Upon arrival I was shown to a running toilet and a seized garbage disposal. Due to the type of toilet and installation the best would be to replace the toilet in itself and the garnet disposal. Estimates have been sent and we’re awaiting their decision

On arrival tested 30 gallon low Rheem water heater installed in October. Temperature was set at 120 per customer. Customer is running out of hot water in master bath shower quickly found showerhead does not have water restrictor and dumps a lot of water suggested turning temperature up to 125 customer does not want to exceed that temperature Water heater is working properly.

Customer is having new countertops put in and wanted us to reinstall garage disposal basket strainer and peetrap along with new emergency stops customer put deposit down to have work done he will cal to schedule when h3 finds out a date from countertop installation company.

On arrival hose bid One on right exterior wall and one in pool house area. Not working correctly removed both half-inch hose bibs and install b 48 all valve style hose bibs tested works well. David ok work to be do Lin the president of management signed off on invoice

Upon todays visit customer had a loud and slow filling toilet. We performed a minor rebuild on toilet, and changed old style turn valve out with a new 1/4 turn shut off, also replacing emergency stops under vanity in same bathroom. Upon further inspection washer hose bibs are corroded and need to be replaced. Customer wanted pricing on replacing second bath vanity, replacing hose bibs and updating all emergency stops underneath sinks in home. On arrival,Moen single handle faucet leaking out of handle . Removed cartridge and installed new cartridge.tested good.

Upon todays visit, customer was attempting to remove old moen shower cartridge and got removal tool stuck in valve. Due to tool being stuck in valve we will have to replace shower valve with repair plate in order to gain access in will to replace valve. Summer 15 discount granted by management to help with price. Through further inspect, water heater is rusty and from 2008. Unit will have to be updated to new 28 gallon Rheem water heater. Estimates provided customer declined at this time. Arrived to customer, customer stated that her husband most have called too many companies and that there is a company here already doing job.

Upon arrival notice water being turned off, client reached out because water heater was leaking. After looking at water heater, water heater is a 4500 30 gallon low on a shelf. Water heater out of manufacture warranty being manufactured in Aug of 2014. Recommended water heater should be replaced also brought up to client that main valve should be changed out to, being that the only way to shut water off incase of a leak would be at the city meter. Gave client price which she counter offer and then said she would like to search around for more prices. Price for $1500 would only be honored if client calls back in before 5pm today and puts a 50% deposit down. Also mentioned to client that we do offer financing.

Upon inspection kitchen sink not draining…ran drill snake 20 ft and found metal plug in disposal. All clear flowing properly . Sent estimate for new dishwasher install.

Upon arrival at the customer's residence, we observed that the cleanout was nearly overflowing with sewage, resulting in backups into the shower drain. I presented the customer with an estimate to clear the line through the cleanout; however, he expressed dissatisfaction with the price and declined the service, mentioning he had received a quote for $200 from another provider. The customer also requested a warranty for the drain clearing, but I explained that we cannot provide a warranty on such services due to multiple factors beyond our control. Additionally, I offered to conduct a camera inspection after clearing the line to identify any underlying issues. The customer informed me that a previous plumbing company had performed a camera inspection and noted a disconnection at the city line, as well as root intrusion in the pipeline. Despite this information, the customer chose to decline our services.

On arrival called numbers given to speak with Wendy. No one answered, went to hose bib at outside pool shower found no problems with hose bib.

Install kitchen faucet and sprayer. Checked all work for leaks

Upon arrival repaired and replaced section of pvc pipe that was supplying the main water source. Replaced with schedule 80 nipple and couplings. Gave glue time to dry, tested for leaks. No leaks customer satisfied.

Upon arrival customer got a proventative snaking and camera for our online special. Upon inspection of main there is some scaling and we did recommend a preventative jetting service for the main line. The preventative jetting will remove any scaling of pipe and have a nice smooth flowing main line. Hope to hear from you soon!

Came out today to diagnose a few things around the home starting with the shower. It was an old school moen that was hard to turn on and off so we replaced the cartridge with a brand new brass moen shower cartridge. We than preformed a minor toilet rebuild as the toilet flapper was extremely worn and was causing the toilet to run and we replaced the flapper fill valve and supply line and tested all are work extensively to ensure no leaks or issues. I have also written up an estimate to change out the original gate valve that feeds the home with water.

Water heater is from 2004 and needs to be replaced. We replaced water heater with new Rheem 40 gallon hot water hearted with pan and new 1/4 ball valve. We also replaced main water valve with new 1/4 turn shut off. Tested and made sure there was hot water as well as no leaks unit is operating as it should. Water heater is guaranteed parts and labor for 6 years.

Upon arrival kitchen sink faucet is corroded and broken and needs to be replaced. Garbage disposal is also not working properly and needs to be unjammed, even though we do recommend replacement. Upon further inspection the kitchen sink drain is also backed up and needs to be snaked. When installing the new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal the drain was tested and there was no blockage. The garbage disposal had rusted to chunks of metal, and the metal pieces were blocking drain for disposal. No snaking needed at this time

We installed customer supplied toilet with wax ring and new Johnny bolts and grout. After installation we checked for leaks and there are no leaks. Toilet flushing perfect and set perfect.

Arrived to customer, customer current water heater is 22 years old and they wanna get it replaced nor would we repair only replace due to age. We presented estimates for replacement of water heater, replacement of cartridge and trim in master bathroom due to cartridge malfunctioning and trim replacement, and whole home water filtration. Came out today to look at main valve that was leaking and hose Bibb. Replaced with 3/4 ball valve and 1/4 turn hose Bibb….all working properly.
