Upon arrival, I provided a water heater replacement with permit to the son-in-law Stewart electronically. I called Mr. Stewart over the tablet on a recorded line and went over the estimate with him. He stated to me over the tablet recorded line that he can get it done for $1200 from Home Depot and at this time he did not want to proceed even after I offered a 10% discount.

Upon arrival, the customer expressed concerns about the toilet not filling quickly. We proposed either performing a minor rebuild or replacing the toilet. During our inspection, we also discovered that the water heater is out of code and that the emergency shut-off to the unit is an outdated gate valve. The customer requested that all estimates be sent over for her husband to review, and stated they will call us tomorrow with a decision.

• Excavation: We will open the necessary sections of dirt between the meter and the entry point at the home. • Line Installation: A new water line will be installed and sleeved under any concrete it passes through to ensure protection and longevity. • Concrete Cutting: Concrete will be opened as needed to allow the line to enter the home. This quote does not include concrete patching after installation. • Connection: The new line will be securely connected to the existing plumbing system inside the home. Price has been priced accordingly and cannot be combined with member pricing or summer discounts. The homeowner understands and agrees that patching of any opened surfaces will be their responsibility. We are standing by for approval to move forward. Elevated water bill is a result of this leak as leak was confirmed to be over 5gpm. New water line ensures no future leaks 2 year warranty.

John the Plumber – Plumbing Service Report We met with the tenant today regarding a leak that the city had reported as coming from the home. Upon arrival, we confirmed a water leak between the meter and the house by hearing water hissing in the line even with the supply off, indicating water loss underground. After discussing the issue with the homeowner, we offered two options: 1. Spot Repair: Locate the exact leak location and perform a targeted repair. 2. New Line Installation: Abandon the current leaking line and run a new water line from the meter to the house. The homeowner chose to move forward with running a new water service line.

This invoice is to provide services for three-quarter inch main waterline repair. This line was broken by fence company while installing fence post. This PVC line was damaged from the fence company as per picture shown. It is highly recommended that this entire three-quarter inch main waterline be installed 12 inches underground per floor plumbing code. John, the plumber will provide and replaced the necessary fittings and pipe to do this repair.

Service Summary: We met with the homeowner regarding concerns about two leaking hose bibs located in the laundry room. Upon inspection, we confirmed that both hose bibs were exhibiting signs of leakage at the packing nut, which, over time, could lead to water damage in the surrounding area. Customer Consultation: We explained to the homeowner that proper repair of the hose bibs would involve removing the existing valves by unsoldering them from the copper lines and then installing new hose bibs through a precise soldering process. This is necessary to ensure a secure, long-term fix and to comply with code standards. After presenting the price for this service, the homeowner expressed that the quoted cost seemed high. Temporary Preventative Action (Courtesy Service): As a courtesy, we tightened the packing nuts on both hose bibs. This was done carefully to reduce or eliminate the immediate leaking and help prevent any water damage in the short term. We informed the homeowner that w

We met with the homeowner today regarding an ongoing water leak reported from the upstairs area. The homeowner previously had concerns that the tub overflow was the cause of the leak. During today’s inspection, we conducted a thorough reassessment of the area and discovered an additional issue contributing to the water intrusion. ⸻ Findings: • Upon careful inspection, we found that the upstairs washing machine was actively leaking, which was contributing to the water problem. • We also re-confirmed that the tub overflow had been leaking previously, but during our earlier visit, the tub overflow was the only visible concern and was believed to be the sole cause. • With this visit, it became clear that there may have been two separate sources of water leakage: 1. Tub Overflow (previous issue) 2. Leaking Washing Machine (new discovery) ⸻ Action Taken: • As a courtesy and at no additional charge, we performed a follow-up inspection without reapplying a diagnostic fee. • After co

Upon arrival, the customer presented us with the antiquated water heater. Although the unit was still operational and showed no signs of leakage, its replacement was required by the homeowner's insurance provider due to the unit’s age—exceeding twenty years—and the increased risk of mechanical failure. We removed the outdated unit and installed a new Rheem 3500-watt, 40-gallon medium-capacity electric water heater. As part of the service, we also replaced the emergency shut-off valve at no additional charge. The old heater was responsibly removed and disposed of in accordance with environmental standards. We offered to hardwire the new water heater directly into the electrical system; however, the customer declined this option in order to preserve the functionality of their existing timer. The unit was therefore installed in a manner that maintains compatibility with their current setup. Following installation, we thoroughly checked the system for leaks—none were detected. We confir

