Upon arrival to the location, I met with Helena and Luis who showed me inside. They explained that they started to see water come from the wall behind the toilet after their grandson was showering in the other bathroom. They also mentioned they turned off the main valve. The leak from coming from the blockage, and was coming from underneath the toilet. I confirmed after flushing the toilet and going into the other shower and seeing the sewer residue on the shower floor. Moreover, there wasn’t an accessible cleanout, and the home was two stories. I gave them the only option I could and they agreed. Moreover, I removed the toilet and began snaking through the soil stack which was holding water. Once the water dropped, I went another 15 feet and ran water in both bathrooms for over ten minutes and nothing backed up. I then got toilet reset and flushed numerous times. In conclusion, all is functioning accordingly. Remove/ Reset toilet to clear blockage (Up to 75 feet) IN SOME CASES, T

Upon arrival, technician was directed to the unit experiencing a backed-up kitchen sink. An initial diagnostic was performed, and a written estimate was provided and approved for snaking the drain line via the kitchen waste arm by removing the P-trap assembly. Proceeding with the approved work, the P-trap was disassembled and a cable machine was used to run a 3/8" drain snake approximately 30 feet, repeated in three passes. After snaking, the waist arm we reinstalled and the drain was tested for proper flow. Despite multiple passes, the main obstruction remained and the drain was still not free-flowing. Technician consulted with the customer and recommended hydro-jetting and descaling of the line as the next step to fully restore proper drainage. An additional estimate for this service was provided. Customer declined further work due to cost concerns and indicated intent to attempt self-resolution. As the blockage was not fully cleared, the original service charge was discounted to

I arrived at customers house to complete the snake job that was previously started on Monday afternoon. Upon arrival, I immediately ran 75 feet of K 60 real with the cone auger on it. I had to run 45 feet more of real before the K 60 blinded which told me I I had hit the stoppage. I backed the K 60 reel out slightly and spun it in the forward position while the real was stationary. After about 30 seconds the stoppage was clear and I proceeded to run two more reels to make sure that we were into the city sewer. I went out to check the city sewer and I did see my snake. I advised customer to run the water to make sure that we’re getting all remnant flushed down properly. After removing the snake, I ran a camera and I noticed that there was a gigantic belly in the pipe at around 78 feet. The belly ran for about 5 feet until it got deeper and I retracted the camera. I located the camera and showed customer where the belly was approximately. Advise customer that the only way for us to fix t

I was on site today to provide an estimate for running a new outdoor water line to the dock. I walked the property with the homeowner and identified the best tap-in location from the existing main line. I proposed running a new cold-water line with durable materials and proper routing to allow for seasonal use and easy maintenance. While assessing the plumbing system, I noticed the customer had an older whole-home filtration unit that appeared outdated and likely past its service life. The unit showed signs of wear and may be restricting flow or failing to filter properly. I recommended upgrading to a modern, high-efficiency filtration system that would improve water quality throughout the home and outdoor fixtures. I explained the benefits of better filtration, reduced maintenance, and improved long-term performance. I provided pricing for both the dock line installation and the filtration system replacement. The customer is reviewing the estimate and will contact us once ready to

Job details: Technician arrived today to remove old shower valve that appears to be clogged. While cutting out the tile for the new valve, technician noticed that the tub spout was too low and it was touching the bathtub and was not up to code. Technician inform the customer that if the tub spout ever fails and needs to be replace, it would be a difficult ordeal to deal with. Customer then decided to have technician open the wall more that way the shower valve and tub spout can line up properly. After new shower valve was installed water was turned on to the home and everything is operational with no issues. Customer is happy with how the work came out. * the issue with the old valve was that there was an excessive amount of flux and solder and that caused a lot of debris to get into the valve, causing it to be blocked*

Upon arrival, the customer was concerned about the breaker frequently tripping. The breakers were found to be old, and the water heater was not hardwired—it was connected through an outlet, which is not code-compliant. To resolve the issue and bring the installation up to code, we eliminated the outlet and hardwired the water heater through a switch box. This provided a dedicated disconnect for servicing, improved safety, and ensured a direct connection from the breaker to the water heater. The customer was advised of the condition of the breakers and confirmed that a licensed electrician will be coming out to inspect and address the breaker panel.

After receiving my dispatch, I contacted customer to let him know that I would be on my way and he advised me he is not at the unit and they are not in the state at this moment. He gave me instructions left with security to get me into his unit and explained what he needed done. Customer is replacing his kitchen faucet with a new kitchen faucet.New faucet is a Hansgrohe. Upon arrival at the unit security walked me up and directed me straight to the kitchen. Security advised me that if I needed to do anything else in the unit that I would need to let them know first. After changing the kitchen faucet, I tested multiple times for any leaks. Drop tested the sink five times. I also ran the water for 15 minutes while observing the water supply. No leaks. I contacted customer to let him know. I was finished left him a message and I sent him some videos to show him the completion of what he wanted me to do. Customer wanted me to save the old faucet and repackage it because he needs to return

I would recommend this company the people in the office are great & the plumbers were great too. Thank you

Upon arrival customer informed me that she had a stop it in the house at the whole house was backed up. Customer showed me that there was multiple places that the water was coming up from under the toilet. I asked customer where there was a clean out and she directed me to the clean out outside. The cleanout was in the back of the house, and the customer said that a previous plumber explained to her that the drain wrapped around the back of the house down the side of the house and out to the city sewer. Customer said that she had a back up about a year ago that was just this bad and the plumber ran 150 feet of cable to clear the stoppage. Plumber said that he had roots in the auger head. Customer advised me that they did not camera the line. I informed customer that would have to sneak it from the clean out again and I presented an estimate. Customer declined initially because she said it was way too much money for her to afford, and that her daughter was going to help her pay for it.

Customer call John the plumber out today because she’s not getting any water out of her shower in the master bathroom. My technician arrived. He saw that she was getting water in all of the other water fixtures, except for the master bathroom. Customer explain to technician that she just had the valve replaced and cartridge and it’s still giving her the same issue. Technician will give the customer a few options. Customer decided to go with the cartridge replacement. But before installing the new cartridge, technician will flush out the shower valve to see if there’s any debris in the pipes. Technician was able to flush out a good amount of debris out of the valve but unfortunately with the new cartridge we’re having the same issues with the shower. The next step in this process would be to replace the shower valve.

John, the plumber was called out to the customers home today because they’re having issues with their dishwasher after plumber cleared the drain the week. When technician arrived customer informed him that the dishwasher is not draining and the dishwasher does not complete the washing cycle, and sometimes the door would fly open on its own. After running a few test, technician determined that the dishwasher does in fact drain properly, but the issue is it’s not completing a cycle. Technician believes there’s an issue with the lock on the dishwasher. Technician inform the customer that this is not a plumbing issue and she would have to get an appliance technician to attempt to fix the dishwasher.
