Upon customer request, customer would like a three-quarter inch female hose bib replacement on the exterior left-hand side of the house. This comes with a one year parts and labor, hassle, free warranty at no extra cost to customer. Customer verified everything is in proper working condition with no leaks.

Upon arrival to customers home, customer showed us toilet with fill valve that had been leaking from a cross threaded supply line. Customer was recommended replacement due to threads on fill valve being beyond repair. Estimate for toilet repair was signed and fill valve was replaced.

Arrived to customers home and was shown existing tankless heater not working. Water heater shows error code H103 advising customer that system has insufficient power or temperature setting is too high. Customer was advised to change breaker to correct size for Unit in order to further diagnose issue.

This is an entrusted call. Upon arrival I disconnected the garbage disposal for access to the piping. After disconnecting water supply’s, I capped off 1.5” copper DWV drain.

This invoice is for replacing the existing shower pan liner in the hall bath due to leak downstairs in unit 210. Scope of work: John, the plumber will have to remove the existing shower doors. One shower doors have been removed on the plumber. Will have to remove estimated 18 inches up on the wet wall tile and remove the shower floor tile. Once this has been removed, John, the plumber will do a courtesy inspection on existing piping to ensure longevity. Once this has taken place, a shower liner will be installed and water tested per Florida plumbing code. This is a permitted job. *** customer understands that if any waterlines or drain lines need to be replaced during this process, a work order will be written up prior to work beginning, and both parties will sign.*** John, the plumber is not responsible for tile replacement or shower doors. Customer had wet spot in garage after inspection I found that ac unit was above wet spot and was visibly leaking from base. Advised . Customer to have unit serviced also found that customer needed major rebuild on guest bathroom . Performed major rebuild and checked for leaks and function all working great.

Upon arrival, the customer reported water staining on the ceiling of the unit below and requested a toilet reset as a potential resolution. An estimate was presented for the toilet reset and the replacement of the angle stop at the master toilet, which the customer approved. We subsequently removed the existing toilet, replaced the wax ring and supply line, and installed a new quarter-turn shut-off valve. This upgrade was performed due to the existing shut-off valve exhibiting signs of potential leakage and reduced reliability. Checked for leaks no leaks.

Upon arrival we were shown to a water stain on the ceiling in 102. An estimate for a leak search was agreed on and we ran every test we could to try to make the leak show itself but it was all to no avail not one drop of water came down. We did see water stains on the closet bend going to the toilet an an estimate to replace the toilet drain like has been sent to the customer.

Work Completed – Service Call Report Customer reported abnormal noise from the toilet fill valve and an active leak at the P-trap assembly beneath the master bathroom lavatory. Removed and replaced the fill valve and supply riser in the guest bathroom toilet to correct noise and ensure proper tank refill function. In the master bathroom, re-seated the P-trap and installed a new slip joint washer at the trap-to-waste arm connection to eliminate the leak and restore a secure seal. All connections were tightened, tested under flow conditions, and confirmed leak-free at time of service.

Upon arrival we conducted a walkthrough of the facilities and checked all fixtures for functionality and checked all valves. We will be providing an estimate to address multiple concerns including p trap replacements.We conducted a water heater flush as well.

Upon arrival customer informed me that his heater was not getting hot and had a small leak. I explained to the customer that the tank is compromised and he would need to replace it. I replaced customer NG 40 gallon heater with Rheem. After installation, I tested heater to make sure the pilot stayed lit. Customer receiving hot water. I set temperature to slightly above normal “A”. Customer satisfied.

