Upon arrival customer had a toilet that was leaking by and had old style guts. Minimal access to preform minor rebuild but it is possible. Unfortunately the flush valve is failing and we would have to preform a major rebuild in order to complete job. At that rate, it would be better to go ahead and replace toilet. The Kohler Santa Rosa will fit in between vanity top and bathroom floor so that is the toilet we suggested to install. Further inspection water heater is 10 years old and main water shut off is old style gate valve that will need to be update to a 1/4 turn ball valve. Due to age of heater we also provided an estimate to remove and replace heater while main valve is being replaced. Heater is in the way of main valve and will need to be moved for access. Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane

Customer reported observing water on the floor in the corner of the tub area in the hall bathroom on two separate occasions. Findings: Upon inspection, a hairline crack was identified around the base of the toilet, extending toward the trap. It appears that water may be escaping through this crack during flushing, traveling beneath the tile, and surfacing near the tub. Recommendation: Recommend replacing the toilet to prevent further water intrusion and potential damage to the subfloor or surrounding finishes. An estimate for the replacement has been provided to the customer.

Upon arrival I was shown to a faucet with low pressure and a loose one. The estimate for a faucet diagnosis and tightening was agreed on and after the work was complete I made sure the no leaks were present in the area I worked in and the new aerator I put in was functioning properly. Heavily recommend replacing the water heater due to there being no main Valve in the unit, being on the third floor and the age of it. A detailed estimate has been sent to the customer

This was a pre sold job to replace the old laundry box that had gate valves, which were seized up. I replaced the laundry box, and installed new laundry supply lines as well. After the job was finished. I turned the water back on to make sure that there were no leaks. There are no leaks, and everything is functioning properly. I also replaced the old cold side emergency stop with a new quarter turn emergency stop.

Upon arrival at the property, I was provided with the key lockbox access code to gain entry and perform an on-site evaluation for a water heater replacement. The home was unoccupied at the time of the visit. I located the existing water heater in the garage—a Rheem 50-gallon, medium-height, 4500-watt electric model manufactured in 1998. The unit is well past its typical service life expectancy and is considered due for replacement. Signs of age and potential wear were evident, and proactively replacing the unit is strongly advised to prevent future leaks or failures. I spoke by phone with Maya, who is managing the coordination of this work on behalf of the new homeowner. We discussed the scope of the replacement, which will involve installing a like-for-like Rheem 50-gallon, medium-height, 4500-watt electric water heater in the same location. The installation will include all necessary labor, removal and disposal of the old unit, reconnection of plumbing and electrical lines, and tes

Upon arrival I was shown to a kitchen stoppage. We started with kitchen Wastearm and the customer showed me an interior wall cleanout for the kitchen. I ran cable through these two line entrances to no avail. The estimate was revised to a main line stoppage and from the roof the line was able to be cleared. The line was then camera evaluated. There’s an extremely large amount of grease in the lines and we recommended to the customer to pressure jet the line which is the only way to get rid of the grease. Upon arrival, customer informed me that her back bathroom master bathroom was backing up whenever she flushed the toilet into the shower. Customer said she just bought the house very recently and that the master bedroom was an ad on. The rest of the house was functioning properly as far as drainage and it was only the back bathroom that was having an issue. I advised customer that most likely it was a mainline stoppage and I was gonna need to access the roof to the vent connected to that bathroom and snake the drain. customer agreed so I access the roof and ran 75 feet of K 60 reel into the drain. I also ran 45 feet into the main 3” vent . after retrieving the snake, I went and tested. The bathroom for any stoppages, and the toilet was flushing perfectly, and the shower was draining perfectly. I advise customer I was going to run a camera just to make sure that the line was clear and after doing so I determine that the line was perfectly clear.

Customer has a 1/2 HP garbage disposal installed on the left side of a double-bowl kitchen sink. The unit is approximately two years old and is rarely used. Upon inspection, the disposal was found to be frozen. Technician successfully unfroze the unit and ran ice cubes through it to assist with cleaning and maintenance. The disposal was tested and is now functioning properly. Note: There is no warranty on the service performed to unfreeze the disposal. Recommendation: Customer was advised to operate the disposal at least twice per week to prevent future seizing due to inactivity. Additionally, an estimate was provided to replace the existing 1” gate valve on the main water shut-off located at the front of the home with a more reliable ball valve.

