Job Locations and Reviews
A plumbing emergency dispatch fee is a charge that covers the cost of sending a plumber to your location in an urgent situation, outside of regular business hours or for immediate response. We out on an emergency call to meet the homeowner at his home. He stated that there was water leaking out of the meter box. Upon quick inspection, we discovered the cause of the leak was due to the meter self-snapping at the threads. We explained that this is the city's meter and we cannot do anything to fix it. The only thing we did was remove the meter and attempted to remove the broken end of the male adapter that was going into the brass female adapter. The plastic nipple is broken flush and cannot be extracted. Due to the water not turning off, torching the section and allowing it to melt is not an option without the curb stop being replaced. However, since the curb stop does not shut off properly, it doesn't make a difference due to the fact that the curb stop would have to get replaced anyway
Walked property and took pictures for estimate for tunnel
The clients called us because their drains were slow and did not smell great. We showed them how flushing the drains can help with those problems. They were impressed by our fast and friendly service, but mostly by how much better their drain worked.
The client called us out for an estimate for remodeling their guest bathroom. We included quality fixtures and new plumbing upgrades in the cost along with removal of the old fixtures. The client was very happy with their new bathroom.
We recently completed a job for a client who was looking to upgrade their kitchen. We inspected the kitchen and found that the pipes were quite old. We gave our best estimate for the work, which was within the client's budget and included high-quality materials. The client was impressed by our professional estimate and great rapport between price and the quality of the materials we suggested.
The apartment manager had us out because of some issues with leaking. We did a video inspection and found corrosion in the pipes. We gave them an estimate for the work including all certifications and an estimated timeline. They were happy to have a complete price upfront.
The client had us out to repair their water heater. Upon inspection, we found the unit was almost 20 years old and was showing signs of corrosion and wear. We suggested replacement and gave them an estimate for a new Rheem water heater. I also recommended JTP club membership so they got a good discount on the installation.