Upon arrival, we proceeded with the scope of work as proposed by Entrusted. This included the installation of the customer-supplied faucet and pop-up assembly. We also installed a new P-trap, along with two new angle stops and corresponding supply lines. Upon completion, all connections and components were thoroughly tested for leaks, and no issues were found. All work performed was fully covered under the Entrusted agreement.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with Steven who showed us inside. Steven mentioned he’s been having low pressure at his refrigerator and he called an appliance company who came out and assured the fridge was good. They mentioned it could be the valve or supply line. The existing supply line is original to the home, which was built around the 80s. He also stated he would like to change the valves because he’s also aware of the age on them. He showed me the 4 under the kitchen sink and mentioned another 1 in one of his bathroom that feeds the toilet. They recently did some upgrades to the home, and the majority of them were updated. Furthermore, I got Steven some options and he agreed on getting it all done today. In addition, there is a good working ball valve for the main valve which we used to shut the water off before repairs. Hence, we made the necessary repairs, turned the main valve back on and checked for leaks. No leaks were detected, and we checked the fridge for proper fl

Leak Search & Initial Assessment Performed a leak search due to reports of water intrusion near the kitchen and laundry area. Opened wall to expose the vertical cast iron drain stack servicing the kitchen and laundry. Conducted a flow test by running water from the kitchen sink. Noted slow water seepage from the base of the cast iron stack, indicating an active leak below slab level. Line Clearing & Inspection Attempted to clear and inspect the line by snaking from the roof vent. Was only able to advance 12 feet before hitting a hard blockage, likely at the point of failure in the underground section. Partial clearing improved temporary drainage but did not resolve the structural issue in the line. Next Steps Will provide a detailed estimate to tunnel beneath the foundation to access and replace the damaged section of cast iron pipe. Recommend prompt repair to prevent worsening of the leak or further structural impact.

Upon arrival customer informed me that his hot water heater was not working. Heater is 9 years old. After diagnostic I determined that the heating elements were corroded and the tank was also leaking. I advised customer that this is a serious issue because he is on the 4th floor with units below him. Current Hot water heater has no heater pan. I explained to customer that we would be able to replace the unit right away and I built an estimate for a Rheem 30 gallon 3500 watt replacement, customer emphatically informed me that there is no way he can pay anything close to the estimated price. Customer said he was on a fixed income and currently unemployed. I recommended that customer review the estimate and I would possibly see if if we can discount it a little for a first time customer. Upon arrival to the location, I met with Jane who showed us inside the apartment, she mentioned she found a leak just about two days ago. The leak is in the kitchen cabinet and originally she thought it was coming from the faucet, but then realized it was from the disposal. She’s been at the apartment for over 10 years, the garbage disposal is over 5 years. Moreover, she just got the water heater replaced in January , her main valve is an old gate valve, she mentioned it works, I recommended a 1/4 turn. Furthermore, i asked Jane if she knows how long it’s been leaking, she’s not too sure, I recommended entrusted to come out and access the situation because it could be worse than we see. She agreed to have them come out. I went and got some options for her and she decided on just the swap out for the disposal. Hence, I got what was needed, and made the repair. Upon request from Gino property manager, we are going to remove the toilet to gain access to main cleanout in unit 110 a in building 2307. This is for up to 75 feet. After talking with Gino, the property manager on the phone he agreed to snake the kitchen sink and unit 106 a. We use the hand auger 50 feet in from kitchen sink and come to the conclusion that this system needs to be camera due to a possible collapsed pipe not allowing the kitchen sink to drain. all other fixtures in house drain properly. Upon arrival to the location, I met with Lynn, jelle’s wife. She showed me inside and began by showing me the hose bib they wanted replaced in the back that had a constant leak. She then mentioned a running toilet in the guest bathroom. Moreover, i asked to see the main valve to know where I’ll shut the water off and I noticed a lot of rust, and what could be a very small leak. I brought it to her attention, she mentioned it was just recently replaced. In addition, the water heater was also over 10 years. Furthermore, I told Lynn I’ll be back with some options and when I got back, jelle arrived and I told him what was going on, and showed him what I seen. He then chose to get the toilet and hose bib replaced, not concerned about the heater nor the main valve at the moment. Hence, I got what was necessary for both jobs, then I began on the hose bib outside. Once I finished, I got the toilet repaired and tested for leaks on both the toilet and hose bib. Customer called for no hot water in home. When we arrived customer was not here , I proceeded to calling him after knocking on door for 10min with no response , when we called customer he stated he had left 30min before we even arrived and then hung up the call.
