Upon arrival, we found that the main sewer line had backed up, causing sewage to flood the customer’s bathrooms. The customer informed us that our company had previously serviced the property and that the existing exterior sewer line is Orangeburg. Due to ongoing issues with backups, the customer expressed interest in replacing the exterior line. To address the immediate concern, we utilized a K60 machine to clear the blockage. However, we advised the customer that a follow-up visit would be necessary to conduct a camera inspection. This will allow us to accurately determine where the sewer line exits the house and connects to the municipal system. Once this assessment is complete, we will develop a comprehensive plan of action and provide a detailed estimate for the required repairs.

We would need to connect to city installed water meter and run individual pvc water line to be able to shut off water to building and cap off other line running to neighboring building. This estimate includes parts, labor and warranty, certification of device as well as city permits. We would need to excavate 52 feet of dirt and move concrete in way of water lines and install state certified backflow, as well as cap of existing line feeding other building and install 2 new quarter turn ball valves on main water line service one in ground and one on wall.

Upon arrival customer advised me that he had both bathrooms in the house backing up. After diagnostic I advised customer that I would need to snake the farthest vent and run 75 ft of reel. Customer agreed. While snaking the the line, at about 50ft we hit the source of the blockage. Snake pulled out multiple rags and towelettes. We did a flush test and the line was still slowly backing up. We ran 60ft through the second vent . Toilets were flushing with no problem. Ran camera from second vent. Customer satisfied

Upon arrival, customer showed me main drain laundry room and water heater room backing up gave customer option to run K 60 75 feet to remove all tampons and wet wipes from sewer system upon attempting to clear stoppage. Customer told me boss Lisa was not going to pay the bill and to stop work immediately collected the 250 for dispatch fee. Upon arrival I was shown to a dripping relief line on the water heater. An estimate for a diagnosis was agreed on so I got the pressure of the home, pumped up the expansion tank to the matching pressure level and replaced the relief valve. I turned the heater back on and no drips are present from the relief line nor any of my connections.

The hot and cold hose bibs in the laundry room, used for the washing machine, were leaking from the handles. I removed both and replaced them with new quarter-turn hose bibs. Additionally, the half-inch hose bib at the rear of the home was leaking, so I removed it and installed a new quarter-turn hose bib there as well. I tested all of the installations, and everything is functioning properly.

Customer has 50 gallon tall water heater in closet under staircase. Gave estimate to install new 50 gallon water heater in right rear corner of closet. Gave estimate to replace tanked water heater with tankless. Gave estimate to install whole house filter system. Estimate to replace 1 inch CPVC ball valve to 1 inch brass ball valve.

Customer called for heater estimate. When we arrived we noticed the heater was in poor condition and leaking. We also noticed heater is over 17 years old. Customer began to explain to us he just had open heart surgery and is limited in funds. We proceeded with getting him on the phone for service finance to see his options due to our signal being delayed on the tablet to perform loan option through there. After customers approval he the. Stated he needed to speak with his wife prior to proceeding since she’s in bed sick. We agreed to touch base for final decision later today at 4pm. Customers expectation is for a $800 install charge in which the unit alone cost nearly 3 times that amount.

Upon arrival customer advised me that one of his units is backing up. The guest bathroom is backing up into the shower. Customer advised me that none of the other units are backing up. The vent for the bathroom was a far from the bathroom so I advised customer I would need to pull toilet and snake the line from there. Customer agreed. I pulled toilet in guest bathroom and ran 75 ft of snake. At about 45 ft I hit a clog and pushed through it. Ran water to test for backup and there was no backup. I advised customer that it is recommended that we camera the line to make sure the blockage is clear. Customer declined. Said he would look into replacing the pipes eventually. After clearing the blockage, I pulled the snake and reseated the toilet. Provided new wax ring and Johnny bolts. Customer satisfied. Tested multiple times by flushing toilet and running water. No blockage.

Upon arrival customer advised me he has a backup in both of his bathrooms. He said he just bought the house a week ago and this just started happening. I advised customer that I was going to do a small diagnostic to determine where I need to snake it from. After diagnostic I determined that I would need to snake the east 3” vent on the east side of the roof. I advised customer I would need to camera the line after that to make sure the problem is gone. I ran 75 feet of snake and 50 ft of camera. Line clear and tested multiple times with multiple flushes . Customer satisfied.

Upon arrival customer had a dishwasher drain line that was broken at the connection to the disposal from previous work of another contractor. We removed the old damaged line and re installed a new line from the dishwasher to the disposal. We did not use one half of customer supplied drain line due to it being the incorrect hose. We made connection work with new a piece, however, we are not responsible for hose if it fails. While we were installing the new dishwasher drain line, the connection to RO system was leaking from the fitting and we had to pull it apart and repair the leak. Upon arrival customer informed me that his insurance company is requiring him to do a 4 point inspection before the insurance starts. A 3rd party inspector advised the customer they need to replace the angle stop valves in the entire house. I advised customer that I can do that for him however we would also recommend replacing the supply line as well because most likely if the angle stop is bad the supply line is too. I told him is it highly frowned upon to connect old or aged supply lines to new valves. I advised him process of unthreading the 3/8 line and rethreading it alone can compromise and old supply. Customer told me he is only interested in fixing whatever the insurance checklist said. I made customer an estimate to replace all angle stops and a separate estimate for the supply lines. It is noted that we offered to replace the lines and made customer aware of risk. Customer also said that they were advised by the insurance to get a new heater as well. Customer said the heater

Will replace plastic filter housing for the water filtration system that is leaking. The new one will be an atlas plastic housing with a 1 year warranty. An option for an upgraded stainless steel filter housing will also be provided.

Upon arrival, the customer directed us to a hose bib where the vacuum breaker was leaking. After assessing the issue, we also recommended descaling the gas tankless water heater, as it had not been serviced in a year and a half. We provided an estimate for both services, and the customer agreed to proceed. We replaced the hose bib with a new vacuum breaker to prevent further leaks. Additionally, we performed a thorough descaling of the tankless water heater to remove mineral buildup and improve efficiency. After completing the work, we conducted a thorough inspection and confirmed there were no leaks. The system is now functioning properly.

Opened up wall to locate valve to fridge line to rerun new line to fix the leak on fridge line. After opening wall found that there was a connection to a half inch copper line with a saddle valve. Gave customer an estimate on installation of new valve and rerunning new fridge line and eliminating saddle valve. I also recommend to have the saddle valve replaced asap because eventually it will leak. Also had Entrusted out to evaluate water damage.

Upon arrival customer showed me water heater that was not working Gave customer option to install new 30 gallon heater 3500watt with electric disconnect switch and new emergency shut off valve At this time everything is installed and working customer will be calling electrician to change double pull 30 amp to 25 amp breaker Customer has 6 years warranty