Upon arrival I pulled the refrigerator out so I could make my first cut on the left side of the drywall to locate the manifold. Once I opened up the wall I noticed that the water lines coming up from the floor were galvanized piping that transitions into copper. I did not see any signs of water coming up through the floor. This system is not the traditional copper system, It is a tee system. I tested the surrounding walls for moisture and did not detect any moisture in the walls. At this point we would have to do a whole home repipe to eliminate the old galvanized pipes. We would come in from the main with copper piping and transition to uponor pex pipe to restore water flow to all of the fixtures in the house. Outside from the meter to the house is copper pipe. I will be meeting with my manager to provide an accurate estimate for a whole home repipe.

Upon arrival for an emergency visit, customer informed me that his toilet was leaking from the tank. Customer stated that he shut the water off, but the toilet keeps leaking. Customer doesn’t know if the tank is broken or he needs to replace the toilet. Advised customer you need to do a brief diagnostic And he agreed. I immediately recognized that the tank was leaking from the tank to bowl bolts. The gasket had deteriorated, causing the tank to bowl bolts to leak. I gave the customer my honest assessment and revised the customer that I could do a major toilet rebuild and replace the inner’s Components of the tank. I gave the customer a price to replace the toilet on site and customer said that was a bit too much money for him so he opted to go with the major toilet rebuild to stop the leak. I performed a major toilet rebuild and tested to make sure there were no leaks and there were no leaks. customer paid the emergency dispatch fee customer satisfied.

Upon arrival, customer advised me that the business had no hot water because the hot water heater was malfunctioning. I have to brief diagnostic. I determined that the hot water heater needs to be replaced however to make note this is a Chick-fil-A and there is a gas system that powers the entirefacility. System operates off an auto. Facility. System operates off an automatic circulating tank and the tank was receiving no error code however it just was not heating. I advised the customer that I would need to do a diagnostic which would include making sure the gas was being received the proper way and there was also no obstructions with the water line. After diagnostic, I advised customer that I would build an estimate to replace the hot water heater and it would take about one day to complete so the customer requested that we be able to do the job overnight or after business hours. I advised customer that I agreed and I would be willing to do the job overnight if that’s what it took o

Customer contacted us regarding a possible issue with the existing water heater. Upon arrival, we discussed the customer’s concerns, specifically regarding a component they believed to be a check valve on the previous water heater. After a thorough inspection, we determined that the component in question was actually a water meter, not a check valve. We explained to the customer that this meter is not necessary for the proper function of the current system and does not need to be replaced or reinstalled. While on site, we also checked the overall condition of the existing water heater. Based on our evaluation and the unit's age being manufactured in 2013, we informed the customer about the average life expectancy of water heaters and recommended considering a replacement to avoid future issues or unexpected failure. An estimate for a new water heater installation was provided for their consideration. The customer confirmed there were no additional concerns or issues at this time. No

The customer stated that the city had previously inspected the issue and determined that the leak is originating from the property's water service line. The customer had already removed a portion of the pavers to expose the ground in the suspected area. After conducting an initial evaluation, it was determined that the leak is not located beneath the exposed section. In order to accurately locate the source of the leak, professional leak detection services will be required. This will involve removing additional pavers to conduct a thorough inspection. Once the leak is located, a detailed estimate for the repair will be provided. Please note: $300.00 from the leak detection service will be credited toward the cost of the repair, should the customer choose to proceed with the work. Responded to service request for unit per customer authorization. Contacted Ben from Entrusted for scope clarification. Per instructions, isolated and capped off hot and cold water lines and waste arm under the kitchen sink in preparation for future renovations. Cold and hot water supply lines were properly shut off, drained, and terminated using copper press caps to ensure a permanent, leak-free seal. The 1-1/2” PVC kitchen sink drain arm was cut back and sealed using a Fernco flexible cap with stainless steel clamp, providing a secure and code-compliant temporary termination of the DWV system. All terminations were pressure- and visually-tested to confirm integrity—no leaks observed. Final step: confirmed site was clean, and replaced the unit key securely in the designated lockbox as per customer protocol. Work performed in accordance with local plumbing code and best practices. Site left in safe condition for follow-up trades. Cap off both hot and cold 1/2 inch water lines and cape

Upon arrival, customer informed me that they had a leak by the meter and their meter box was filling up. I immediately noticed that the curb stop and meter box was full of water. I advised customer I would need to run a diagnostic or an elite detection to find the source of the leak which would include me digging And revealing the pipe. After finding the leak, I advised a customer that I would need to replace the piping from the meter past the first fitting. The total amount of pipe or length that was fixed was about 2 m. After fixing the main line I tested to make sure it was holding pressure and that there were no leaks. Customer had no leaks and very satisfied. Office also approved down payment And deferred payment.
