Wonderful service and very professional and courteous.

Customer had issues with 3 toilets running and had a kitchen stoppage.I Performed 3 minor rebuilds and snaked the kitchen line to clear the stoppage . Flushed all toilets several times to assure functioning properly and no leaks were found also ran kitchen line for 10 minutes to assure stoppage was clear .

The homeowner contacted us to inspect the toilet in the hall bathroom. Upon inspection, we observed that the toilet is flushing and draining slowly. We recommended replacing the toilet with a new one. If issues persist after replacement, a line snake may be necessary. We advised starting with the installation of a new toilet, as removal of the current toilet may help determine whether a clog exists. The homeowner will be providing the new toilet. We will be responsible only for the installation. Important Notes: • Installation does not include a new toilet flange. • Installation does not include any drain snaking or clog removal. • If the flange is damaged or the line is clogged, additional work and charges will apply. • The homeowner must ensure the new toilet is compatible with the hall bath setup. • Once the price is agreed upon, we will schedule the installation. Customer called John the plumber out today because she has a leak in her downstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom is a half bathroom and customer service water damage on the baseboards along the toilet and under the staircase. When technician arrived, he checked the meter and saw that the meter was not spinning, and upon further investigation technicians saw that the bolts on the left side of the toilet that secures it to the flange, was loose and did not have a washer to properly secure the toilet. Technician also notice sewer flies around the toilet. Based on technicians experience, he knew that either the flange was broken or the toilet needed a new wax ring. Upon arrival the customer showed us emergency shutoff valve that was broken and needed to be replaced. The customer did not require us to check out shower valve due to him repairing it. I wrote an estimate to replace the emergency shutoff valve and presented it to the customer. Once estimate was signed I replaced the emergency valve and checked for leaks. I showed the customer the completed job.

Upon arrival I was shown to a kitchen sink stoppage and informed of the laundry backing up as well. An estimate to clear the main line stoppage from the roof was agreed on and after running the sewer snake 75 feet through I filled and drained the sink and it drained freely. Due to the age of the home and grease found on the snake, I recommended a jetting and descale. An estimate for a camera eval for us to get an accurate scope of work and price of the jetting and descale has been sent to the customer

Upon arrival customer had a leak in slab. We recommend a leak search for 598.00 and for any additional hour it will be 388 per hour. Customer declined at this time. Upon arrival, the customer immediately explained that Josh had visited two weeks prior and used an auger to clear a minor toilet clog. She mentioned that the issue returned after two weeks and believed Josh had missed something during his visit. After assessing the situation, I concluded that Josh had properly diagnosed and addressed the issue at the time. I informed the customer that JTP does not warranty drain clogs. The customer requested a credit for the previous charge toward any new work needed. I contacted the office to explain the situation. The customer also mentioned that she planned to leave a detailed, negative review about the company. I tried to resolve the matter by explaining it didn't have to end this way, but she became upset. I then sent her an estimate for a pressure-assisted toilet, which further frustrated her. I apologized and left the premises.

Customer called John the plumber out today because they are experiencing a clog in both bathrooms indicating a mainline stoppage. After arriving to the home and diagnosing, the issue technician did confirm that the issue was coming from the mainline. Technician gave the customer multiple options to clear the mainline stoppage which included running to sneak through the clean out in front of the home. Customer insisted technician go on the roof and clear the line from the vent stack for the back to back bathrooms. Gave customer estimate on replacement of a broken cleanout cap cracked by landscapers . The president of the home owners association will send estimate out for approval. Customer is having a 26kw Generac whole house generator that will be installed on her property on a later date. Customer states that generator will be supplied by LP gas. Size, quantity and location of takes are unknown at this point. Tanks will need to be secured to concrete pads with hurricane clips. Gas line will be run under ground to service entrance of generator and comply with local and state plumbing/ building code. This is a permitted job John plumbing will need to pull a sub permit for work performed. Technician will get in contacted with management to create an estimate for this job. Arrived to customer, found that first bathroom on left-hand side as soon as walking through front door, Moen shower cartridge was consistently dripping. As well as found that main valve on Home’s main water shut off was a gate valve. Mike showed up 90 minutes early (after checking that it was OK to do so), and got right to work. Not only did he resolve our clogged kitchen drain, he discovered a leaky insta-hot unit that we have under the sink. We'll be getting that replaced when they are able to get a new unit delivered.
