Due to the amount of corrosion on the bottom of the unit, technician recommends that customer replaces the unit rather than reinstalling it back. Technician will remove 40 gallon tall outside of pool pump closet. Job details: Technician, drained and removed 40 gallon water heater located inside of pool pump closet. Unfortunately, due to the amount of corrosion on the bottom of the water heater, technician is not going to reinstall the unit due to liability issues. Upon arrival, I was shown the water filter and advised not to tamper with it, as it was difficult to remove.

Upon arrival to the location, we buzzed the intercom and leclerc answered and came down to let us in. He explained he needs the water heater replaced, and he already got a quote from another company and is expecting another one after our visit. He has a good working ball valve as his main shut off and a hardwire connection with a switch. His circuit breaker currently is also a 20 amp double pole which is the correct size for water heater. I advised him we pull permits and it will get inspected, he’s aware. In addition, I showed him two options, which he thought was a little pricey like the previous company. I asked for his email to send him the options and told him if tomorrow would be sufficient time to follow back up on decision. He said tomorrow would be perfect to follow up.

The customer declined the estimate to change out both emergency stops. I put a bucket underneath the sink to catch the dripping emergency stops. There is existing water damage. Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowners David and Judi who opened the front door. David cleaned out the kitchen sink and I removed old garbage disposal and got the new one together before installing. Furthermore, I checked for proper functionality, and then hooked everything up. Upon arrival, the customer escorted us to the guest bathroom and advised that the toilet had become obstructed following the disposal of flushable wipes. We proceeded to mechanically auger the toilet and successfully cleared the obstruction, which was determined to be the result of improper materials being introduced into the drainage system. This issue did not appear to involve the main sewer line. Following the removal of the blockage, we conducted multiple test flushes to verify proper function. The toilet is now operating with strong and consistent flushing performance. Upon arrival customer had a leaking toilet from the tank. We removed tank and reset gasket. Further inspection tank is leaking through a hairline crack. We sold customer a premier 2 piece toilet and credited an amount of 400.00. Customer put a deposit of 200.00. We will schedule an appointment for Tuesday morning at 9:00am for installation. Upon arrival customer has a main line back up to 4 unit building. We provided an estimate for clearing drain through single story roof vent customer declined at this time.

Upon arrival I was shown to the previously installed kitchen faucet. It was an old faucet and the locking nut had broken off with use. I informed the customer that we don’t warranty the faucet when it’s customer supplied. She was very understanding and agreed to the estimate to install a new customer supplied faucet. After installation I ensured my connections were leak free and the faucet and soap dispenser were operating properly

Customer had some plumbing renovations. I installed 2 dual emergency stops, a customer supplied garbage disposal with air switch, a customer supplied faucet , a customer supplied dishwasher and I also installed a p- trap. Checked all work for leaks and function. Everything working properly.

Upon arrival I was shown to an 11 year old water heater. I advised to change it asap and an estimate was presented but the customer isn’t ready to move forward today she said she’ll call us Monday

Upon arrival customer had a toilet leaking from tank to bowl gasket. We performed a major rebuild to toilet. The major rebuild is a replacement of fill valve, flush valve, tank to bowl gasket, tank to bowl bolts and a supply line. Toilet was tested after installation of materials, operating as it should. Came out to finish the job from yesterday by putting a strap on the electrical conduit

Upon arrival I was informed the toilet was still running. While I was there it hadn’t ran but I ran tests on the flapper and flush valve but they weren’t compromised. My conclusion was that problem was the toilet itself due to it being from 2006 and had a few hairline cracks visible it were more that allowed water to escape the tank. An estimate to replace the toilet was agreed on and after the work was complete, I flushed the toilet multiple times to ensure it was operating properly and checked my connections for leaks and none are present.

Upon arrival we had previously installed an expansion tank to relieve pressure in unit. Per building rule, we had to remove expansion tank. This task was free of charge. This invoice is to unclog the main sewer line from the house. As per video and pictures taken line has been unclogged, and I even snaked out the tub drain for free because she’s elderly. Did not have access to heater and valve because she is in a wheelchair could not point me in the right direction

Upon arrival customer had a stoppage and we were here the 16th of April for the same issue. We told customer there is no warranty on drain cleaning and they did not want to move forward. We recommended a descaling and jetting service previously and customer declined.
