Arrived to customer, found that current 30 gallon water heater is from 2012 and is leaking from elements as well as hot side galvanized nipple corroding. We also found that main valve and same closet is water heater is a gate valve. We presented estimates to customer for replacement of both stated above, customer approved. We will need to schedule building shut down in order to replace main valve. We will be contacting you shortly to schedule additional appointment. Customer paid 50% deposit.
Customer had issues with master bathroom shower valve cartridge hot and cold was reversed . Customer was under the impression that we replaced that cartridge which we did not we replaced the cartridge in the guest bathroom. Gave customer an estimate on replacing master bathroom shower cartridge and was not interested in replacing because he is selling the condo. Customer will call if he decides to go through with the cartridge replacement.
We will replace the old style main valve due to it being an old style gate vale. These are highly prone to leaking and failure to shut off. We will replace it with brass ball valve for better efficiency and reliability. After further inspection with wall being exposed we discovered that we need to completely rebuild all the piping around the main valve just to replace it. This is a price adjustment to the original estimate
Couldn’t save the old toilet so the customer and I agreed it’s best to replace it. Estimate was approved and the toilet was replaced. After installation of the new toilet I made sure there were no leaks present anywhere and test flushed it multiple times ensuring it was properly set.
Upon arrival we were shown to a clogged tub. An estimate to clear it was agreed on and after the work was done we ensured water was draining freely and the obstruction was removed which was cat hair
Upon arrival, we lifted and reset the master bath toilet. We also checked if the other toilet had a wax ring, and found that it did. We proceeded to reset the master bath toilet with a new wax ring, installed new floor bolts, and connected the supply tube. Additionally, we capped the hot and cold water lines and drains for both the master bath and guest bath vanities, as they are being removed by another team. After completing the work, we tested everything, and it functioned properly.
On arrival removed guest bath toilet to find flange an inch under tile and has no wax Ring the cause of leak in home install new flange reset toilet with new wax ring and floor bolts. Flushed test good.
Installed garbage disposal and p trap discount on p trap since my first diagnosis of leak was wrong. Checked all work for leaks and function.
Flapper may have been defective. Replaced flapper and waited 15 minutes. Toilet didn’t run
On arrival,Moisture on floor of master bedroom and guest bedroom. Master bath and guest bath is in between bedrooms. Performed leak detection, installed three-quarter ball valve left side of home replacing gate valve. Performed pressure test on home found no drop in pressure. Removed face plates for guest bathroom tub and shower valve and master bath shower valve. Used camera going down wall found no signs of moisture use moisture detector found signs of moisture to right of tub in guest bath and left of shower in master bath. found no plumbing leaks at this time. suggest having entrusted dry area and if moisture returns, they will know where it is coming from. Possibly could be a structural issue.
Upon arrival I greeted the customer and started the previously sold work. After the work was done and the water was turned back on I tested my connections for leaks and none were present and I also ensured that everything I installed is functioning properly
Upon arrival I was shown to a toilet where the fill valve was failing. The customer informed me that the units don’t have individual main shutoff valves so I advised we change the emergency shutoff valves in both bathrooms. The estimate to replace 6 emergency shutoff valves and a minor rebuild was agreed on and he put down a deposit of $500 but, a building shutdown has to be arranged and he’ll inform us on when it’s occurring so I can come do the work
Upon todays visit, we installed a 40 gallon hybrid water heater. New water heater comes with 10 year parts and labor warranty. We had to run a condensation line along the wall of garage and poked out to drain outside. Water heater was tested for leaks and functionality, operating as it should. Upon arrival customer wanted an estimate on replacing the water heater. Water heater was from 2002 and needed to be updated to a newer unit. We provided estimates for both 40 gallon hybrids, one with auto shut off option and one without. We also provided estimate for standard electrical 40 gallon water heater. Customer decided on 40 gallon hybrid with new auto shut off option. Customer paid $2500.00. Crustal so wants a membership on return visit.
Upon arrival customer is not getting hot water. Presented the customer with the estimate to diagnose the issue but the customer did not want us doing that at this time and she wanted to reschedule to diagnose.

This was a visit for an estimate on a tankless water heater, the customer is interested in replacing a 40 gallon low boy in order to provide more space in her laundry room. She wants the estimate emailed to her she was not able to make a decision at this time.

Arrived to customer, we found that customer needed a ice line ran from under sink to fridge. we presented estimates to customer for replacement of ice line and emergency water stop controlling ice line under sink. At this time customer declined and is going to try to contact refrigerator installers.
came out today to evaluate a vacuum breaker that was leaking when the hose was on. We had to remove the hose bib and install a new one to fix the leak. We installed a brand new JTP quarter turn hose bib and tested are work for proper function and no leaks.
Came out today to preform a whole home plumbing evaluation to ensure the house plumbing is up to code and safe. The only recommendation in the home is to replace the current angle stop valves under the bathroom fixtures and for the toilets this will ensure a guaranteed shut off point for all fixtures in the home. Outside the home at the main valve we while recommend replacement of the gate valve that feeds the home with water we recommend replacing with a brand new ball valve so the whole home has a good shut off point. We have also provided multiple estimates for whole home filtration systems.
Customer is selling house for his mother and needs to fix a few things for the sale . After inspection of all plumbing gave customer an estimate on all repairs needed for the sale of the apartment. Customer will go over the estimate with his brother and contact office to schedule the repairs.
