Job Locations and Reviews

Upon arrival customer showed us to the leaking water heater located in laundry room. We provided multiple estimates including a tankless heater install. Customer is reviewing the estimates and will get back with us on which one they decide on.

Upon arrival, customer showed me bathroom where vanity was removed where he could hear cold waterline leaking underground gave customer option to perform leak search. Customer stated he was told that it was a $99 special to perform a leak search. Explain to customer that would only be a visual inspection, and that would not be possible due to there being no water damage, and hearing that the waterline is leaking underground. We would have to perform a leak search where we cap off line by line to determine which line is affected and resupply water by running a new water line to affected fixtures Customer did not want to move forward with any option # JTP
Can't say enough good things about them. James McInnis, our plumber, went way to make sure I was satisfied with the work. He was able to address a few extra issues I had, even though it wasn't part of the original job once he had my approval. Just short of more than awesome!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave an excellent rating. We really appreciate your business.

Upon entry into the house, we proceeded to replace the master bathroom toilet as per pictures and video taken. Everything is secure and flushes perfectly. Provide and install two piece premier toilet. Unclog pedestal sink drain in hall bath. Pedestal sink must be removed from the wall in order to clear tubular P-trap from blockage and reinstall. After work was complete customer did not want to do the tub or the toilet in the hall bath. I do believe customer is sabotaging this unit. I had a recorded conversation over the tablet phone with the owner of unit who is responsible for payment to let them know the situation and that the tenant told us leave the unit and could not proceed with tub or toilet. Customer did not answer to pay balance

Scope of work Provide and replace Moen shower valve with new cartridge. Provide and replace three emergency stops in master bath. Two for vanity, one for toilet. Unclogged master bathroom toilet. Replaced existing 30 gallon water heater with 28 gallon ream 3500 W water heater. New electrical whip, and new switch. Going to provide estimate for replacement of master bathroom toilet because there is a crack at the bottom and missing closet bolts. Going to provide estimate to unclog pedestal sink in hall bath.

Upon arrival to the location, we were let in by Patricia mother as Patricia was still on her way. We found two separate leaks on the first bathroom wall where they had a previous plumber do some work. He rerouted a line through the outside of the home and added a new valve. I turned both valves off to see if the leak was underground since there is no water damage in the home and the meter was still so it was inside the home. We found that the first leak was by the shower valve and the second was a cold line feeding the master bedroom. We capped both lines and the meter was now holding. We advised her of her options and let her know she won’t have cold water in that bathroom. At the moment she mentioned she can’t with the repair but we sent the email and advised she can call when she is ready. Leak search up to 1.5 hours PINPOINTING A LEAK CAN BE TOUGH, THAT'S WHY WE USE THE MOST SOPHISTICATED EQUIPMENT ON THE MARKET. ONCE WE FIND THE LEAK WE WILL GIVE YOU OPTIONS ON REPAIR OR REPLAC

Upon entry into the house, customer brought me to master bathroom, which is currently under remodel. From what I understand, the existing shower pan did not pass inspection or was installed incorrectly. I provided an estimate to remove existing shower pan frame wall with furring strips install new shower pan and drain estimate. Also states that this is a permitted job. Estimate was electronically sent to Brenda at 954-304-4168

Customer had stoppage in the back bathroom. Upon arrival customer advised me that his toilet was backing up into the shower. I advised customer that I would need to snake the line with a k60 reel from the bathroom vent. I accessed roof from the front of the house. I ran 75ft of reel and cleared the stoppage. We ran multiple test . Drain clear

Upon arrival, the customer showed us the backed-up kitchen sink. We proceeded to attempt clearing the blockage through the waste arm using a K-60 machine. We were successful in clearing the blockage, restoring proper drainage. After completing the work, we checked for leaks and found none. While the blockage has been cleared, due to unknown factors, we cannot guarantee that the issue will not reoccur and therefore cannot warranty the work.

