Came to customers home customers having multiple backups In bathroom closest to the canal in the back upon diagnosing the issue currently the customer does not have any clogs. We have tested his drain system. We have recommended to run a camera inspection to see exactly what’s going On in his pipes due to the fact that is cast-iron once diagnosing his cast-iron pipe drain system through the roof And clean out (ran the camera thru 3 vents back/middle/front and ground clean out exterior ) We have noticed that he has build up the scale and bellies in his cast-iron line so we recommended a full house cast-iron replacement underneath the house and roughly 6 feet worth on the exterior of the house( he does have pvc going to the city and pvc in the rear bathroom picking up the washer drain) he currently has two bathrooms and one kitchen under cast iron. The remaining bathroom and washer unit is PVC so it is a three bathroom house total.

Upon arrival, the customer directed us to the backyard, where a 3/4" poly pipe, previously capped off, was leaking at the cap. After assessing the situation, we sent an estimate to the owner, who approved re-capping the line as a temporary solution, as it was the only feasible option at this time. We cut out the leaking section of the poly pipe and securely installed a new cap. After completing the repair, we turned the water back on and confirmed that the leak had been successfully stopped. It is important to note that capping the poly pipe does not carry any warranty, as poly pipe is known to degrade over time and frequently develop leaks. This repair is considered a temporary solution, and future leaks may occur. Additionally, during our inspection, we observed that the PEX pipe leading to the main shut-off valve is exposed to sunlight. This poses a long-term risk, as PEX is not designed for prolonged UV exposure, which can weaken the pipe and lead to failures. To address this, we
