Job Locations and Reviews
Upon arrival, the customer showed me to the side of the home where they are demoing the old outdoor bathroom. She informed me that I needed to locate the sewer line and waterlines so that I can dig them up and cap them off. I provided the customer with a quote to do so, and she agreed. I expose the sewer line and to water lines, called them and capped both. While turning off the main valve, we accidentally broke the waterline, so I repaired that free of charge. I waited for the glue to dry and turn the water on to test for leaks. No leaks.
I came out today to provide an estimate for running a new gas line from the meter to the water heater. Installing a quarter turn ball valve on the cold water side. Also hooking the electrical to a switch. David will be calling us to let us know if he wants to move forward with the work.
This is an estimate to replace the 9 year old water heater with a new 38 gallon 3500 watt rheem water heater. Also permit fees, and hardwired on a switch.
I came out today to look at an outdoor shower and toilet that the homeowner had installed on the west side of the house near the pool. The homeowner doesn’t recall when this was installed. This was done by another company. The neighbor called code enforcement and reported to them that the homeowner had a toilet/bathroom on the back porch. There were cited for a possible illegal bathroom. Dave will be coming out to look at the scope of that needs done to be able to see how she wants to move forward with this situation.
Came out today to give estimate on new 50 gal water heater…it is over 15 yrs and is corroded at base Emailed estimates for heater and toilet reset…install new wax ring..bolts…water line and seal.
Arrived today to replace 3 Toto toilet handles that we ordered. I replaced 2 handles while my coworker replaced 1 handle. After installation we tested for functionality. The customer had me adjust the water level on the water level on one of the toilets as well.
Customer meter is constantly spinning even with everything off. Customer thought hose bobs on dock line were tied in off of irrigation meter but is tied into regular city meter. Tested everything outside and inside. Found that the backflow to sprinkler system when shut off the irrigation meter stops spinning consistently. Pool in back yard, is having problems due to new construction being done next door.
Came out today to look at leaky shower…replaced with new moen cartridge…tested no leaks. Upon inspection tub spot leaking
Upon arrival the customer showed us to the guest bathroom where her shower was draining very slowly. I provided the customer with options on what we could do for her. She decided to go with the bronze option because she wasn’t interested in the JTP membership. I ran my drill snake and cleared the stoppage. I ran the shower for several minutes after to test the flow of the shower drain. The shower is draining great now. I also gave the customer some quotes for filtration.
Provided multiple estimates for customer supplied toilet replacements.
I came out today to replace the old one inch gate valve with a new one inch quarter turn ball valve. After turning the water back on there were no leaks.
I came out today and installed the new symmons shower diverter. After turning the water back on there are no leaks, and the shower head and hand held now can be diverted properly. This is an estimate to replace the old one inch gate valve with a new one quarter turn ball valve. Also I replaced the old one gate valve with a new one in quarter turn ball valve.
Ran the snake machine through the floor drain in the kitchen to relieve the blockage. All materials and labor are included. After all work was completed I tested everything for proper function and checked all fittings for any leaks.
Ran cable upstream from out side cleanout in back of restaurant to clear stoppage . Camera the line and recommend jetting for build up on pvc.
I came out today to identify the shower diverter for the Symmons shower valve in the master bathroom. The homeowner already had the wall cut open in the room behind the shower. I had to cut the valve for the diverter out because there was not enough room to remove it from the front of the shower. I cut out the diverter and capped the water line to the shower. Now I have to be able to identify the diverter so that we can order the right one. Once that is done I can come back and reinstall the valve. If we can’t identify the replacement diverter then we will have to go over other options for replacement.
Arrived today to install two Toto flush valves that I had sold previously. The customer also had two other issues that she showed me, one being that the kitchen faucet hose was not pulling out all the way, and the other being that the master bathroom shower drain was draining slowly. I started with installing the two new Toto flush valves. I turned the water on to test for any leaks. No leaks. I then took a look at the kitchen faucet. The weight on the kitchen faucet sprayer hose was tangled up with the other supply lines, so all I had to do was reposition it. Then for the shower drain I took the grid drain off and all there was was hair in there, so I removed the hair in the drain. The shower is draining great now.

Upon arrival the customer had a list of things for me to do including installing two customer supplied fill valves, two customer supplied everpure filters, a customer supplied kitchen faucet, a customer supplied insta hot, and a soap dispenser. I quoted the customer on all of the work. The customer agreed. I replaced all parts and tested for leaks. No leaks. Although, one of the toilets is still running so the customer would like us to order new flush valves for both toilets.
And out today to give estimate on 38 gal heater…heater is over 19 yrs old…needs replacing….customer stated he got another estimate…requested need in writing…advised customer I can do job for $2300. Includes heater 38 gal…new pan…and electric work and permit. Customer refused to sign acknowledgment …
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me both sinks in the kitchen. One of the sinks is an island sink and the other one is a regular sink. Both sinks have studor vents. The homeowner put a combination of wet and dry dog food down the regular sink. After that both sinks started to back up. I ran the drill snake approximately 20 feet from the island sink to clear the stoppage. After clearing the stoppage I ran both sinks with hot water for about 5 minutes. There is a pvc clean out located outside the front door. I was able to see the water flowing good through the clean out, and the homeowner saw it as well. I advised her to be careful what she puts down the drain.
