After the first plumber that was sent failed to complete the job, we were contacted by the office and assured they situs make this right. After another plumber (Shane) was sent almost immediately on the next business day, within 15 minutes the job was corrected and we are very happy with work and the customer experience. This company obviously cares about the customer experience and stands behind their work. Things happen and we truly appreciate the fast and friendly follow up to correct the situation. Pablo did an amazing job at our house. We had a knocking in the walls and had several plumbers, try to figure out why we had the knocking every time the toilet was flushed, or the shower was turned off. Pablo was the only one that was able to figure it out and fix the problem. We are so very grateful. He was reliable,respectful, punctual, and most importantly, very knowledgeable. Pablo Fernandez from John the Plumber was truly indispensable. When I noticed water dripping from my ceiling fan, he responded quickly and brought not just tools but expertise. He used his camera to check through the recessed mounting bracket for the ceiling fan and carefully traced the issue to a loose tub drain upstairs, a problem others might have missed. He tightened it, issued a one year warranty, and is sending an estimate for a smart upgrade to prevent future issues. Pablo’s work was precise, thoughtful, and reassuring. He is not just a plumber, he is someone you trust to protect your home.

Just had emergency on a leaking disposal on a Sunday night. Called John The Plumber and actually spoke to a live person! The service technician was Pablo F who was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and fixed the problem. He wore booties and was extremely neat and efficient. Highly recommend these guys. I received a notice from The cuty that I had to have a backflow valve installed. Recently I had an issue with one of my bathroom toilets on a Sunday. I called John the Plumber to get my request on the list for the week. I was told the first opening was Tuesday which I gladly accepted. I received a call early Monday morning informing me of an opening and would I be interested in accepting it. I did and was pleasantly surprised when the technician, Carl, arrived. He immediately began to work on the situation then took the time to explain to me the process he would follow. He quickly answered my questions and I felt I was in good hands. A few hours later my issue was resolved with recommendations to assist in making sure this situation did not happen again.Carl was very professional while in my home and I was pleased with the quality of service, the price I paid, the follow up and follow through and the overall approach to the situation. Plumbing can be very costly and I feel I paid a reasonable price for the needed work.If you ever need help with a plumbing issue, call John the Plumber first! Excellent work!

Working from NH with a company unknown to you to complete work in your Florida Condo is scary enough. Add to that previous company refuses to return your phone calls after you paid them in full and the work was not done and you become very suspious and fearful. But to my delight John the Plumber has been the total ooposite. The office staff and James their plumber have been available to work with you and they are HONEST. They are fairly priced and keep you in the loop 100% of the time. James did an incredible job.

On arrival, building manager yana met us at lobby along with maintenance guy Jose, in which they described the scope of work needed along with the issues into which are leading into the building constantly having stoppages in mainline branch affecting 1st floor units.after a walkthrough and layout of areas we proceeded with providing an estimate in areas they wanted to work on first due to severity of issue.she also established that they have a master plumber that will be doing all the underground in sections per unit if needed be however he does not have camera among other special machinery needed to professionally and properly clean sanitary system to identify conditions of lines. Sent estimate I’m which she will call me by Friday with final decision since they will hold a meeting with board by then.
