Customer had 3 Kohler toilets that had weak flushing power after assessment of toilets i found that the fill valves where not adjusted to the right height to get optimal flushing power. I adjusted all three toilets and restored them to optimal performance.

Upon arrival we were shown to the insta hot and the customer stated it wasn’t hot enough. We turned the temperature up and then was shown that the garbage disposal was leaking. An estimate to replace it was agreed on and after installation was done we tested the disposal for leaks and proper functionality by filling and draining the sink while running the disposal. We then were shown to the faucet where the cartridge was replaced and tested them and they are working fine and leak free

Customer called regarding a possible wax ring failure in the master bathroom. Upon arrival, we were met by the maintenance manager, who provided access to the unit. After asking a few questions, we were informed that the unit below had reported signs of minor water damage around the vent in the ceiling, directly above the toilet area in the master bathroom. We provided an estimate to perform a pull and reset of the toilet and replace the existing wax ring. This estimate was approved. During the removal process, we discovered that the toilet flange was cracked. We recommended replacing the damaged flange to ensure a proper seal and prevent future leaks. This additional repair was also approved. All work was completed, including removal and reset of the toilet, replacement of the wax ring, and installation of a new flange. Upon arrival I began working on the water heater. I replaced the old gate heater valve with a ball valve hardwired the electrical to a switch as well and replaced the old heater. Upon arrival to the location, i checked in with security and went upstairs to meet Kevin who was waiting on my arrival. I shut the water off to the home and circuit breaker, then began draining the old unit. While the unit was draining, I got the electrical done. I got the old heater out of the closet and got the new one in place. Moreover, i made the required adjustments to the piping and got it all connected. I then turned the water back on to check for leaks and none were found. Furthermore, I then connected the electrical and waited for water to heat up. In addition, I gave Kevin a break down on his new unit and on to use taco auto shut off valve. He also has electrician coming out tomorrow morning to install new circuit breaker. Hence, while I was collecting remaining payment, I also got Mary to fill out permit paperwork. Upon arrival we began the leak search and found that water was coming from the flange area. Customer signed a pull and reset estimate and when we pulled the toilet we saw that the wax ring was gone. We replaced the wax ring and set the toilet and flushed multiple times as one watched below and the toilet is now leak free.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowners Kevin and Mary who came out to the hallway to show me the water heater in the closet. The water heater is from 2006, they are aware of its age and want to change it before it gives out on them. Moreover, I explained we pull permits for all the work and we would have to do a few things to bring the water heater up to code. For example, I told them the circuit breaker needed to be decreased to a 25 amp double pole, and they needed a hardwire connection with a switch in the closet with the water heater. They understood and mentioned if we can do it within the next couple days, as they have a flight on Monday. I told them it shouldn’t be a problem but I’ll check with office. Furthermore, I got them two options, one option hand a leak detection valve, and the other was a standard install. Upon arrival we were informed of a leak under the bathroom sink. We filled and drained the sink to test and initially didn’t see any leaks. The toilet was constantly running and an estimate to replace the fill valve and supply line was agreed on. As we replaced those we tested the sink again and saw water coming from the tailpiece extension and saw that it didn’t have a gasket. After we replaced the gasket we tested the sink and toilet to ensure proper functionality and they are leak free

Responded to service call for damaged hose bib at rental property. Upon inspection, found a fractured ½” Type L copper supply line feeding the existing hose bib. Isolated water supply and performed precision sweating out of damaged copper section. Fabricated and installed new ½” Type L copper pipe with sweat connections using lead-free solder and flux. Upgraded and installed a new anti-siphon hose bib to meet code compliance and prevent future leaks. Pressurized system and conducted thorough leak check at all solder joints and hose bib connection. Verified full operational function with no signs of leakage or pressure loss. Jobsite cleaned and secured.

Upon arrival customer informed me that he inquiries regarding his hat water heater. Customer was interested in replacing the current heater because he just purchased the unit and wants to bring the heater up to par. Customer has a tankless titan water heater currently. Customer breaker size is only a double pole 30 amp breaker. I originally built an estimate for an RTEX 13 however after verifying with Darrin I had to inform customer that a tankless will not work with the ampage size he is currently provided. Customer lives in a condo and the breaker is maxed. I explained to the customer that he has two options. The first option is to install a 50 gallon tanked heater with a booster, or the second option would be to downgrade in breaker size to a double pole 25 to meet the amperage and code requirements for the install. Job details: Technician removed old two piece toilet located in customers master bathroom. Technician then proceeded to install a new Toto drake toilet with an TOTO S7A Washlet Elongated Bidet Toilet Seat. Wax ring, toilet bolts, angle, stop, and toilet supply line were also installed. After toilet was installed and up and running customer decided to replace the 1 inch main valve for the entire home for a gate valve. Water was restored to the home after main valve was replaced toilet is operational with no issues.

Tenant called requesting plumber to come out for a leaking toilet and faulty kitchen faucet. When we arrived we were greeted by tenant Janet and she proceeded with walking us through the the unit and pointed out what is needed to get done. After providing estimate to her she called landlord since she wants to know if she will pay her the cost before she pays for the scope of work to be done , but after several attempts we were unable to reach landlord on the phone. We met with the homeowner today regarding visible water spots throughout the kitchen floor. The homeowner mentioned that the water has been shut off for an extended period due to this issue. After our assessment, we explained that locating the source of the leak would require a comprehensive leak detection search. This process involves selectively opening wall sections and tracing the hot water line underground to identify where it originates and determine its path. Although we discussed the option of rerouting the line overhead through the attic, the homeowner made it clear that he does not want any piping work done in the attic. Instead, he prefers that we dig underground to locate and repair the leak directly beneath the slab. Upon arrival customer showed us to the guest bathroom where the toilet was backed up. Sink and shower are draining fine so we can determine it is isolated to just the toilet. We ran a hand auger down the toilet. We had to extend it another 3 ft to clear the blockage. We flushed the toilet multiple times and now the toilet is operational. Customer satisfied. Lin Deveau and his assistant were able to show up earlier than originally planned which certainly made it less stressful. They promptly replaced the two leaking water supply valves to our washer, thereby cutting the household water shutoff time to a minimum. Jason was a breath of fresh air, I’m showing my age when I say we’ve had the pleasure of meeting all the brothers that own this company over the years. As they’ve grow we haven’t had to see them much-thankfully we’ve had standard issues of changing out toilets, faucets, hot water tank, etc. They are the only plumber we’ve ever called to our home. John the Plumber replaced a broken tankless water heater for us in early January. It turned out that the replacement unit was insufficient to service our entire apartment. We contacted John the Plumber and they came out promptly to inspect and determine whether there was anything to be done to correct the problem. In the end, JTP replaced the new unit with a different brand at no charge to us. The new unit is now reported by our tenant to be working great. This issue was addressed by JTP technicians Mike and Jason - both were extremely communicative and explained proper operation and helped to troubleshoot other problems in our unit. We are very appreciative that JTP was willing to work with us to resolve the issue to our satisfaction.
