Customer call John the plumber out today because she believes her toilet is not flushing properly and she would like the toilet auger. Customer will also want a few more things done in the home. Technician will write up a few estimates to resolve the customers issues today Job details: Auger two toilets Replace fill valve and flapper in guest bathroom toilet Clear hair from bathroom sink drain

Upon arrival customer had a kitchen sink that was clogged. We ran cable from roof vent of kitchen stack to relieve blockage. When we pulled back cable it was caked with grease we did recommend customer to get a jetting service done. The jetting service will remove all grease build up in pipe with a high pressure spraying jet head. We will also dig up main line to install a new clean out so the debris from pipe will be buried and not go into city main. Main water shut off is old style gate valve and has a slow leak. Thank you for calling John The Plumber Estimates provided Customer would like camera evaluation to be performed as camera comes with drain cleaning.

Upon arrival to the location, I met homeowner Renee who showed me inside and began by exposing she was away and when she got back this morning, she noticed a lot of water on the kitchen floor. Moreover, she mentioned her son was messing with the drain and she does know what happened after that. She also mentioned she has low pressure when she uses multiple fixtures throughout the home. She also mentioned we’ve done major work for her in the past and only after we finished the work, the low water pressure began. She was barely at the home so she really didn’t notice that much but since her son and daughter in law moved in, it’s more noticeable. Furthermore, I took a look at the drain under kitchen sink and ran water down both bowls and noticed it would leak from a connection from the right side tail piece into the tee. I then checked her fixtures and, everywhere in the home if you turn on a shower, the sinks will reduce pressure and vise versa. She states it was never that way, and has

Upon arrival we were informed of a flood that was caused by the toilet supply line. We recommended replacing the valve and supply line since the valve was seizing. After we did that, we looked at the rest of the emergency shutoff valves and recommended replacing 6 more due to the condition and style of them and the customer agreed. Ended up replacing 7 emergency shutoff valves. After installation, we turned the water back on and tested for leaks and none were present and the valves are functioning properly

Inspector called stating lines rerouted 3/4 copper line on exterior wall were not insulation to protect around concrete , when we arrived after notified of such we proceeded with insulating pipe in the areas where concrete will be around pipe and properly sealed exterior with waterproof plastic after taking pictures once insulation was completed. Sent email for signatures as customer were upstairs with their kids.

Upon arrival, the customer showed us the issue with the kitchen sink. We initially ran a K60 through the roof stack in an attempt to clear the blockage. While this provided some relief, the blockage was not fully cleared. We then snaked the waste arm, which successfully cleared the remaining obstruction. Afterward, we tested all facilities for functionality. This job did not carry any warranty and was not a permanent fix.

Upon arrival customer informed me that they were trying to replace the hose bibb but was not able to turn the water off. Cusomter said that they turned gate valve off but water was still running. After diagnostic I determined that the gate valve needed to be replaced. I removed the current gate valve by cutting into the 1” PVC riser feeding the line. I also unsweat the 1” copper tee with hose bibb. Replacement was a 1” 1/4 turn ball valve. To install the valve I needed to shut the main water feed down from the meter. While meter was shut all the way down, it continued to purge water and meter was spinning. I recommended that customer er contact her city if something happens to the main feed the customer has no way to shut the water completely down. Customer very concerned that in the event of an emergency, they will not be able to stop the water. John the plumber installed a new main valve to the house however it is recommended that the city of margate should take a look at the meter

Customer wanted a quote for a replacement heater. Customer had information of heater accessible. Could not access heater. I advised customer that I would need to access heater but based on the information provided I gave her a quick estimate of around $3000. Customer said current heater is only 1 year old. Customer said that is too much money. Husband was the one who answered the door. Husband provided information about heater. Would not allow full access to house. Just wanted a quote based on information. Customer is shopping.

Customer said her toilet was still leaking after major rebuild. Her tank was moving as well. Upon arrival I removed tank and tightened flush valve. Also replaced flapper with korky 2”. Did a dye test and no leaks. Customer satisfied.

