Replaced water heater and replaced gate valve with ball valve . Also replaced main shutoff gate valve with ball valve . Checked all work for leaks and function. Also tested water for temperature.

Arrived to customer, found that first bathroom on left-hand side as soon as walking through front door, Moen shower cartridge was consistently dripping. As well as found that main valve on Home’s main water shut off was a gate valve. At this time we approve estimates with supervisor and presented them to estimate, customer approved after installation of new Moen cartridge and installing ball valve quarter turn shut off on main water supply. We turned the water back on and check for proper functionality and you are good to go!

Upon arrival customer had a backed up kitchen sink. We removed garbage disposal and snaked kitchen sink line. There was debris clogging p trap to disposal before we ran drill snake. We advised customer to only use disposal for minor things. No egg shells, no potato peels, lemon wedges, large chunks of meat. Further inspection, main water shut off is old style gate valve and needs to be updated before and further supply water repairs. Water heater is possibly 20 years old customer said and will need to be updated. Kitchen faucet is cracking at mounting plate and will need to be replaced. Upon today’s visit customer needed her main water shut off valvereplaced for home owner insurance purposes. Upon further inspection, her water heater is 12 years old and out of warranty. The washer hose bibs were visibly leaking and we recommended replacement. We went ahead and replaced main valve and outside hose bib. Estimate for hose bib and moen flow provided. Upon arrival, customer had a timer to head unit that was non operational. We offered to call company (Water Doctor)for diagnosis for our minimum service fee and to replace the head unit as well as adding a carbon filter to whole home filtration. Customer had titan n-120 witch he just brought down to titan in Miami to have rebuilt and he had a handyman install it and unit was not work I tested the power to the unit and breaker everything was good I gave customer a estimate to replace the N-120 unit and customer said he had a one year warranty on the rebuild he had on the unit from titan so customer is going to bring the unit back to titan and have it serviced again under warranty.

Customer wanted estimate on faucet install . Replacing her Moen simplicity style faucet without side sprayer. Gave her estimate and was very surprised at the price and we were unable to come to a price customer could afford to pay.

Upon arrival customer has a faulty insta-hot underneath his kitchen sink. Upon further inspection, the main water shut off is an old style gate valve and it will need to be updated to a 1/4 turn ball valve. We provided estimates for installing John the Plumber supplied insta-hot as well as customer supplied insta-hot, as well as replacement of the main water shut off. Customer wanted estimate on water heater . Provided customer with estimate on water heater and also to replace the main shutoff gate valve because it was not working. Customer is aware they need to setup a building shutdown prior to having the work done. Customer will call office to set up a date to replace water heater after reviewing estimate with owner of the unit.

This is an invoice for swapping out water heater flex lines. Customer previously had braided flex lines swap them out for stainless steel flex lines.

Customer called saying there was a loud beeping alarm Sound near heater just installed.when I arrived I noticed it was just the smoke alarm in ceiling disconnected from previous tech and forgot to connect it back.all is good now and was placed back in its proper place.customer is happy.

Arrived to customer, this was a pre sold job. We removed old 30 gallon tank and main valve. We installed new 30 gallon 4500 watt in pan along with new main valve, new water heater valve with new adapters and flex lines. After installation, we checked for proper functionality and set heater to customers preferred temperature and you are good to go!

Arrived to customer, found that current 30 gallon water heater is from 2012 and is leaking from elements as well as hot side galvanized nipple corroding. We also found that main valve and same closet is water heater is a gate valve. We presented estimates to customer for replacement of both stated above, customer approved. We will need to schedule building shut down in order to replace main valve. We will be contacting you shortly to schedule additional appointment. Customer paid 50% deposit.

Customer had issues with master bathroom shower valve cartridge hot and cold was reversed . Customer was under the impression that we replaced that cartridge which we did not we replaced the cartridge in the guest bathroom. Gave customer an estimate on replacing master bathroom shower cartridge and was not interested in replacing because he is selling the condo. Customer will call if he decides to go through with the cartridge replacement.

We will replace the old style main valve due to it being an old style gate vale. These are highly prone to leaking and failure to shut off. We will replace it with brass ball valve for better efficiency and reliability. After further inspection with wall being exposed we discovered that we need to completely rebuild all the piping around the main valve just to replace it. This is a price adjustment to the original estimate

Couldn’t save the old toilet so the customer and I agreed it’s best to replace it. Estimate was approved and the toilet was replaced. After installation of the new toilet I made sure there were no leaks present anywhere and test flushed it multiple times ensuring it was properly set.

Upon arrival we were shown to a clogged tub. An estimate to clear it was agreed on and after the work was done we ensured water was draining freely and the obstruction was removed which was cat hair

Upon arrival, we lifted and reset the master bath toilet. We also checked if the other toilet had a wax ring, and found that it did. We proceeded to reset the master bath toilet with a new wax ring, installed new floor bolts, and connected the supply tube. Additionally, we capped the hot and cold water lines and drains for both the master bath and guest bath vanities, as they are being removed by another team. After completing the work, we tested everything, and it functioned properly.

On arrival removed guest bath toilet to find flange an inch under tile and has no wax Ring the cause of leak in home install new flange reset toilet with new wax ring and floor bolts. Flushed test good.

Installed garbage disposal and p trap discount on p trap since my first diagnosis of leak was wrong. Checked all work for leaks and function.

Flapper may have been defective. Replaced flapper and waited 15 minutes. Toilet didn’t run

On arrival,Moisture on floor of master bedroom and guest bedroom. Master bath and guest bath is in between bedrooms. Performed leak detection, installed three-quarter ball valve left side of home replacing gate valve. Performed pressure test on home found no drop in pressure. Removed face plates for guest bathroom tub and shower valve and master bath shower valve. Used camera going down wall found no signs of moisture use moisture detector found signs of moisture to right of tub in guest bath and left of shower in master bath. found no plumbing leaks at this time. suggest having entrusted dry area and if moisture returns, they will know where it is coming from. Possibly could be a structural issue.

Upon arrival I greeted the customer and started the previously sold work. After the work was done and the water was turned back on I tested my connections for leaks and none were present and I also ensured that everything I installed is functioning properly

Upon arrival I was shown to a toilet where the fill valve was failing. The customer informed me that the units don’t have individual main shutoff valves so I advised we change the emergency shutoff valves in both bathrooms. The estimate to replace 6 emergency shutoff valves and a minor rebuild was agreed on and he put down a deposit of $500 but, a building shutdown has to be arranged and he’ll inform us on when it’s occurring so I can come do the work
