Job Locations and Reviews

Customer originally called regarding an issue with their toilet. While on site, I provided an estimate to replace the existing water heater, which was approved. I replaced the existing Rheem 30-gallon, 3500-watt water heater with a new Rheem 28-gallon, 4500-watt water heater. The unit was already connected to a disconnect switch and a double-pole 30 amp breaker. To bring the installation up to current code compliance, I installed the 4500-watt unit in place of the 3500-watt unit. All work has been completed and tested, and the system is functioning with no issues.

Upon arrival, I performed a water heater diagnostics, and the water heater is no good needs to be replaced. I provided an estimate to replace the existing heater along with permit fees.. Customer paid the heater diagnostics and the $1000 deposit for the new heater on the same check. This is a permitted job. Customer currently has no hot water and needs a expedited permit if possible.

Upon entry into the home, I provided a whole home inspection for a membership. Customer currently has a widespread faucet that is leaking in one of the bathrooms and is interested in a whole condo filtration system along with a Moen automatic shut off valve. I provided an estimate for everything listed above, and customer said they had to do their research before committing.
I really can’t say I was not there I just paid the bill I do need the bill emailed to me Still waiting for it

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me a couple of issues. One was the kitchen sink that was clogged, and the other one was the toilet in the master bathroom constantly ran, and the shut off valve was seized up. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to fix the issues. They agreed to the work. After everything was done I turned the water back on to the unit. The toilet is working properly now, and the kitchen stoppage is cleared. The sink is draining properly. Also I tested for leaks on the work performed, and there were no leaks.

Customer reported leaks at both the kitchen and lavatory faucets. After assessment, I informed the customer that I would purchase replacement faucets from Home Depot. Provided a written estimate, which the customer approved. Work Performed: *Purchased and installed new kitchen faucet *Purchased and installed new lavatory faucet *Installed new P-trap on lavatory sink *Performed minor rebuild on guest toilet *Checked all fixtures for leaks and proper function All installations completed successfully. No leaks observed. Customer satisfied with the work. Also advised customer to replace shutoff valves due to corrosion and to prevent future leaks .

Upon arrival the homeowner had a small water stain on the ceiling above the dining room table downstairs. I quickly diagnosed that toilet was leaking from the wax ring. After pulling the toilet the existing flange was very loose and not secure to the floor. I replaced the flange with a new 4 inch pvc flange. After reinstalling the toilet I flushed it several times. At this time that fixed the problem. Also the homeowner inquired about the laundry machine where the cold water barely comes out. The supply hoses are the old black rubber hoses. I advised the homeowner to change those out to stainless steel laundry hoses. If that doesn’t fix the problem he will call us back to look further into this issue.

Upon arrival, I installed a 6 quarter turn emergency stops, one three-quarter inch, pro press ball valve and a wolverine brass lavatory faucet. Everything has been tested and customer verified. Everything is in proper working condition.

John, the plumber came to the customers home today to perform an inspection of all the plumbing fixtures inside of the home. John, the plumber recently replaced the water heater last year and customer is satisfied with the work. Technician walk around the entire home and check the water pressure in each fixture and also all the emergency stops. Everything is operational and working perfectly fine. Customer recently remodeled the home with all new plumbing fixtures.

Upon arrival I installed an undercabinet RO system. After the bladder was full, I drained the entire system to flush it out. I also installed a Rinnai 199 exterior LP heater. As per videos and pictures taken, everything has been tested and customer verified. Everything is in proper working condition.

We met with the homeowner’s tenant, who explained that the master bathroom was backed up. Upon arrival, we confirmed the backup. However, after flushing, the clog cleared temporarily. We recommended a camera inspection to determine the cause. After the tenant approved, we went onto the roof and ran the camera from three stacks. It was discovered that the drain line is having issues due to improper re-plumbing in PVC without a permit. The drain line drops from a vent stack into a sanitary tee on its back, which is an illegal configuration per code. Additionally, the vent stack has three to four offsets, which is also not code compliant. On the side of the house, we ran the camera through another stack and observed a piece of debris (tile or porcelain) obstructing the line. This cannot be removed without pressure jetting or descaling. We also inspected the tankless water heater in the laundry room and found multiple code concerns: the gas supply line is flexible instead of properly
I asked for a quote to put in a new bathroom faucet and replace a couple of outside faucets. Simple jobs. Shane provided estimates but repeatedly tried to upsell a new water heater, emergency stops for the water intake, the main emergency valve (which he said he could not touch unless it was replaced), and supply lines. Everything was working fine but the attempts to upsell continued even when I asked him to stop. A $400 job became a $2,000 one. John the Plumber does good work and stands behind their work but their prices are high and the pressure to replace components which are working fine is concerning.