Upon arrival customer informed me that her toilet was running overnight and the fill valve popped up in the tank. After diagnostic, we determined that the flush valve was compromised and needed to be replaced. Customer previously had a minor rebuild done to tank in January. After dropping dye packs in tank, we removed tank and gaskets to be replaced. New tank bolts were also provided. After re-securing tank, we ran multiple tests for leaks. No leaks. Customer satisfied. Charged customer for diagnostic only. ** I did advise customer to replace her toilet angle stop because the water was filling slowly. Presented customer with price and she immediately declined.**
Very good service. On time, friendly, polite.

Upon arrival customer brought us to the guest bathroom where the tub was draining slow. We provided an estimate to clear the tub drain. Customer agreed and we snaked the tub through the overflow with drill snake. We pulled back huge clump of hair. We then filled the tub up with water and let it drain. It’s draining fast. Customer tub/shower puts out huge volume of water so the drain is not keeping up. Therefore giving the illusion of a blockage after the snaking. Once the water is off the tub drains perfect and doesn’t hold water.

Upon arrival, customer showed me 30 gallon water heater that she needed replaced Upon inspection, found that main emergency shut off for water heater, and unit does not shut off Gave customer option to install new 30 gallon 3500 W water heater Including a main emergency, shut off and emergency shut off for water heater Customer agreed and gave deposit At this time building will be doing building shut down Monday morning at 9 AM We will return to install and complete job Monday morning

Customer had silicone on the ground around the toilet. Customer said dirt was sticking to the silicone and they are unable scrape it off. I used my razor blade and clear primer to remove the silicone. Sanded tile highly with sanding stone. Customer satisfied.

Service Summary: We met with the homeowner who reported low water pressure from the kitchen faucet. Upon inspection, we removed the aerator and faucet head, which immediately restored full water pressure. This confirmed the issue was isolated to a clogged faucet head rather than a broader plumbing issue. We charged the homeowner a standard dispatch fee for the visit. Additional Observations & Recommendations: While on-site, we observed that the main water valve is an outdated gate valve and is at increased risk of failure due to age and mechanical limitations. Additionally, the water heater isolation valve is showing signs of corrosion and wear, which could pose operational and shutoff challenges in the future. We recommend replacing both valves with modern ball valves for long-term reliability and emergency readiness. Separate quotes for each valve replacement are provided below. ⸻ ⸻

Service Summary: We met with the homeowner today regarding a reported leak from the base of her toilet. Upon inspection, we confirmed signs of leaking consistent with a compromised wax seal. We recommended pulling and resetting the toilet. After removing the toilet, we cleaned the flange, installed a new wax ring, and reset the toilet securely. Upon completion, no leaks were observed. Water Heater Inspection: We inspected the water heater and determined that it is a newer model in good working condition. No recommendations or actions needed at this time. Main Valve Concern: During the service, we attempted to shut off the home’s main water valve. The valve is a traditional gate valve and failed to close completely, making it difficult to isolate water to the property. We strongly recommend replacing this gate valve with a modern ball valve to ensure full shut-off capability in emergencies or future plumbing service. A separate quote has been prepared for this work. ⸻

Upon arrival at the customer's residence, I knocked on the front door. The customer answered promptly and went inside briefly to put on her shoes. While she was doing that, I walked to the side of the house to inspect the water connections. I observed that the filtration system had been removed. When the customer came back outside, we walked over together, and I explained that while she currently has running water in the home, the filtration system has been deleted and she no longer has filtered water. The customer appeared confused and questioned the setup, specifically referencing the use of SharkBite fittings. I informed her that I would need to escalate the issue to management and provided an estimate of $750 to reconnect the filtration system and test the connection, which we originally warranted during a prior job. At that point, the customer accused me of having removed the filtration system and reconnected it incorrectly. I respectfully responded by clarifying that I did not

Technician gave customer if you options in customer chose to attempt to clear the line. Job details: Snake out drain through accessible clean out on the ground (Up to 75 feet) DRAIN LINE LOCATED & HAS ACCESS ALREADY/ RUN K-60 CABLE THROUGH ROOF VENT OR CLEAN OUT. Customer purchased Glacier Bay toilet to install. Old toilet was removed and new wax ring with flange bolts were applied. After install, tested toilet for any leaks. No leaks.
Great service, a bit pricy but well worth it. Also great employee in Josh. Love his attitude and demeanor.

