In conclusion, I tested for leaks and no leaks were detected. All is operating accordingly at the moment. Estimate to replace old bathroom faucet with a customer supplied one

The issue with the shower was he wasn’t getting any water pressure outside of the showerhead and also the shower had a slow drain. The other issue customer is having inside the home was located on the hot side of his kitchen faucet where he was getting low water pressure. Technician cleared the shower drain and now the drain is working perfectly fine.

Upon arrival, the customer reported a leak under the bathroom sink. I was directed to the guest bathroom, where I found that the emergency shut-off valves supplying water to the sink were severely deteriorated. The customer had already shut off the valves prior to my arrival to prevent further leaking. After inspection, I provided an estimate to replace both sink supply valves, which was approved. Additionally, I recommended replacing the toilet supply emergency shut-off valve, as it was in similar deteriorated condition. This was also approved by the customer. The homeowner operated the main gate valve to shut off and restore the home’s water supply during the repair process with no issues. All work has been completed as quoted. The new valves were installed and tested—no leaks or issues were found at the time of completion.
Jason arrived as scheduled, assessed the job and provided a fair and reasonable quote. He advised of additional options available, explaining the advantages - but not a sales pitch. Job was completed in the same visit and works perfectly!

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Jose who came outside and met me by the front door. He began by explaining the city meter counter came out yesterday and he realized the leak. He told him it was on the other side of the meter so it’s his responsibility. The home is from the mid 1990s, Jose mentioned he has his main valve shut to the home. I told him the leak is underground so that’s not stopping the leak. I went to see his main valve, and it’s a gate valve, I recommended he change that out, as well as an old filtration system which he stated it’s never been in use. He stated he’s tight on money and just wants to get the leak taken care off. I told him I understand and I asked for a few minutes while I got him some options. When I got back, he thought the prices were too high and not what he was expecting. I asked what was he expecting, and he stated way less. I explained I would be digging not knowing what to expect, so the price would cover that. In addition, I told
John the Plumber sent me Lin to do the service and that was fast and well done. Lin was very professional and polite, knew what ge was doing.

Customer called regarding the replacement of a toilet. Upon arrival, I was shown the master bathroom, which had an old one-piece Kohler toilet the customer wished to replace with a new white Kohler Santa Rosa one-piece toilet. An estimate was provided and approved to install the new toilet (supplied by John the Plumber), including removal and disposal of the existing unit. A new supply line and wax ring were installed as part of the replacement. As a courtesy for being a loyal customer, a new 1/4-turn emergency shut-off valve was also installed, replacing the existing corroded valve, which posed a potential risk. The scope of work has been completed and the installation has been tested with no leaks or issues observed.

Upon arrival, customer reported that the lift-and-turn tub drain trim in the master bathroom was broken. Removed the damaged trim and installed a new chrome lift-and-turn tub drain assembly. Tested the new assembly and confirmed it is functioning properly. Hall Bathroom: Customer reported the toilet is not filling properly. Inspected and diagnosed issue; recommended a minor tank rebuild and replacement of the supply stop. Provided estimate for the repair. Scheduled to return Thursday afternoon to complete the work.

Observed visible water staining through the walls in the powder bathroom, extending from the area behind the toilet toward the vanity. Additional water stains were found on adjacent walls near the kitchen sink, extending into the hallway. Identified a 1” gate valve (emergency shut-off for the home) located on the left side of the garage. Notes & Recommendations: Due to the high failure rate (approximately 80%) associated with gate valves, a ball valve installation is recommended to safely perform a pressure test. Provided an estimate for leak detection services. Customer has opted to contact their homeowners insurance provider before proceeding with any further work.

Upon arrival, I submitted an estimate to install customer supplied RO system under kitchen sink. I gave customer 20% new customer discount. Customer stated he’s getting two other estimates before committing to the install.

The customer currently has two cast iron undermount sinks installed: one double-bowl kitchen sink and one 19-inch circular sink. The customer has requested that both sinks be replaced. It was recommended that a granite countertop specialist handle the removal and installation to ensure proper fit and sealing. Additionally, the property is equipped with two water heaters located in the garage, both installed in 2014. Given that the typical life expectancy of water heaters is approximately 8 to 10 years, it was advised that the units be replaced proactively to prevent potential failure. A formal estimate for the replacement of both water heaters was provided to the customer.

*Customer was advised by their insurance company to replace the laundry outlet box due to visible corrosion. *Removed and replaced laundry box with a new unit. *Inspected and tested all connections for leaks and proper operation — no issues found. *System is fully functional and up to current code standards.

Hooked up gas on outside kitchen grill with 2 1/2 inch flare adapter and 60 inch gas supply line. I tested all work for leaks and function of grill. After completing work I was unable to locate home owner for payment and had to wait on site for GC to collect payment.

Customer reported a slow-flushing toilet. Customer disclosed that her husband had previously removed the toilet and discovered a root cluster around the flange several years ago . Customer is on septic and well water and all sewer lines are PVC. Findings: *Upon inspection, the toilet is currently flushing properly. *Advised that the toilet be replaced and the sewer line scoped and cleared, as it is likely that root intrusion around the flange has returned. *Observed a leak at the gate valve on the main water line. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the old 80 gallon water heater that was leaking in the garage. I provided her with an estimate to replace it with a new 80 gallon rheem water heater, and new expansion tank. The homeowner agreed to move forward with the work. Also she had a leaking hose bib that I replaced with a new quarter turn hose bib. After turning turning the water back on there were no leaks. Then we wired up the new water heater and waited for a little bit. The water was getting nice and hot.