Service Description: We met with the homeowner regarding a water stain observed on the ceiling. The homeowner was concerned about a possible plumbing-related issue and requested an inspection. Inspection Performed: We advised the homeowner that a general diagnostic fee would apply to inspect the area and determine the cause of the staining. Upon performing a thorough inspection, we confirmed that there are no plumbing lines in the direct vicinity of the affected area. Findings: The source of the water stain was identified as a leak coming from a Freon line associated with the air conditioning system. There is no indication of any plumbing-related leak contributing to the ceiling stain. Recommendation: We informed the homeowner that the issue is HVAC-related, and we recommend that a licensed AC technician be contacted to perform a detailed evaluation and make the necessary repairs. Additional Notes: No plumbing service was required at this time. No leaks or concerns were found withi

Professional Service Summary: Upon arrival, the client escorted our technicians to the affected restroom, where a main sewer line backup was actively occurring. The toilet fixture had been previously removed by the client, revealing stagnant water retained within the closet flange. Initial diagnostic efforts commenced via rooftop access, wherein approximately 60 linear feet of drain cable was deployed through the vent stack. The cable ultimately encountered significant resistance, likely at or near the municipal tap connection. Although partial drainage was momentarily achieved, subsequent cabling attempts resulted in a resurgence of effluent, culminating in overflow from the exposed flange. A secondary approach was initiated directly through the flange, again deploying approximately 60 feet of cable. Upon retrieval, the cable’s cone head was found to be impacted with foreign material, specifically a fragment resembling asphalt and a single disposable wipe. Notably, the client disclo

We met with the homeowner, who reported water leaking from the ceiling fan in the living room. Leak Detection Process: We offered our standard leak detection service and proceeded to thoroughly test all plumbing fixtures located above the affected area. • Toilet: Tested – no leaks observed. • Vanity: Tested – no leaks observed. • Laundry: Tested – no leaks observed. • Shower: During inspection, we removed the trim and identified the source of the issue. The overflow plate was extremely loose, allowing water to escape when sprayed directly. Corrective Action: • Tightened the overflow plate to prevent further leakage. • Informed the homeowner that the overflow had been previously loosened, possibly to allow a higher water level than the safety limit. We advised that this should not be adjusted again, especially by the daughter, to avoid future issues. Additional Notes: • The ceiling fan, which was removed to access the affected area, was reinstalled properly. • After all work

We met with the homeowner to address a reported leak coming from the shower. After diagnosing the issue, we determined that the shower cartridge had failed and was the cause of the leak. We replaced the faulty shower cartridge with a new one and performed a pressure test using a pressure gauge connected to the shower arm spout. The test confirmed that there were no leaks present in the wall behind the shower trims. No other recommendations at this time. The home is relatively new, and all other visible plumbing appears to be in good working condition. ⸻

This option includes the followng Leak search to determine and isolate leak Customer called about a leak coming from the ceiling. Upon arrival we saw water dripping from the smoke detector. We provided an estimate for a leak search that was approved. After opening multiple holes to expose the plumbing we vigorously tested all fixtures, toilets and baths. There were no active leaks coming from the DWV PVC plumbing or the high pressures water supply lines. We then went into the attic and noticed around dryer vent going to roof all wet and leaking from massive rain. At this time customer is aware and leak search is completed in which the final verdict was the roof vent for dryer. Entrusted was contacted for water damage.

Upon arrival, the customer requested replacement of the existing toilet with a customer-supplied unit. We provided an estimate, which the customer approved. After removing the existing toilet, we discovered roots growing into the flange. We informed the customer of the issue and also recommended replacing the angle stop. The customer agreed to proceed with the necessary work, including root removal and installation of a new angle stop. Once the roots were cleared, we set the new toilet, installed the new angle stop, and tested the toilet. The toilet flushed properly, and we confirmed there were no leaks. We also checked the cleanout for proper flow.
