Upon todays visit customer had gas meter shut off and locked by teco. Further inspection underground gas 90 has a corroded nipple and reducer causing a leak. We had to dig up and replace underground gas 90 and coupling. We then re connected pool pump to gas line. Upon arrival I was shown to a leaking shower tower. I explained that these can’t be repaired and would need replacement. The customers will find one that they like and will contact us when they’re ready for installation

Arrived to customer, found that main valve on house was a gate valve that customer wanted replaced. At this time we presented customer with estimates for replacement with ball valve, customer approved. After installation of ball valve, we checked for proper functionality and you are good to go!

Customer called requesting a technician to check a garbage disposal leak under kitchen sink.when we arrived we checked home plumbing and then made our way to kitchen.when we saw current disposal we noticed it was leaking from bottom.provided estimate to replace with new one and customer approved.at this time job has been complete. This is an estimate to replace the garbage disposal that is leaking from the bottom with a new 1/2 horsepower Jtp garbage disposal.
Upon arrival, the customer showed us to the guest bathroom, where the toilet was not filling up. We determined that the issue was caused by the fill valve and that a minor rebuild of the toilet was needed to resolve the problem. The customer agreed to proceed with the repair. While on-site, we also noticed that the hose bib on the side of the house near the main shutoff was leaking and had a broken handle. We offered to replace it, and the customer approved the replacement. Additionally, we recommended descaling the water heater, as it had never been serviced since installation. The customer agreed to this as well. We replaced the fill valve and completed the minor rebuild of the toilet, ensuring it was functioning properly. The leaking hose bib was replaced with a new quarter-turn hose bib for better functionality. The customer has a 25 amp breaker and the heater is a 5500 watt 50 gallon water heater , the customer has also changed water heater twice this s week.
Customer wanted an estimate on conversion plumbing slop sink into washer box installing a cleanout and vent. Customer will call office to schedule work to be done after reviewing estimate.
On arrival found 80 gal Rudd year of 2021 in garage with temperature and pressure relief valve leaking shut water off at main valve left side of home. Temp was set to 150’ set to 135’. Replaced temp and relief valve. Turned water on tested good.

We advised her that a five-gallon propane tank is not suitable for indoor applications due to safety regulations and industry standards. 2. Proposed Solution We informed the homeowner that in order to proceed with the installation of a gas stove, a properly sized and approved propane tank would need to be installed outdoors. Double bowl kitchen sink backed up on left side bowl. Use k50 and ran it 40 feet through left side drain arm to remove large amounts of grease. Filled sink four times and drained tested good. Gave estimate for new kitchen faucet and for 1 inch main valve rear of home.
Upon arrival customer had a broken control to her two piece kitchen faucet and it is unable to be repaired. We suggested her to replace kitchen faucet, and showed our pamphlet with options. Customer decided to order her own faucet and will be in contact for replacement.
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the 80 gallon commercial rated water heater. They stated that they were not getting hot water. After looking at the heater the breakers are wires are under sized. The heater is a rated unit. Even swapping to non-simultaneous configuration that still be enough. As unit is running at 6050 watts per element. In which it requires a 40 double pull breaker and lower gauge wire. Provided estimate for a 55 gallon water heater with a booster, which customer is considering.

On arrival in hall bath customer was replacing lift and turn tub drain trim and popped hole in boot for drain. Removed drywall in closet behind tub for access found tub box concreted over not able to remove tub drain assembly to install new. Will need to remove tub to do so .will get with service manager, discuss pricing and call customer back