Upon arrival, customer had a severe leak coming from behind the vanity in the hall bath. I got customers approval through a zero dollar estimate to remove the vanity during the leak detection and remove portions of the drywall behind. I submitted an estimate for the repair repairs, but customer did not want to move forward at this time.
Gary Brown did an amazing job getting my gutted kitchen ready for new cabinets. He had to totally upgrade an old, 6-7 foot floppy copper water line and secure the new one in the plaster wall and he did a stellar, perfect job of it! Also very professionally capped off water pipes to sink. Thoroughly cleaned up afterwards, and did a great job keeping the dust to a minimum. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job you have!

Customer called John the Plumber out today because he recently purchased a smart toilet and he would like to replace the toilet in his master bathroom or guest bathroom. Technician will provide the customer with a few options. Customer is going to review the estimates and get back to us on a later date
They came they saw and they fixed right away

Service Report – Upon arrival, water damage was observed in Unit 409, originating from the area directly beneath the water heater/AC unit in Unit 509. The resident of Unit 509 has requested a replacement of the affected water heater. Removed old water heater and installed new 30gal low Rheem water heater. Tested my work found working properly. Will need to have job permitted.

Customer called John the plumber out today because she has an issue with sewer water backing up into her apartment. Customer states that the apartment has been vacant for a few years but she does come at least 4 times a month to the unit to run the water. When technician performed an inspection to identify the location of the blockage (in the mainline in the front of the building). Technician also noticed there was toilet paper and feces around the clean out located outside. Customer agreed to move forward with clearing the blockage. After running the K60 through the clean out outside, technician was able to clear the line (technician did notice that the cable had wipes). After line was cleared technician then proceeded to run a camera through the clean out. Technician didn’t notice that there was a few sections of the pipe that was holding water and a lot of corrosion around the cast-iron drain that’s along with the upstairs tenants using wipes could be the reason why the line was

Property management email Voyagerpm@campbellproperty.com Customer called regarding an issue with the toilet in the master bathroom. Upon arrival, I was shown a Kohler one-piece toilet that was not operating correctly. After inspection, I diagnosed the issue as a compromised fill valve. I provided an estimate for the replacement, which was approved by the customer. While locating the main emergency shut-off valve near the water heater, I observed that the existing unit was a 30-gallon, low 3500-watt water heater manufactured in 2012. It was connected to an electrical disconnect switch and a double pole 30-amp breaker. I informed the customer that the water heater had exceeded its expected service life and recommended replacement. An estimate was provided to replace the unit with a new Rheem 30-gallon, 4500-watt lowboy water heater, including installation in a drain pan and bringing the installation up to current code compliance (permit and fees included). This estimate was also approv

This is not a service call. This was for the sole purpose of preparing an estimate for customer. On 09.10.25 at 739am James advised that Darrin stated the job is too big and JTP will not be able to provide the services that customer is looking for (full repipe of 60 units)

Upon arrival, customer stated she had a leaking single cup faucet, but was interested in replacing the whole RO system. During my free home evaluation I noticed the exterior heater was over 20 years old so I provided an estimate and customer agreed. She would like to schedule this install for sometime tomorrow. $1000 deposit has been collected towards the bill. This is not a permitted job

Upon arrival, the customer was in the process of a kitchen remodel. A new cold water supply line was installed to service the newly positioned ice maker box. The existing hot and cold water lines for the kitchen sink were properly capped. All work was completed, tested, and confirmed to be functioning correctly with no issues observed. A follow-up visit will be scheduled upon completion of the kitchen renovation to finalize plumbing connections. A deposit was received from the customer based on the approved estimate.

Upon arrival, customer wanted me to change the fill valve and flapper along with adjusting the second bathroom faucet pop-up. During my evaluation of the unit, the customer has a main emergency stop and six waterlines emergency stops that need replacing. Customer agreed to the estimate and would like to schedule this job for Thursday between two and four. The customer provided the property management phone number so John the plumber can provide the proper documentation in order to change out this main valve.

Need a electrician to run electrical line to sump pump

After speaking with the owner there is no current problem. Kim came out on Saturday and replaced a fernco cap with a copper cap on old washer waste arm. Owners are very happy and I’ll provide and estimate to reroute the current laundry/kitchen across property to sewer main.

Notified by a neighbor on a Friday morning that an outside spigot was spraying water so he shut off my water at the meter. I was leaving to fly down to Pompano that afternoon knowing there would be no water running in the house. Called JtP explained the situation and they dispatched Gary Brown who called me immediately, sent the proposal, and got the spigot replaced that evening before my arrival to my home with full running water! Perfect.
James was great. Good experience with John the Plumber.
Called JtP after neighbor notified me an outdoor spigot was spraying water. I was out of town on a Saturday and very concerned. They scheduled their technician Gary Brown who called me immediately and scheduled my job between other customers and heavy rain showers since mine was outdoors. When I arrived late that night all work was completed expertly. All this remotely, couldn’t be more satisfied.
