stop the leak and flushed the toilet several times to make sure no more leaks .

Upon arrival the homeowner to me that they put potato peels down the garbage disposal. I ran the sewer machine the exterior wall clean out and cleared the stoppage. I filled the sink multiple times and let it drain. Everything is draining good now.

Upon arrival customer wanted 2 minor rebuilds on Toto toilets. We replaced both fill valves as well as ordered parts for flush valve seals. Toilets are operating as they should. Thank you for calling John The Plumber!

Upon arrival I was shown to two Toto toilets that were running. An estimate for a minor rebuild was signed and a deposit was paid due to us having to special order parts for the toilet. We will return to do the rebuild once the parts come in

Came out today to give a quote on replacement of gas generator. We will need to disconnect the unit and pull the required plumbing/gas permit and once it’s installed we can come back to plumb in the gas line to the unit.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the 3 year old water heater that was leaking. After inspecting the heater I saw that it was leaking from the bottom of the heater. I also noticed that the old ball valve was corroded and had a small drip coming from the back side. I let the homeowner know and went ahead and replaced the valve with a new quarter turn ball valve. Along with replacing the water heater that was under warranty. I also replaced the old rusted pan with a new customer supplied pan. After the heater was installed I turned the water back on and there are no leaks. Also after wiring the water heater up I waited for a few minutes to make sure that the heater was getting hot.

I came out today to look at a old 50 gallon water heater. After inspecting the water heater I noticed that it was leaking at the bottom and all corroded with rust on the top. I gave the homeowner a quote to replace the water heater today, and the homeowner agreed to the price. After installing the new water heater I filled it up and there are no leaks. I then waited for a little bit to make sure that the heater was heating up, and it was getting hot in the kitchen.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the two water heater in the garage that isn’t working properly. After looking at the Honeywell gas valve I found that there is a fault detected in the gas valve so I will need to call A. O. Smith to get a new gas valve ordered. After the part arrives we will return to get it installed and make sure everything is functioning properly.

Installed the customer supplied part that was sent from A.O. Smith. We will remove the faulty gas valve and install the new one. After the work was completed we tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

Installed the homeowner supplied toilet in the sons bathroom. All installation materials are included. We removed the old toilet and cleaned the area where it sat to ensure a clean install with the new toilet. We used all new materials to install the toilet and we caulked the toilet to the floor. After the toilet was installed we tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.

Replaced emergency stops supply lines on both toilets. Reset master bathroom toilet installed pvc flange and did minor rebuild . Checked all work for leaks.

Replaced 30 gal water heater added ball valve and relief to cold side to bring up to code . Checked work for leaks.

2 Estamates on replacement of water heater 30 gal one sealing out and one to switch to tankless. Customer is going to have electrician out to give estimate on upgrading breaker to support tankless and then make decision on tank or tankless. Customer will contact to make appointment for installation.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me a few things that need taken care of for the home inspection to sell. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to get that work done and I will be providing the General Contractor with an estimate for a remodel job. Charging the 89 dollar dispatch fee today but this will be credited towards the water heater if the homeowner moves forward.
