Upon arrival to the location, Richard met me at the door and confirmed that the faucet is dripping. When I got to the faucet I did notice the water droplets on the drain and I seen the faucet actually drip this time without being turned on. I called manager and confirmed we will come back with new faucet early next week to replace defective one.

Upon arrival to the location, I met Dominick who showed me inside the home. Dominick began by mentioning he has this faucet he bought because his current one was broken and he had did a bandaid to get it to work temporarily. The faucets are the same style, and brand, it’s just a more up to date look. He already had it purchased, just wanted it installed. Moreover, I took a look at the shut off valves and recommended changing them out as well and he agreed, he had the guy who hooked up his dishwasher tell him the same. Furthermore, he had two different main valves, he had a previous re route done. After checking both valves, I went and got Dominick a couple options, he agreed with getting the valves done as well. I got my things, shut off both main valves and began removing old valves off. In addition, once I had valves in place, and faucet, I realized the cartridges were different and not labeled in the specs. Before finishing the install, Dominick wanted to call Rohl just to confirm.
Pablo and the intern he brought with him were WONDERFUL, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I will never use another plumber again going forward and will absolutely recommend to friends and family. They even put the little footies on when they came in the house without being asked.

Pulled and reset toilet, toilet was improperly set before on silicone base. Needed new flange as well. Replaced flange and supply line with new hardware, tested and no leaks were observed. Recommend new main valve.

Responded to a reported drain line stoppage affecting the rear bathroom. Accessed the drainage system via the roof vent stack directly above the affected area. Deployed a ¾" drain cleaning cable (75 feet in length) and performed multiple passes through the line (three runs total) to clear the obstruction. During extraction, retrieved a foreign object — a scrubby cloth — from the line, which was the likely cause of the blockage (see attached photos for reference). Following cable cleaning, performed a camera inspection of the affected drainage line. Inspection revealed a mixed piping system consisting of both cast iron and PVC, indicating previous spot repairs or partial replacements. Cast iron sections exhibit visible scale buildup and rough interior walls, which may restrict flow and contribute to future blockages. I provided an estimate to the property manager for lowering the waste arm in order to reconnect the kitchen faucet and drainage. This was an entrusted job. They will be responsible for giving me access to perform the work. The association is going to be responsible for payment for the scope of work.

I came out today to replace the old 3/4 inch main gate valve with a new 3/4 quarter turn ball valve. After the job was completed I turned the water back on and there were no leaks.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with Peter who showed me inside the home. He began by stating his water heater is leaking. When I got there the water heater area was filled with water. He mentioned he found it like that a couple days ago, and thought it was the ac condensate. He then cleaned the line with a shop vacuum and dried the area. The next day he seen the water again and then assumed it was the water heater. I told him we would need to do a leak search because it may be an active leak in the wall. I showed him the price for the leak search which he approved. I did a drop test for the hot line and the gauge held after 10 minutes. When I tested the whole system, the pressure dropped about 20 psi in under 10 minutes. With that information we determined the cold side was leaking. I removed the drywall next to the water heater were the damage was mostly at and seen water dripping from above. He had a cut out from before in the ceiling, when I removed it I noticed the leak coming

Upon arrival to the house, I performed a leak search and during my leak search, I found two issues. The first issue was the shower pan was leaking in the master bathroom. The second issue was the tub was leaking from several spots. The first spot was waste and overflow along with rusted areas around the waste and overflow that was allowing water to penetrate through. I provided an estimate for a shower pan replacement, a separate estimate for a tub replacement, and during my initial invoice, I could not proceed with install installing the shower pan so I put that portion of the job on a separate invoice and gave a refund from the original. At this time, we are waiting on, trusted to dry the existing saturated wood before I can proceed with the shower pan.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with robin and he mentioned they want to hook up the laundry and realized the drain is holding water. I told them it’s suppose to for inspection. They left the plug in the line and backfilled the trench. Moreover, I had to expose the line and remove plug. The cleanout cap that was left aside was also buried. I did not have one on the truck, so I called the shop to get it delivered. Once I got cap, I capped the cleanout and all is well.

Upon arrival the homeowner advised me that when he ran his laundry it was backing up and overflowing from the top where the drain hose goes into. The homeowner advised me that this is a brand new stackable washer and dryer. I ran the sewer machine from the wall clean out and the stack on the roof. After that I ran the camera through the roof stack 55 feet and saw no obvious signs of any obstructions. I also ran the hose through the drain for the washer and nothing backed up. The only time that it would back up is when the washer was being used I was able to see the water come out of the wall clean out. I left the clean out cap off for now. My service manager and construction manager will be coming out to evaluate the situation further.

Upon arrival, customer told me how he had low water pressure after other plumber repaired waterline that was leaking outside of his home asked him to show me the fixtures inside that we’re having problems. Customer did not allow me inside home and only wanted to talk about how much it cost for the repair

During my jetting service and camera service, the customer has a collapsed pipe in the back bathroom for the master bathroom so I had to give refund for the additional stack jetting service. Customer is wanting to move forward with a sanitary re-pipe for this back bathroom group and this will be written on a separate estimate. I have to return in the morning to do investigation in order to properly submit an estimate for sanitary re-pipe. I need a gray box please for first thing in the morning.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with Richard who showed me inside. Richard began by explaining he got these faucets installed in April and he feels like one of them drips from the spout when no one is using it. He then mentioned that since he woke up today, it hasn’t been dripping but he’s seen it drip prior. I told him there’s nothing I could really do right now, we both watched it for about 10 minutes and nothing happened. I recommended he dry up the sink and put paper towels in the sink to test like he has under the cabinets. He apologized for having us come out, I told him it’s ok, we need to make sure everything’s good. I told him not to use it for a full 24 hrs and see what happens, and if it’s dripping then the faucet must’ve been faulty from the factory.

Customer call John the plumber out today because they recently had a plumber come out Saturday to clear a laundry back up and customer states that when they ran the dishwasher, this thing started to back up. My technician came out he filled up. The water in the kitchen sink in the water was draining perfectly fine. The only issue that technician confined was from the drain line for the washing machine. The drain line is too small. Customer is aware and he is waiting for approval to replace the drain for the washing machine and waiting until the 31st when the rental unit would not have any tenets.
Mark,the technician worked very hard to resolve the problem, which he finally was able to do it. Also advised that I might need to replace the sewer line if it happens again, since he noticed dirt in the line.
Technician satisified my questions. I'm unsure as to why he sent an estimate on descaling my tankless water heater as it was just done by the same company in March this year.