Upon arrival customer informed me that they bought a Moen shower valve that they would like to put in place of the current. Current valve is working but has a slight drip. Very minimal. Customer has a Moen repair plate kit on the shower behind the bathroom in question. I advised customer they would need to have the same repair plate if they wanted to avoid cutting the wall too much. I explained to the customer what I would need to do to access the valve with working space on a back to back shower. I told customer that plumbing wasn’t magic and there is a complex install process. Customers wife said she was not going to pay anything close to that and to send her an email. I asked the customer who they were thinking using as an alternative and maybe we can match the price. Customer said God!

Upon arrival customer showed us to the kitchen sink that they want to replace with a customer supplied drop-in sink. We provided an estimate to install the new sink. We also provided recommendations that we’re also brought to the customers attention that are also included in the estimate. Customer will have to get a counter guy to cut out the frame for the new sink.

Upon arrival I turned off the water to the unit, I also turned off the electric at the breaker. Than I removed the old water heater and replaced it with a 30 gallon Rheem low boy water heater. I also installed an off and on switch for the water heater. When I had completed my work I turned the water back on and also the electrical. Within 15 minutes the water had began to heat up I had the customer to check the heat to make sure it was to his liking.

Leak detection water coming from behind the sink.after leak search we detected that the water was coming from the hot side of the supply line from the faucet. Advised customer to buy new faucet since the broken supply line that was leaking off the hot that was built into the faucet. Shut the hot side off at the emergency stop to stop leak.

Upon arrival the customer showed me to his kitchen sink where his disposal was not working and he informed me that when he ran the dishwasher that it would back up in the sink, but that he used a drain cleaner and now it’s working. I felt underneath the disposal question the reset button and got the disposal working just fine, I also performed two full sink drop tests to test for the stoppage and both times it drained fine. There was some debris inside of the disposal which I removed. The customer stated his interest and possibly removing the disposal or replacing it as well as replacing the valve under the kitchen sink, so I provided the customer with multiple quotes so that he could choose what works best for him. The customer lives here only part of the year. The customer will call us to do the work the next time he is in town. The customer will have to get with the building to find out where his main valve is.

I arrived today because my customer has an active leak. After presenting the leak detection fee my customer opted to call American Leak Detection because they were cheaper and the will call JPT back once it’s located.

When we arrived, we diagnosed the toilet as a running toilet causing water to leak into the bowl. We replaced the toilet and tested for leaks. We recommend replacing the toilet in the master Bathroom. Also recommend the John the plumber membership to receive future discounts on service work.
Excellent job......Highly recommended Thank You again
We're so glad you had a positive experience with us. Thank you for your kind words and support.

I replaced the old leaking 4 inch spread faucet with a new wolverine brass chrome simplicity single handle faucet. I tested for leaks and there no leaks. The new faucet is working perfectly.

Came out today to diagnose a 20 year old water heater that is in need for replacement. The heater is already brought up to code with a ball valve and a switch on the electric. We would replace with a new rheem 30 gallon heater and that would come with a 6 year parts and labor warranty. We do offer an extension kit on the water heater that will bring the parts and labor warranty to 10 years. I have sent over 2 different quotes for the waterheater.

When we arrived, we diagnosed the issue as a leaking hot line under the slab of the home. We recommend performing a leak search to determine the leaking line in order to reroute. We will be sending the quote via email.

Arrived to find unit 102,202,103,203 and 118/119 clogged. Attempted to clear clog from the 2 story roof with a k60 using both straight and no tip. Both came back polished . It is determined that the line is broken and must be tunneled for repair.

Customer had accordion styled p trap under sink and knocked it loose, I offered to transition to pvc styled drainage and p trap, but customer declined service. I tightened nut back to trap for her and she was satisfied, but I can’t promise future issues won’t occur with that type of drainage attachment.

Hall bathroom upstairs was clogged up. Used closet auger to free the clog and flushed 5+ times to ensure clog was completely cleared. Also flushed toilet paper to ensure everything was clear. I Recommend a new kohler toilet for a stronger flush to decrease common toilet clogs.

Upon arrival customer stated she had a leak behind the heater. I could audibly hear the the water leaking in the adjacent wall so I opened the drywall in the master closet. Found the 1” copper main water line with a pinhole in the 90 and also a very old gate valve. Replaced copper from exterior where it attached to pvc, tied in the upstairs unit that shares this water supply, and replaced the gate valve with a ball valve. Tested for leaks then bled the air out of the system.
