So I removed the shower handle plate to see if I had the correct cartridge to change out. Once I found the cartridge I gave the customer the price which she declined so I called Pablo to see if I can give a discount . After I was finished installing the kohler shower cartridge, I turned on the main valve to check for leaks. After I checked for leaks and there were none found I put the shower plate back on , and ran the water , I shut the water off to make sure there were no more drip.

I went to the office and spoke to the builder manager who let me know that we can move forward tomorrow morning. I then went back to customer to let him know when the job can be done, and he agreed. So tomorrow morning we will come back to install a 30 gallon low boy with electrical, and line shut down.

We did a full walk through of home and found that all lavatory bathroom faucets are Moen as well as shower valves. I came today for a kitchen stoppage. I ran the water in the sink until it filled up. That told me that the stoppage was in the sewer line not the waste arm. I went on the roof and ran the sewer machine 75 feet to make sure the stoppage was cleared. I then filled up the sink half way, and let it drain. There is a clean out located outside the front door. I was able to see the water flowing through. Everything is draining and flowing good now.
Arrived to customer, found that guest bathroom, lavatory sink faucet was dripping, emergency water stops on hot and cold copper stub outs had gate style valves, and chrome P-trap drain was corroding, cracked and leaking. We presented a estimate bundle for replacement of all stated above, customer approved after removing old faucet, emergency water stops and chrome drain we installed new escutcheon plates, with new emergency water shut offs, installed new chrome, drain and new wolverine, brass chrome faucet. When I arrived I observed the 3/4 backflow leaking constantly, every now and then it would stop. I also noticed that there was a 3/4 gate valve, that should be changed to 3/4 ball valve. I checked the city meter and it is a curb stop. So I then explained to the customer in order to move forward the 3/4 gate valve would need to be replaced and after that was completed. Then we could have the backflow guy come out to give them an estimate on either rebuilding the backflow or to either replace it out right.
Replaced main gate valve that was leaking with a ball valve and hose bib. Checked all work for leaks and hooking existing hose up.

I came out to replace a rtex-13 electric tankless hot water heater the old heater was not producing hot water at all. Me and the customer went over options as far as replacing the elements or out right replacing the whole unit. The customer decided to go with the new tankless heater and also signed up for the membership with John the plumber.
I entered the guest bathroom, which the customer told me that the lavatory sink was not draining properly . I then ran the water and came to the conclusion that the p-trap and pop - up needed to be removed in order to clear the clog. The customer said she can not make any decisions on her own she must consult with her husband. She then contacted him at work and at that time he declined to do any work at that time.
Upon arrival customer showed us a new spot on the ceiling where there is water damage. The owner does not want to cut open the ceiling and would like to wait to see if it gets worse. Owner thinks it is from when we changed out the cartridge in the show. Owner also wants to know if we will remove a jet tub and install a new tub.
Upon arrival I checked the master bathroom toilet , because the customer says it was not flushing , after doing my observation I performed a minor toilet rebuild , changing the fill valve toilet supply line and not the flapper because it has a canister flush valve which does not require a flapper.
The existing water heater was replaced at the customer’s request as a proactive measure due to its age and the potential risk of future leaks. A new standard 80-gallon Rheem water heater was installed to ensure reliable and efficient operation. Following the installation, all connections, fittings, and components were thoroughly inspected for leaks. We performed a detailed functionality check to confirm the system is operating correctly and within specifications. The installation was completed successfully, and the water heater is performing as expected.
Plumbing Report Client Consultation Summary: we met with the homeowner to discuss the replacement of their existing 38-gallon water heater. During the consultation, the homeowner inquired about the possibility of switching to an electric tankless water heater. However, after a thorough evaluation, we advised against this option due to the current electrical panel being located on an island. Upgrading the panel or making the necessary modifications to support a tankless system would be cost-prohibitive and logistically challenging. Instead, we recommended replacing the existing water heater with a similar 38-gallon unit. This solution is both practical and efficient, ensuring a seamless transition while meeting the homeowner’s hot water needs. Customer Agreement and Deposit: The homeowner appreciated our professional insight and agreed with our recommendation. They proceeded to pay the required deposit to secure their installation. Scope of Work and Pricing Details: The total price

Upon arrival, the customer reported that the men's bathroom sink was clogged. We inspected the plumbing and found that the P-trap was obstructed, with the entire trap and waste arm filled with a significant buildup, effectively engulfing the pipe. To address the issue, we carefully removed and cleaned out the P-trap, clearing the accumulated debris. Next, we used a drill snake to clear the line, feeding it through the pipe for approximately 15 feet to dislodge any remaining obstructions. After reassembling the P-trap, we tested the line to ensure proper drainage and successfully cleared the clog. Please note, while the line is now clear, this is not a permanent solution. As a final step, we treated the line with a dose of Bio One to help break down any remaining organic material in the pipe and aid in preventing future blockages.
