Provide and replace two 3 inch ball valves and 2 1/2 inch PRV. The valves and and PRV valve will be connected with existing flange. this is a special order part and will need to be ordered prior to start a project.

Upon arrival customer had a leaking rpm backflow and we had to replace under warranty. We removed old backflow and installed new. Tested for proper functionality, operating as it should. We are sorry for the inconvenience -Shane

Invoice is to replace existing inch and a half backflow with two new valves. Scope of work to include draining of system installing new inch and a half RPV with two new valves reconnecting system test for water leaks. Upon customer request this is not a permitted job.

Installed a new shower drain, slope kit, and shower pan in the master bathroom. Added an additional 2x4 to the curb for reinforcement. Plugged the drain and filled the pan with water for inspection. Replaced the Moen Posi-Temp cartridge and installed a nipple in the wing ell. On the exterior of the home, installed new 1/4-turn, 1/2-inch hose bibs on both the right and left sides. Additionally, installed a new ball valve for the main water shut-off on the right side of the home.

Upon arrival I was shown to the area where the water heater once existed and the customer explained where he wants to relocate it. I presented two options that he’ll decide on in the near future when he’s back in town

Company is called Coastal. Upon arriving I was informed that they had a main line failure in the warehouse in the back of the property. Main line was all in 2” and was inside of the warehouse. All piping was exposed and accessible. 1 leg of the cast iron had a hole in the bottom. When customer noticed the spraying from the leak, they turned the water off at the 2” ball valve. The back pressure blew the schedule 80 2” elbow off. After a brief diagnostic, I recommended that the customer replace the valve and 30 feet of piping. New pipe will be in schedule 80 PVC.

Toilet backed up in unit need to return after entrusted gets out there to clean up sewer flood. Problem is located in unit 105. Having Entrusted come out.

Upon arrival customers husband was being transported to the hospital by ambulance. Customer advise me what she needed done, and then left to the hospital. Customer had a Moen 4” bathroom faucet to be installed. John the Plumner recently replaced the supply lines and angle stops so they did not need to be replaced again. The Moen faucet had no pop up option so I needed to provide customer with vessel pop up assembly. Customer also needed a new Ptrap. I installed a 1.5” tubular Ptrap. Drop tested for leaks. No leaks. Customer very happy with service.

Upon arrival, the customer showed us that the toilet was not filling properly. After inspecting the issue, we found that the fill valve was not functioning correctly. We recommended replacing the fill valve and flapper to restore proper functionality to the toilet. Additionally, we noticed that both angle stops under the vanity were old and missing handles, so we advised replacing them along with the supply lines. We proceeded with the replacements, ensuring the toilet tank filled properly and the water supply connections were secure. After completing the repairs, we checked for leaks and confirmed that there were none.​

Upon arrival I was shown to a leaking garbage disposal. An estimate to replace it was agreed on and after I installed the new one I filled and drained the sink while running the disposal to ensure it was secure, my connections were leak free and it was operating properly. An estimate to replace the old Main gate valve and seemingly seized kitchen emergency shutoffs has been sent to the customer as well. They’ll need to schedule a stack shutdown before we can move forward with the work

John, the plumber was called out today because he’s experiencing issues with the toilet handle in the women’s bathroom. Company was recently here doing work on the toilets at the end of February. But they handle was not included in the job. After technician spoke with manager, the manager decided to replace the customers toilet handle for no charge because of the history the two companies share. * Two things technician didn’t notice was the base of both toilets showed signs of leakage, and the other thing was the hole for the handle on the tank was a little wider than usual, probably due to the wear and tear. Technician recommends for customer to replace the toilet.* Toilet handle was replaced and no further issues.

An estimate was provided to provide an install a 1 inch main line valve located in closet. customer paid deposit for services. Customer will contact HOA to shut water down to building to schedule a date to perform services.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the customers husband about a whole water filtration system after further inspection in the home we saw multiple high flow fixtures in the master bath however the other two full bathroom had standard showers and faucets. Based on this analysis we proceed with providing an estimate for filtration that will work best for this home however the wife is the decision maker and was not home. Spoke with husband and he stated to follow up with them after the wife gets back home.

Property Visit Summary: We met with the tenants at the property, who advised that they were experiencing a lack of hot water. Upon inspection, we informed them that the existing water heater was over 12 years old. Due to its age, we are unable to perform repairs on it and recommended a full replacement. Service Performed: We provided a highly discounted rate for the replacement, considering the heater’s ease of access. The old heater was removed, and a new unit was installed. All connections were tested, and no leaks were observed. Although we confirmed the unit was receiving electrical power, we were unable to verify hot water output due to a lack of accessible fixtures inside the home. Provide an install premier select two-piece, single flush elongated toilet. Supply and install simplicity, single handle kitchen faucet with sprayer. Provide and installone door emergency stop in kitchen. Provide and install for emergency stops. Three in bathroom, one on cold side in kitchen. Customer also paid deposit for two three-quarter inch main shut off valve replacement. Customer is requesting Wednesday morning for installation. That is the time her HOA gave her to replace valves.