Upon arrival, the customer directed us to a loose kitchen faucet. We provided an estimate for tightening the faucet, which the customer approved. We proceeded to secure the kitchen faucet and cleaned up any residual water discharged from the supply hose. A thorough leak check was conducted, and no leaks were found upon completion. We noticed that some of the angle stops under the kitchen sink were out dated and prone to leaking. We provided an estimate to replace the angle stops to quarter turn stops to prevent future leaks.

Customer said that she had recently put in a new tankless heater and she would like to know the price for fixing the fitting. Her son installed water softener and he lives in Gainesville. Female adapter to the inlet of the water softener has a pressure crack, spraying water. Customer agreed to work being done. I removed and cut a portion of the PVC piping to add a coupling connecting to a 90 and back into a female adapter to resupply water to the customers home. I checked my work and everything is operational and fully functional.

Upon arrival I was shown to the ice line and its dual stop valve. To any work for this we would have to replace the entire ice line due to the material. I went over different estimate options for this scope of work and also water heater replacement with the customer. Estimates has been sent to her and we hope to hear from her soon

On arrival, customer showed me shower valve that did not have cold water. She had Friend work on shower valve. Upon diagnosis of shower valve found emergency shut off for valve on cold side shut off turned emergency valve on shower now has cold and hot water. No warranty on shower valve due to John the plumber not installing

Upon arrival customer advised us that he had a potential leak from his toilet. He said the neighbor below him had a water spot on his roof. He told me that Art the Plumber pulled the toilet and reset it last time. Toilet was extremely old with ball cock fill valve. After diagnostic, I advised customer that the toilet is extremely old and we typically don’t rebuild old componentsj. Toilet was leaking from tank bolts as they were almost completely corroded. I recommended that customer change toilet and provided him options to do so. Customer has en estimate for an owner supplied toilet replacement and a JTP supplied and warrantied replacement. Customer also wanted a couple of estimates to replace his bathroom faucets. He also wanted an estimate to replace his kitchen drop sink and faucet. I provided the estimates for customer supplied fixtures. Customer will take a look at them with his wife to determine their next course of action. Will need to follow up with customer later.

Upon arrival I was shown to the guest bathroom toilet that was clogged. After confirming that it wasn’t a main line stoppage, an estimate was agreed on to send the toilet auger through the toilet to clear the p trap of the stoppage. After I retrieved the auger from the toilet I flushed it multiple times to ensure the p trap was clear and the water was draining freely from the toilet

Upon arrival to the location, I met with carol who showed me inside and took me to the back where the bathrooms were located. The bathrooms are back to back. When I arrived, there was a little water puddled around the floor drain as if it was filled. The women’s bathroom gets backed up first per carol. They have had issues in the past few months in the same line, she had another company come out but based off what she mentioned they did, it sounds like they didn’t know what they were doing. In addition, I told her we’ll snake the line, and if I feel like we need to camera, we will to check what’s in the line. I showed her the estimate which she approved. Furthermore, after trying to go through the floor drain, and not having success, I realized the clean out in the wall and got it opened. After the first cable I was able to clear the blockage and all the water outside the drain and in toilet, dropped. I then noticed the women’s toilet had a faulty fill valve, which was adding to the pr

John the plumber goes above and beyond, we’ve used him for several years, and his team never disappoints. Our service guy was Gary Brown this morning . Very polite professional and prompt.
Gary and his partner did a great job. I was happy to have the work done the same day. I was somewhat surprised at the price. $
All aspects of the service from my phone call with Jodie, (which was like talking with a friend) to having Jonah (friendly, great asset to your team) get the job done, was quick and easy. Price seemed a little high for snaking the tub drain, but all in all, a pleasant experience. Thanks!
From the first phone call from the appointment setter to the follow up call post service, this company was top notch and I would recommend them to friends and family. Adam was very thorough in explaining all of my options for a faucet replacement. After I chose, he explained what the process was and he finished the job confirming that everything was in proper working order. Any question I had they made sure to answer fully and I was very appreciative of that. Adam and his helper cleaned up the area and made sure that I was satisfied.
