Customer has a 1/2 HP garbage disposal installed on the left side of a double-bowl kitchen sink. The unit is approximately two years old and is rarely used. Upon inspection, the disposal was found to be frozen. Technician successfully unfroze the unit and ran ice cubes through it to assist with cleaning and maintenance. The disposal was tested and is now functioning properly. Note: There is no warranty on the service performed to unfreeze the disposal. Recommendation: Customer was advised to operate the disposal at least twice per week to prevent future seizing due to inactivity. Upon arrival, customer informed me that he still saw water on the ground from the toilet after I repaired it on an emergency call this weekend. At the diagnosis in the situation, I tightened the bolt a couple more times and monitored it for about 20 minutes and there was no leak customer satisfied.

Upon arrival I pulled the refrigerator out so I could make my first cut on the left side of the drywall to locate the manifold. Once I opened up the wall I noticed that the water lines coming up from the floor were galvanized piping that transitions into copper. I did not see any signs of water coming up through the floor. This system is not the traditional copper system, It is a tee system. I tested the surrounding walls for moisture and did not detect any moisture in the walls. At this point we would have to do a whole home repipe to eliminate the old galvanized pipes. We would come in from the main with copper piping and transition to uponor pex pipe to restore water flow to all of the fixtures in the house. Outside from the meter to the house is copper pipe. I will be meeting with my manager to provide an accurate estimate for a whole home repipe.

Upon arrival for an emergency visit, customer informed me that his toilet was leaking from the tank. Customer stated that he shut the water off, but the toilet keeps leaking. Customer doesn’t know if the tank is broken or he needs to replace the toilet. Advised customer you need to do a brief diagnostic And he agreed. I immediately recognized that the tank was leaking from the tank to bowl bolts. The gasket had deteriorated, causing the tank to bowl bolts to leak. I gave the customer my honest assessment and revised the customer that I could do a major toilet rebuild and replace the inner’s Components of the tank. I gave the customer a price to replace the toilet on site and customer said that was a bit too much money for him so he opted to go with the major toilet rebuild to stop the leak. I performed a major toilet rebuild and tested to make sure there were no leaks and there were no leaks. customer paid the emergency dispatch fee customer satisfied.

Upon arrival, customer advised me that the business had no hot water because the hot water heater was malfunctioning. I have to brief diagnostic. I determined that the hot water heater needs to be replaced however to make note this is a Chick-fil-A and there is a gas system that powers the entirefacility. System operates off an auto. Facility. System operates off an automatic circulating tank and the tank was receiving no error code however it just was not heating. I advised the customer that I would need to do a diagnostic which would include making sure the gas was being received the proper way and there was also no obstructions with the water line. After diagnostic, I advised customer that I would build an estimate to replace the hot water heater and it would take about one day to complete so the customer requested that we be able to do the job overnight or after business hours. I advised customer that I agreed and I would be willing to do the job overnight if that’s what it took o

Customer contacted us regarding a possible issue with the existing water heater. Upon arrival, we discussed the customer’s concerns, specifically regarding a component they believed to be a check valve on the previous water heater. After a thorough inspection, we determined that the component in question was actually a water meter, not a check valve. We explained to the customer that this meter is not necessary for the proper function of the current system and does not need to be replaced or reinstalled. While on site, we also checked the overall condition of the existing water heater. Based on our evaluation and the unit's age being manufactured in 2013, we informed the customer about the average life expectancy of water heaters and recommended considering a replacement to avoid future issues or unexpected failure. An estimate for a new water heater installation was provided for their consideration. The customer confirmed there were no additional concerns or issues at this time. No

Site Visit Summary – Driveway Leak Inspection Upon arrival, the customer reported water surfacing through the pavers in the driveway. The customer stated that the city had previously inspected the issue and determined that the leak is originating from the property's water service line. Upon arrival, customer stated that she was not getting hot water in the kitchen and in the hall bath. I submitted two separate estimates for two different styles of faucets upon customer request. Also, she stated in the hall bath is not getting hot enough, but the master bath is almost too hot. I explained to her that I cannot turn the water heater up due to last time her asking us to turn the water heater up and then calling us back two hours later it was too hot.