Upon arrival I was shown to a fill valve that somehow became unlocked and extended up. I adjusted it to the proper height and locked it. I then turned the water on and flushed it multiple times to make sure it was locked. Everything is now working fine.

Upon arrival customer informed me that she had issues with a drain in her guest bathroom sink. After diagnostic I recommended that she replace her pop up drain as it is corroded and clogged customer wanted a vessel pop up drain instead of a normal pop up. I properly removed current defective popup drain and ptrap. Ptrap was recently replaced 1 month ago. Installed new pop up drain with no leaks. Customer also asked about her heater maintenance. I advised customer it was past due to be descaled. I advised her we can do the descaling today and she agreed. While heater was descaling, I explained the benefits of the JTP membership for future plumbing issues. I explained priority dispatching and 10% discount on all plumbing work. Annual flushes are for free. Custimer agreed to become a member.

Technician was called out to the customers home today because she’s experiencing issues with a kitchen faucet that John, the plumber installed two years ago. Kitchen faucet is a wolverine brass, and the issue that the customer is having is that it is making a weird noise and the pull down wait keeps getting stuck on the drain lines. Customer was under the impression that we provide 100 year warranty but unfortunately that’s not the case. The warranty that we provide is one year on labor and the manufacturer provides the hundred year warranty. In order to fix this issue, technician will have to order the replacement parts for the kitchen faucet and the customer would have to pay for the labor.

Upon arrival I was shown to a toilet stoppage. An estimate to send the auger was agreed on. I pulled back caps at first but it was still clogged. I sent the auger back down and it got bound up and spat back out causing scratches on the porcelain which was cleaned as best as I could with the pumice rock. I then sent my inspection camera into the p trap and saw that a poo pourri bottle was caught in there. They didn’t move forward with the pull and reset to get that out.

Technician was called out to the customers home today because they’re having issues with the garbage disposal. Apparently the tenant was cutting up some tomatoes and by the looks of it something is stuck inside of the garbage disposal. Tenant attempted to reset and unjam garbage disposal, but was unsuccessful. Any work today will be covered under the tenant. Technician will provide the customer with a few options to resolve the issues. Job details: Technician removed the garbage disposal to inspect and see why it was tripping the breaker and jammed. After a brief inspection, technician saw that there was a penny stuck inside the disposal. Technician gently remove the penny and reinstall the garbage supposal. Disposal is now functioning properly.

On arrival z construction rep liliana met us at customer’s home to go over plans and blueprints specifically designed for plumbing remodel going in home once plans in review are approved. I notified I will get with management to create a estimate since it is an entire remodel in home.

This invoice is to provide a diagnostics for a gas leak located at the pool heater. Customer states that the gas company just recently did work and raised the existing gas meter and that’s when he noticed the leak. Once a leak is detected, a work order will be provided to repair issue. 50% of diagnostics fee will be credited towards the repair. Upon gas leak detection it is determined that all 3/4”inch exposed from the unit to the 2“ x 3/4“ 90 needs to be replaced due to corrosion. As per picture shown, it is leaking in two spots. First spot is from the outlet of the 1 inch lever valve second spot. It’s leaking at the inlet of the unit. As stated before a credit of $299.41 will be issued towards the repair. David S from unit three is responsible for signatures. David stated that the gas company has it locked out and tagged out upon gas company. Turning back on gas. I will have to make another visit to verify the unit is improper working condition. It is recommended that they change. T

Upon arrival customer informed me that his insurance carrier cited him for something minor that needed attention. The minor issue was an angle stop under the island kitchen sink. Insurance deemed angle stop to be less than standard. After professional plumbing diagnostic, it was determined that the angle stop should be replaced to uphold the integrity of the valve. Insurance carrier is being proactive to avoid any possible accidents. John the plumber also checked the rest of the house for any possible similar preventative issues. House plumbing looked to be in good condition.

Upon arrival, customer showed me clean out that was backing up option to clear stoppage and run camera Ran a 60 multiple times pulled out wet wipes of sewer line K 60 continue to jam and could not clear stop it at this time. Stoppage is not cleared. Will need to return on Monday to run camera dig up sewer line to install clean out closer to stoppage and identify What is the issue with the sewer line whether it be stopped up or broken underground
