If your toilet suddenly starts gurgling, there is probably a blockage in the plumbing system to blame. When air becomes trapped in the plumbing system and is forced out through the toilet bowl, gurgling happens. This may occur if the main sewer line is backed up or if there is a blockage in the plumbing vent. Sinks that take a long time to drain, bad odors, and water backing up in the drains are additional indicators of a clogged plumbing system. It is advised to contact a qualified plumber to inspect and diagnose the issue in order to fix it. To locate and remove the obstruction and restore proper plumbing operation, the plumber can use tools like a camera or plumbing snake.

We addressed the issue of laundry water backing up into the kitchen sink by performing jetting on the laundry line and conducting a camera inspection to assess the situation. The blockage was likely causing wastewater from the laundry to flow back into the kitchen sink, which, if left unresolved, could lead to more significant plumbing issues. To resolve this, we successfully cleared the obstruction and verified the lines were clear with a camera inspection. We ran the jetter through the laundry stack because we were unable to get the camera far enough due to the significant buildup in the line. The high-pressure jetting effectively broke up the debris, soap scum, and grease buildup contributing to the backup. Throughout the process, we carefully monitored the water flow to ensure optimal pressure, avoiding excessive force that could potentially damage the pipes. Following the jetting, the laundry line was flowing smoothly with no backup, and the kitchen sink was draining properly. W

This diagnosis addressed the issue of a gazebo faucet not receiving cold water. The assessment commenced with a thorough inspection of the water supply lines for any visible blockages or kinks, as well as an examination of the faucet's cartridge and aerator for potential debris. Upon further investigation, it was identified that the cold water shut-off valve located on the side of the house had been turned off. Once this valve was fully opened, the faucet was retested and confirmed to be functioning properly. This diagnosis underscores the importance of checking all shut-off valves when addressing similar water flow issues to ensure optimal faucet performance. This summary outlines the current diagnosis of a gazebo faucet that is not receiving cold water. The assessment process will begin with a thorough inspection of the water supply lines for any visible blockages or kinks, along with an examination of the faucet's cartridge and aerator for potential debris. Drain Line Inspection Report Overview: During the inspection of the drain line, it was observed that the system consists of multiple transitions between PVC and cast iron pipes. These transitions occur several times along the length of the line and present several issues that could impact the functionality and longevity of the drainage system. Drain Line Material and Transition Details: The drain line begins inside the property as PVC piping. After a few feet, it transitions to cast iron before switching back to PVC. Eventually, the drain line transitions once again to cast iron, which continues through to the exterior sewer line. Issues Identified: 1. Improper Alignment of Transitions: The transitions between the PVC and cast iron sections are not properly aligned. This misalignment creates areas where water is being held within the PVC sections of the line. Standing water in these sections can lead to blockages and increase the risk of damage to the pipe over time. 2. Poor Cond

Came back out today to backfill the trench where we installed a new water service. It got inspected and the inspector wanted us to wrap the copper from the meter so it wasn’t exposed we wrapped it up securely and I sent pictures to the inspector I even called the inspector and confirmed everything is good and he told me to burry it. We reinstalled the concrete pavers and washed everything off.
Came out today to install a new water line from the new water meter to connect to the first unit of the duplex so they can have separate water bills. We dug the trench 16 inches deep so everything is deep enough to pass code and ran a new 1” line and capped off the old line so only the back unit has water. We back filled sections of the pipe and left all connections exposed and tested all are work for proper function and no leaks. We now need the city to inspect the work and we will return to backfill as soon as it’s inspected.
