If your toilet suddenly starts gurgling, there is probably a blockage in the plumbing system to blame. When air becomes trapped in the plumbing system and is forced out through the toilet bowl, gurgling happens. This may occur if the main sewer line is backed up or if there is a blockage in the plumbing vent. Sinks that take a long time to drain, bad odors, and water backing up in the drains are additional indicators of a clogged plumbing system. It is advised to contact a qualified plumber to inspect and diagnose the issue in order to fix it. To locate and remove the obstruction and restore proper plumbing operation, the plumber can use tools like a camera or plumbing snake.

We arrived today to provide estimate for tanked to tankless water heater conversion. The tankless natural gas water heater must be installed a minimum of 4 feet away from any operable window, door, or any source of ignition, in compliance with local code and manufacturer specifications. Proper exterior wall space must be confirmed to accommodate unit clearances, venting, and mounting hardware. Gas Line Installation: A new natural gas line will be routed from the existing gas meter to the tankless water heater's location. Gas sizing calculations will be performed to ensure adequate supply based on the unit's BTU rating and other gas appliances in the home. Electrical Requirements: The tankless water heater will require a dedicated 120V GFCI-protected electrical outlet at the unit’s location for operation. Electrical work will be coordinated to ensure code compliance and proper grounding. Water Line Modifications: Existing hot and cold water lines from the current electric tank system

Upon arrival into the home, there was a severe smell of mold. Customer immediately brought me to the hall bathroom, located on the right hand side of the property and showed me where there was mold on the carpet along with on top of the baseboard. Customer wants to remove this tub and then call and entrusted to mitigate the mold. Customer signed an estimate for Removal of this tub and wants to schedule this for this coming Wednesday. I could not collect deposit due to charging his card twice office must collect deposit for the tub removal. Also, upon customer request, I unclogged a tub

Plumbing Report We met with the homeowner who requested an estimate to replace the drain line for his back-to-back bathrooms located under the slab of the home. The homeowner wants this work completed via tunneling rather than interior demolition. After reviewing the site conditions, we confirmed that the work will require excavation beneath the slab to access and replace the affected drain lines, as well as additional measures to ensure proper reconnection to the existing drainage system. ⸻

Upon arrival, customer informed me that he was not receiving any hot water from the tankless gas, hot water heater that I installed back in January. After a brief diagnostic, I determined that the heater needed to be reset. I’ve asked him that he can shut down all of the gas supply, water supply and power to the unit and power the unit back on And he would reset the system every time. Customer also wanted to know if we were able to handle changing a faucet in his outside pool bar. I advised customer that we would be able to do so and he provided a faucet that he purchased previously. I built an estimate for a customer supplied faucet and did the install. I tested multiple times for leaks and there were no leaks. Also provided new supply line. Customer very satisfied.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowners grace and Ron. Grace took me to the back bathroom and began explaining the problem she’s having. She mentioned two days ago she was showering and realized the slow draining, and the next day she flushed the toilet and it began to back up and it overflowed. When I got there I flushed the toilet and realized it was backed up on the second flush. I also noticed the handle getting stuck and the flapper in the tank. Moreover, I explained to grace and Ron what was going on, they also never really have stoppages, they been at the house for over 30 years. Furthermore, I gave them a couple options, which they decided to go with both after I adjusted the price for them, they thought it was a bit expensive. Hence, I got what was needed and got on the roof, and began snaking. After all the cables I went downstairs and began running shower and toilet. All was flowing accordingly afterwards. In conclusion, I changed the flapper and didn’t have the

Upon arrival, observed water accumulating around the hose bib located at the front of the building. Water was surfacing through openings in the asphalt. Removed a section of asphalt surrounding the hose bib to access the source of the leak. Discovered a PVC fitting with a failed glue joint that had separated from the adjoining pipe. Removed the compromised section of pipe and fittings. Installed new fittings and pipe, ensuring all joints were properly cleaned, primed, and glued. Allowed adequate drying time for the adhesive before repressurizing the system. Tested the repair under normal operating pressure. No leaks were observed, and the system is now functioning properly.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with Juan carlos who came outside and began by explaining his bill has been way too high and there’s no visible water leaking no where. The property is divided into two buildings. He airbnbs the back building which has two rooms, each with a kitchen and bathroom. There’s shut off valves for both buildings. Moreover, I explained to Juan what would have to happen, which would be a leak search. He then also added his shower is clogged. They remodeled it about 3 years ago, and he never really used it since then. I took a look and noticed debris, right away. Furthermore, I got Juan some options, he decided to handle the shower himself and agreed for the leak search. Moreover, I took a look at meter with Juan and we noticed it constantly moving. I shut the valve to the first building and the water still continued. I then tried the back building and it stopped the meter with the front building still on, so the back building is the problem. I then isolated t
He was great!

Customer cleared a minor clog on their own prior to our arrival—sediment came through during the process, prompting the call. We performed a camera inspection of the main line to confirm condition. No cracks, offsets, or intrusions were found; overall line integrity is good. Some scale and mineral buildup observed—enough to warrant maintenance before it becomes a flow restriction. We recommended a hydro jet and descale to remove buildup and restore full line diameter. To address the source of the mineral content, we bundled this service with a whole-home water filtration system, proposed and approved on-site. Bundle scheduled for completion later this week.

Customer has Noritz natural gas water heater on left side of not heating. He would like to replace unit. Two bath home. Gave estimate on replacing unit.

The customer contacted us regarding a leaking toilet. Upon arrival, we conducted a thorough inspection of the unit. The issue was identified as a faulty toilet flapper that was allowing water to leak from the tank into the bowl continuously. This leak caused the fill valve to cycle repeatedly in an attempt to maintain the proper water level in the tank, resulting in constant water flow and potential water waste. We explained to the customer that while replacing the flapper is a common solution, in this case, it might not completely resolve the problem due to potential additional wear or malfunction in the fill valve assembly or other internal components. Therefore, we provided an estimate for a minor toilet rebuild, which includes replacing the flapper, the fill valve, and performing a full flush mechanism assessment to ensure proper operation. During the consultation, the customer expressed interest in upgrading to a modern smart toilet unit. The customer indicated they would supply t
