Came out today to diagnose a broken toilet handle in hall bathroom upstairs. The parts inside the toilet were also extremely worn so we preformed a minor toilet rebuild taking care of the fill valve and flapper and included a toilet handle in there. Tested everything extensively ensuring proper flush and no leaks. ( 1 year parts and labor warranty)

Upon arrival we were shown to a garbage disposal that wasn’t working. We did the diagnosis and discovered the disposal was jammed. After we unjamed it, the disposal is now working fine

Upon arrival we were shown to a 4 unit stoppage. The estimate to pull the furthest toilet and run the cable through the main line was agreed on and after we cleared the clog we ran water and flushed toilets to ensure it was fully clear. Then we reset the toilet and test flushed it and checked our connections for leaks. No leaks are present and the cause of the clog was wipes

Upon inspection disposal making noise, removed and cleared debris . Reinstalled and started leaking from base. Installed new garbage disposal, tested no leaks

On arrival used camera through Fan vent in unit below hall bathroom and had person flush toilet above in unit 702 to find leak coming from toilet remove toilet found toilet is a 12 inch rough toilet and sits off of flange too far. New Kohler highline two piece white inlongated ada height flushed tested good

Supplied and installed a new 38 gallon water heater under the ac unit. All materials, labor, and permit fees are included. We removed the old heater and used all new materials to install the new heater. After the work was completed we tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks. 6 year warranty on the tank, parts, and labor.

Upon arrival, customer had a kitchen and laundry room, utility sink clog. After presenting estimates to customer, they approved. After running snake roughly 60 feet of cable through vent on the roof, we cleared clog. We went inside and checked for proper flow at kitchen sink and laundry room sink. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the 48 year old water heater in the hall closet. I provided an estimate to get the heater replaced and we are scheduled to replace it tomorrow august 27th. No charge today as we collected a deposit for the job tomorrow.

Came out today to give estimate on new shower arm and large round shower head to be installed. Old one broke would like replaced.

When we arrived, we spoke with the homeowner who explained he had a $1900 water bill. We inspected the meter and found no movement. Upon inspection of the home, we discovered the main valve to be in poor condition and leaking. We recommended to have the main valve replaced and we would perform a pressure test once the main valve is replaced. This price is to perform a leak search if we detect there being water lost at the property. We will determine this once the main valve is replaced. Once main valve was replaced and a pressure test was performed, no leak was observed. The leak could’ve been a. Result of an irrigation leak or pool filler malfunction.

Arrive to customer, found leak on schedule 80 nipple going into copper adapter with gate valve. We cut out coupling and gate valve. We replaced with new schedule 80 nipple, copper adapter, and ball valve. After installation, we waited for glue to dry, checked for proper functionality and you are leak free!

Upon arrival, the customer showed me to the side of the home where they are demoing the old outdoor bathroom. She informed me that I needed to locate the sewer line and waterlines so that I can dig them up and cap them off. I provided the customer with a quote to do so, and she agreed. I expose the sewer line and to water lines, called them and capped both. While turning off the main valve, we accidentally broke the waterline, so I repaired that free of charge. I waited for the glue to dry and turn the water on to test for leaks. No leaks.

I came out today to provide an estimate for running a new gas line from the meter to the water heater. Installing a quarter turn ball valve on the cold water side. Also hooking the electrical to a switch. David will be calling us to let us know if he wants to move forward with the work.

This is an estimate to replace the 9 year old water heater with a new 38 gallon 3500 watt rheem water heater. Also permit fees, and hardwired on a switch.

I came out today to look at an outdoor shower and toilet that the homeowner had installed on the west side of the house near the pool. The homeowner doesn’t recall when this was installed. This was done by another company. The neighbor called code enforcement and reported to them that the homeowner had a toilet/bathroom on the back porch. There were cited for a possible illegal bathroom. Dave will be coming out to look at the scope of that needs done to be able to see how she wants to move forward with this situation.

Came out today to give estimate on new 50 gal water heater…it is over 15 yrs and is corroded at base Emailed estimates for heater and toilet reset…install new wax ring..bolts…water line and seal.

Arrived today to replace 3 Toto toilet handles that we ordered. I replaced 2 handles while my coworker replaced 1 handle. After installation we tested for functionality. The customer had me adjust the water level on the water level on one of the toilets as well.

Customer meter is constantly spinning even with everything off. Customer thought hose bobs on dock line were tied in off of irrigation meter but is tied into regular city meter. Tested everything outside and inside. Found that the backflow to sprinkler system when shut off the irrigation meter stops spinning consistently. Pool in back yard, is having problems due to new construction being done next door.
