I had an after hours emergency and River came out within an hour. He was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem and he put a temporary fix on it. He came back the next day with Johnathan and the two of them finished the job. They were both professional and great at what they do. They are an asset to the company.

Lin and Jeff were outstanding. They had an extremely difficult install. They added an additional hose bib on the dock. They ran over 30 feet of pipe to connect the two, under the dock, while being on a floating platform. They did great, and we are very happy with the results. I have used John the Plumber several times and couldn't be happier with their professionalism, customer service and knowledge of the scope of work.Also a big thank you to Maleen and Jody in the office. Today Shaun was great and as part of the estimating process explained what was wrong with our faucet.Not sure why this was not posted when this older service call happened.I called for service and they came the same day which in Florida is unheard of. Bill was dispatched and he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work he was performing. He also went above and beyond to show us where our water shut off valves were and explained safety features which in a condo that is 4k sq feet is helpful. He returned the next day as this job was somewhat complex and finished installing pipe connections for a second dishwasher, installed a new faucet and capped two pipes that were no longer in use for a dishwasher that was relocated. I could not be happier! Still waiting for other plumbers to respond to my inquiry.I highly recommend this company.

John the plumber just did a very good job fixing a pipe I broke trying to replace a tub spout. Vince did a great job opening the wall and repairing the pipe while making sure everything was shipshape before leaving. This is the second job they've done for me and I would gladly call them for a third should I need it.

Carl and Rich were great! On time, polite, courteous. They insisted on putting booties on over their shoes, even though I told them it was not necessary as my floors are being cleaned later this week. The technicians arrived on time and kept me apprised of unexpected delays that were caused by issues out of their control. To their credit, they stayed beyond their assigned time because they wanted to ensure that the installation of new pipes, valves, and the water heater was done correctly and would pass code inspection. Great Job by Gary & Marquise! They came by first thing after a frantic call the night before for a leaking 30 gal water heater & main water valve leak. Catastrophe averted - the heater was split down the back and ready to blow. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up after. Granted it wasn't super cheap but the work was solid. Had a hiccup but Shane Evans was super duper friendly. Everything wrapped. All good.
