Arrived to customer, found that main line was backed up. We presented estimates for running k 69 snake machine and To evaluate sewer with camera after, customer approved. After running about 65 feet of cable we cleared clog, we went inside and ran everything in bathroom to ensure proper drainage. We then ran camera to evaluate sewer line and found that cast iron is in good conditions with buildup, due to this, we would recommend Hydro jetting of sewer line to help prevent clogs of toilet paper and such.

I came out today for no hot water in the house. After looking at the water heater the ball valve was in the off position. When I turned it on the house had hot water. I went to the kitchen sink and turned the faucet on it had hot water. After turning the water heater on I could hear a hissing noise coming from underneath the kitchen sink. The homeowner also told me that the kitchen floor was getting warm underneath the tile. I provided an estimate for the leak detection for the first hour and a half which is 598.82. Anything after the hour and a half it would be an additional 388.00. Once the leak is found we will go over the options for the repair. We will be able to apply back a portion or all the leak detection price depending on the scope of the repair if the homeowner agrees to move forward with the repair.

I came out today for a leak underneath the kitchen sink one of the washers from the inch and a half P-trap was worn out. Which was causing the p-trap to leak a little bit. I replaced the old inch and a half P-trap with a new tubular inch and a half P-trap. I then filled up with water and let it drain. I also ran the faucet and there were no leaks. I also replaced the old 3/4 inch gate valve with a new 3/4 inch ball valve. When I turned the water on there were no leaks on the new main valve.
Came out today to evaluate why there is water coming out on the living room floor when the toilet is being flushed. Customer showed me a photo of where the water was coming out. They are redoing the floors so I could see the stack under the wall and that’s where the water seemed to come from. We could not get the problem to re happen because the clog was cleared. They explained this happens when it’s backs up I flushed the toilet about 5 times to see if I can get the water to show up but nothing. I explained we need to preform a camera evaluation to find where the break is and I explained how we will map out the plumbing so we can preform a tunnel to replace the section of pipe. They understand that the pipe is failing because this is not something new.
Disconnected water lines and drainage for vanity and pulled toilet for entrusted.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the hose bib on the patio that needs to be replaced. I found the main valve to the unit and it is a gate valve so we cannot use it. We will be trying to schedule this for Tuesday of next week as the homeowner isn’t available to get this taken care of today.
Upon arrival the customer stated that there is a leak coming from the upstairs shower when being used and that when she runs the laundry it leaks as well. I quoted the customer on a leak detection and she agreed. I started with inspecting the shower and then I cut a hole in the ceiling downstairs to expose the drain line to the tub shower. I had my coworker run water while I was watching the drain line. He started running water just through the tub spout, then the shower head, and finally he ran water through the shower head onto the walls of the shower. That is when I could see the water starting to come down around the drain line. So the shower leak is being caused by water running down the wall and around the tub then building up and pouring down the hole for the drain line. We then moved onto the laundry leak. We started with running water through the laundry box drain line with the supply line. After about five minutes there was no leak. We then ran the laundry machine and after a
