Upon arrival customer advised me that one of his units is backing up. The guest bathroom is backing up into the shower. Customer advised me that none of the other units are backing up. The vent for the bathroom was a far from the bathroom so I advised customer I would need to pull toilet and snake the line from there. Customer agreed. I pulled toilet in guest bathroom and ran 75 ft of snake. At about 45 ft I hit a clog and pushed through it. Ran water to test for backup and there was no backup. I advised customer that it is recommended that we camera the line to make sure the blockage is clear. Customer declined. Said he would look into replacing the pipes eventually. After clearing the blockage, I pulled the snake and reseated the toilet. Provided new wax ring and Johnny bolts. Customer satisfied. Tested multiple times by flushing toilet and running water. No blockage.

Upon arrival customer advised me he has a backup in both of his bathrooms. He said he just bought the house a week ago and this just started happening. I advised customer that I was going to do a small diagnostic to determine where I need to snake it from. After diagnostic I determined that I would need to snake the east 3” vent on the east side of the roof. I advised customer I would need to camera the line after that to make sure the problem is gone. I ran 75 feet of snake and 50 ft of camera. Line clear and tested multiple times with multiple flushes . Customer satisfied.

Upon arrival customer had a dishwasher drain line that was broken at the connection to the disposal from previous work of another contractor. We removed the old damaged line and re installed a new line from the dishwasher to the disposal. We did not use one half of customer supplied drain line due to it being the incorrect hose. We made connection work with new a piece, however, we are not responsible for hose if it fails. While we were installing the new dishwasher drain line, the connection to RO system was leaking from the fitting and we had to pull it apart and repair the leak. Upon arrival customer informed me that his insurance company is requiring him to do a 4 point inspection before the insurance starts. A 3rd party inspector advised the customer they need to replace the angle stop valves in the entire house. I advised customer that I can do that for him however we would also recommend replacing the supply line as well because most likely if the angle stop is bad the supply line is too. I told him is it highly frowned upon to connect old or aged supply lines to new valves. I advised him process of unthreading the 3/8 line and rethreading it alone can compromise and old supply. Customer told me he is only interested in fixing whatever the insurance checklist said. I made customer an estimate to replace all angle stops and a separate estimate for the supply lines. Will replace plastic filter housing for the water filtration system that is leaking. The new one will be an atlas plastic housing with a 1 year warranty. An option for an upgraded stainless steel filter housing will also be provided.

Upon arrival, the customer directed us to a hose bib where the vacuum breaker was leaking. After assessing the issue, we also recommended descaling the gas tankless water heater, as it had not been serviced in a year and a half. We provided an estimate for both services, and the customer agreed to proceed. We replaced the hose bib with a new vacuum breaker to prevent further leaks. Additionally, we performed a thorough descaling of the tankless water heater to remove mineral buildup and improve efficiency. After completing the work, we conducted a thorough inspection and confirmed there were no leaks. The system is now functioning properly.

Opened up wall to locate valve to fridge line to rerun new line to fix the leak on fridge line. After opening wall found that there was a connection to a half inch copper line with a saddle valve. Gave customer an estimate on installation of new valve and rerunning new fridge line and eliminating saddle valve. I also recommend to have the saddle valve replaced asap because eventually it will leak. Also had Entrusted out to evaluate water damage.

I came out today just for a water heater estimate to replace the old water heater. I provided the homeowner with an estimate, and also discounted the cost of the heater and install.

Upon todays visit, customer had a crack in old garbage disposal. Disposal had to be changed to a standard 1/2 HP disposal. Further inspection, there were multiple fittings in order to make supply connection to RO system. We recommend replacing angle stop to a dual shut off, in order to prevent issues in the future. Valve was changed and all items were tested for proper functionality. Whole home filtration was mentioned, and home was 2 years old so whole home evaluation declined. Upon arrival customer advised me that he has several projects he needs us to handle. 1srt project- customer has customer bought tub spout and tub valve that he wants to replace. The current is a Moen. He wants to replace it with his own. This will require cutting tile and wall to remove and replace the tub valve and diverter. There is no shower head in this bath tub. 2nd-customer has his own supplied shower valve and assembly. Customer will need current shower valve cut out and replaced with new. Piping will need to be redone to fit dimensions of new shower valve. 3rd- customer has own supplied tub/shower valve diverter. Will need to cut open wall and tile. Will need to remove current tub shower valve and replace with new. Will also require new piping for new dimensions. 4th- customer supplied his own hose bib with vacuum breaker. Customer had leak coming from his unit upstairs to a downstairs unit. Gave customer estimate on leak detection. Customer decided to wait and he will call the office to schedule a leak search. Customer cut off water to the unit and will wait to see if the leak dries up in unit below.

Customer tried to replace elements diy and thermostat caught on fire. Water heater no longer getting hot water . I replaced both elements and thermostat. Water heater is working perfectly checked all work for leaks and function.

Customer wanted a plumbing diagnostic to make sure there are no leaks and everything is up to code. He was concerned about his water bill being high so he wanted to check for leaks. Upon diagnostic, I found there were no leaks. Customer didn’t want to replace or upgrade any fixtures. He was just concerned about the leaks. Additionally, one of his employees said that he was asking why the water bill is so high. The employee told me that they wash their trucks and use the water abundantly sometimes. And some other times they don’t. So the owner was wondering why the bill gets so high. Diagnostic proved to be positive. There were no leaks. Charged customer diagnostic fee $225. Customer paid cash.

Went to customer house this weekend on call and did a diagnostic on his heater. Heater was a Rheem platinum performance. Heat transfer and electrical components were failing. I advised customer that I would need to replace the unit. Recommended a Rinnai. Installed new heater and tested for leaks. Customer preferred heater set at 120. Tested the water at all fixtures within the house. Customer satisfied.

Diagnostic fee for troubleshooting water heater. Upon arrival, began full diagnostic of Rheem tankless outdoor heater. Heater needed to be hard reset by turning power off, draining heater down, shut gas off, and cycle for no less than 15 minutes. During diagnostic, I determined it was a power issue internal to the heater. Customer will need to have an electrician test his breaker first as a precaution before replacement of heater, The breaker was accessible, but had to move heavy lockers to get to it. Heater is a 20 amp breaker. After conducting a hard reset, turned the water back on and there was still no hot water. Flow light did not engage either when water ran through the heater. Side note: Current tenant mentioned that they ran the hot water for about 30 mins before I got there, and the heater finally engaged then shut off again. The slow failure of internal mechanics is the cause. Heater is out of original factory warranty. Sent customer an estimate for heater and permit.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the old water heater that has a slow leak. I provided the customer with an estimate to come back first thing tomorrow morning to replace the old 30 gallon water heater with a new 30 gallon water heater. Right now the water heater is shut off from the ball valve. Today installed new 30 gallon water heater upon finishing installation found water coming from wall behind heater. Customer had access panel upon inspection. Found loop line leaking. Will need to return to run new loop line Loop line is caped off customer has hot water for kitchen
