upon arrival customer informed me that her dishwasher was leaking and flooding the cabinet. Upfront there was visible water damage. The entire cabinet was rotted out after diagnostic. I determine that the dishwasher drain hose was broken and had holes in it. It would dump every time she used it under the sink. Customer said this has been going on for a while. It was visible that it was happening for a long time. I advised customer that I would replace the drain hose, but she would also need to speak with and trusted for the mold damage. I referred customer to entrusted .

Upon todays visit titan n100 was inoperable and had to have a direct swap out. We installed new N120 Titan tankless water heater. Tested and operating as it should. Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane

Upon arrival customer showed me kitchen he needed disconnected to have new cabinets installed will need to return Monday perform kitchen disconnect Also will be giving estimate upon return to install new waste arm for kitchen drain

Upon we were shown to two leaking toilets that were over 50 years old. The safest option was to replace them and the customer agreed. An estimate to replace them was agreed on we then discovered the flanges were broken and informed the customer. After the flanges were changed and the toilet was set we test flushed multiple times abs ensured everything was working properly

Customer advise me that he wanted to install a washer and dryer all in one unit in a closet that had no water supply or drainage. I advised him I would need determine where the hot and cold water can be pulled from as a supply. I also needed to find the nearest drain for waste. Customer closet was offset about 2 feet on the opposite side of the heater closet. Would need to cut the wall on the heater side and washer side of the wall to gain access and room to do the install. Would also need to remove the guest bathroom vanity to cut wall and gain access to the waste stack. P trap for drainage will be required. Customer will need accurate quote and scope of work to get the approval from association to do work. Will need to sit with Darrin or Pablo to build estimate based on information and pics collected. This will require permit.

Upon arrival customer showed kitchen that was have a leak gave customer option to perform a leak search after opening up concrete wall outside found copper waterline leaking gave customer option to run new waterlines whole home re-pipe or repair waterline at this time customer only wanted to repair waterline Repair has been made no other leaks can be found at this time one year warranty on repair No warranty on existing pipe

Estimate for 80 gallon electric water heater

Master bath backed up. Master bath toilet leaking from base. I Pulled toilet and set aside. I then ran K-60 30 feet through toilet drain to remove stoppage. I did not pull anything back with cable. After resetting toilet. Toilet had hairline crack at base and porcelain cracked. Removed old toilet and installed new Kohler Wellworth. Ball valve right to front door in Value box rusted in handle fell off. Installed ball valve to right of old valve. Tested all work good.

Arrived to customer, found that the teachers bathroom was leaking from base of toilet due to leaky failing wax ring, as well as had old emergency water shut off valves. Customer also showed us classroom number seven had leak coming from sink faucet and all the emergency water stops were old style. At this time we presented estimates to customer for fixing all stated above. Customer is going to look over estimates and give us a call back when ready to move forward!

Customer informed me that he needs water supplied to 3 large tanks for breaking down boxes into pulp. Currently the facility only has 1 bathroom and the plumbing is very minimal. There is a 1.25” feed into the building with ball valve. The tanks that will be needing water are 6000 gal, 3000 gal, & 3000 gal. I advised customer the feed for those tanks would need to be minimum 2”. This will require permitting form the city as they will need to provide a larger water service to the building for us to tap. A backflow will also be required. Customer said there is no drainage for the machine so sanitary is not in play here. Current water supply is currently 50+ ft from where the tanks are set. Supply will need a 2” isolation valve on each tank. May need building plans to estimate this properly.

We arrived to customer, found that customer wanted replacement of reverse osmosis filters. At this time we presented estimates for replacement which customer approved. After replacing the filter cartridges, we tested and verified that they were no leaks and bled system. We informed customer and presented them with estimate for replacing whole home Neo pure filters cartridges!

Upon arrival customer showed me kitchen faucet he need replaced. Gave customer options to install owner supplied kitchen faucet. At this time everything is installed. No warranty on owner supplied faucet

Customer is having a new fridge installed and needs to stop behind fridge. Stop for fridge is a harness stop. Removed harness stop and installed dual stop. Installed in line stop behind fridge. Tested work good.

Upon today’s visit, customer had scheduled appointment to remove and replace lavatory faucet, emergency stops, supply lines as well as tubular drainage to lavatory sink. Arrived to customer, found that customer wanted us to look at all fixtures in home that was built in 2007. We found absolutely no problems in home and recommended to customer that we install whole home filtration system to prevent having to maintenance Rheem tankless water heaters and to prolong life of pictures, as well as cleaner, safer, bathing, water. At this time customer declined.

Upon arrival, I was shown to a disposal on the right side of a double bowl kitchen sink leaking out of the bottom. I removed the old unit and installed a new 1/2 hp disposal. The new unit ran and tested good. I also provided an estimate to flush the Rinnai tankless water heater on the right side of exterior of home.

Upon arrival to the location, we called Jereann and she directed us on where to park. After going upstairs to the unit, we realized we had the wrong unit, we called her again and correct unit number is 404. We met with Tabatha who works at the company and she showed us what was going on. She explained it’s a reoccurring issue. They run very hot water through the drains so they constantly have to repair sections of the pipe. I suggested they redo the drains in copper to avoid future problems but she mentioned they might be moving real soon. In addition, I told her I’ll get some options together and contact Jereann. On our way out, I saw Jereann and advised her I’ll be back with solutions. When I got back, she mentioned how they don’t want to invest too much as they plan on leaving soon, so she wants to continue to band aid the problem. She agreed on the repair. Upon arrival customer had a leak under vanity in secondary bath. Further inspection pop up drain was leaking from seal under sink. We removed pop up assembly and reinstalled as well as entire tubular drain. Tested multiple times for a leak and drain is operating as it should. Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane

Came to diagnose a shower cartridge but everything was corroded together and brittle and the cartridge wouldn’t come out. Before doing some irreversible damage an estimate to replace the shower valve was agreed on and after the work was done we ensured the customer was happy with how it looked and that it was operating properly and leak free

Performed leak detection found temp on tankless failed.Remove tmp on tankless because tmp failed and was leaking. Also installed atlas whole home filtration system. Checked all work fir leaks and function.

Upon arrival customer informed me that Josh and Jonathan previously installed a heater and some other angle stops and supply lines in the unit. She said that Josh advised her that her current faucets at the time were leaking. He recommended that she replace them. Customer went and purchased 2 Kholer 1 piece bathroom faucets and needed them installed. Install requireded the removal of old faucets. I disconnected the p trap to both sinks and disconnected water supply. I installed new faucets and retightened p traps and drains to both sinks. Tested for leaks, no leaks. Customer satisfied.

Cut 2" cast iron stack approx. 3' above floor. Cut 1¼" copper waste arms to each sink. Turn off water and remove hot & cold pipes that may be in the way of completing repair and replace and test. Remove old 2" cast iron from lead joint. Install new cast iron pipe from floor level with new 2" x 1½" sanitary cross tee and connect 2-waste arms and vent stack. Test work by filling sinks with water and draining.

Arrived to customer, this was a pres-sold job. We chipped exterior wall and exposed black iron pipe in the wall going up to second floor and found that nipple going horizontally into galvanized 90 was just corroded due from oxidation. At this time we presented estimate to customer for spot repair and replacing that horizontal half exposed black iron with new galvanized, customer approved. After installation, we had gas company come turn gas back on and tested for leaks with bubble solution and protected pipe with tape and foamed and concreted wall back and you are good to go!
