Customer showed me that the bathroom on the left side of his home still had pressure when the main valve was in the off position. To be sure I cut the valve out and put on a new one and closed it before running the rest of the piping and turned on the meter to see if it still had pressure and it did showing that the bathroom is being serviced before the main valve. Advised to put a valve in a box near the meter to ensure the customer can shut down the whole home in a service or emergency situation. Estimate has been sent to the customer

Customer recently remodeled his kitchen and needs appliances reconnected. The places that need to be reconnected include kitchen faucet garbage, disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator. Customer would also like a hose bib replaced. Job details: Customer decided not to go with a hose bib replacement, and instead he decided to reconnect the kitchen appliances. Technician reconnected customers all the garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, icemaker, and dishwasher. Technician did not hook up the power to the garbage disposal because there is no switch to turn off and on the garbage disposal. If technician where to plug in the garbage disposal, it will continuously run. Technician inform the customer to contact electrician to resolve this issue.

Upon arrival, customer had a toilet leaking out of the base along with one leaking emergency stop. I provided an estimate to pull and reset the toilet along with changing this emergency stop. As per pictures and video taken everything is in proper working condition and customer understands. They must wait 24 hours and for the sealant to dry underneath due to the toilet being shimmed.

Upon arrival I was shown to a leaking main and irrigation valve. An estimate to replace both of them was agreed on and after the work was complete, I made sure my connections were leak free, the valves were operating properly and the lines were clear. Customer is aware that the water heater is nearing the 10 year mark and one of the showers has a bad cartridge. Estimates to replace those when the time comes has been sent over to the customer

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the faucets in the hallway bathroom that have a small leak around the base. The lavatory vanity set up is IKEA brand. I looked them up and that particular style is discontinued. I provided an estimate to install 2 new customer supplied lavatory faucets. I also replaced the old hose bib on the left side of the house with a new quarter turn hose bib.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the master bathroom shower that had low water pressure. I took the hand held shower head and took it apart where is screws in to the supply line. Then I removed the rubber washer to clean and test the water pressure. The water pressure was good. I then put the rubber washer back in the hand held shower head, and turned the water back on. The homeowner said that the water pressure was better after I did that. I also tested all of the other fixtures and the water pressure was good. I also adjusted the temperature on the water heater to 125 degrees per her request.

Upon arrival the homeowner had an old 40 gallon water heater that was no longer working. I provided an estimate to replace it with a 38 gallon JTP water heater with an anode rod. The anode rod would not fit do to the tight fit because the heater was elevated close to the ceiling. I will be crediting that back. After installing the new water heater and wiring it up. I turned the water back on along with the power to the new water heater. There are no leaks and the water heater is heating up.

Upon arrival I was shown to a slow draining shower. After confirming that there wasn’t a main line stoppage an estimate was signed to clear the shower waste arm with the drill snake. After the work was complete I ran the shower for a while to ensure that water was draining freely

The master bathroom was backed up, indicating a significant blockage in the drainage system. A K-60 drain machine was used through the 3” cast iron vent stack above the bathroom. Approximately 60 feet of cable was run to reach and clear the obstruction. Upon retrieving the cable, wipes were found, confirming the cause of the blockage. All fixtures—including sinks, toilet, tub, and shower—were tested and drained properly after clearing, confirming the system was restored to normal operation.

Upon entry into the house. Customer showed me several items on a home inspection list that she would like taken care of. Two of these items were an immediate fix along with several miscellaneous items were presented in this estimate. at this time, customer is just accepting estimates.
Helpful in understanding what would be required. Prompt and knowledgeable.

Upon arrival customer wanted estimates emailed over so he can make a decision when the time comes. Customer has a running toilet in master bathroom which we would need to pull the toilet just to replace the necessary parts. After presenting the estimate customer concluded that they want to just replace the toilet due to the headache of not being able to service the toilet without pulling it. Customer is redoing the shower tile and is waiting to for the work to begin so he can then have us replace the toilet. We also provided estimates for the replacement of the water heater main shut off, and also the main valve to the house.

Upon today’s visit we installed a customer supplied titan tankless water heater. We will provide 6 year warranty on labor we however do not provide a warranty with the unit being a customer supplied item. Thank you for calling JohnThe Plumber -Shane

Customer requested estimate for replacement of continuously running faucet in women’s restroom, determined to be caused by a faulty sensor on existing TOTO sensor-operated faucet. Provided two pricing options: (1) direct replacement with identical TOTO sensor faucet, and (2) retrofit with a standard manual faucet featuring single-handle operation wich looks similar to what is currently there. Customer to consult with building owner before proceeding. Will contact office upon final decision to schedule installation.

Upon arrival to the location, we met with Thomas’s friends who opened the door and showed us inside. He showed us the downstairs guest bathroom and mentioned it’s been down for 2 days. They had a plumber supposedly change the guts last week but he didn’t do a good job because the toilet continuously runs and the handle doesn’t lift the flapper. He had purchased a new fill valve thinking it needed to be changed but I mentioned it just needs adjusting. I showed him some options and he thought the minimum of $225 was too much.
On time, quality service, expert tech

Upon arrival customer thought he had a back up in kitchen sink. We tested 3 times to find there was no blockage. Valves under sink were updated to 1/4 turn shut offs recently. Further inspection customer had an old style gate valve as the main shut to home and it will have to be updated to a 1/4 turn ball valve. Estimate provided for update Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane

Was dispatched to call customer.

Upon arrival, customer informed me that she had water leaking from her ceiling on the second floor and water spots on the wall on both the second and first floors. Customer stated that she thinks there was a pipe that burst in the wall. Customer stated that she saw water coming out of a pipe draining down to an awning outside of her window. I advised customer I would run a leak diagnostic. After doing a thorough diagnostic, I determine that the cause of the water was the air conditioning unit in the attic on the second floor. The condensate line is leaking from somewhere or the pan is overflowing, which is causing water to spread. I checked pressure throughout the house to make sure that customer had a good flow rate. Advised owner via telephone that we would just be charging him a diagnostic fee, a small one and the emergency dispatch fee. Customer satisfied.
Excellent Service

Replaced deteriorated 2" P-trap assembly on shower drain line with new Schedule 40 PVC for improved flow and durability. Removed and replaced compromised 2 inch cast iron (Y-fitting) with a new fitting to restore proper drainage configuration. All connections secured using (5) heavy-duty no-hub couplings to ensure a watertight, code-compliant seal. Performed static (drop) test on shower system to verify integrity of all joints and confirm leak-free performance. System passed pressure test—no leaks observed.

Upon arrival customer wanted to add a laundry in her air b&b. There is no water supply close to area so we will have to tap the water from main valve in the back of home, the whole project relies on the location of the sewer. We presented an estimate to ran camera and locator. Customer declined. Further inspection water heater was from 2012 and will need to be updated in the near future. The main water shut off is old style gate valve with broken handle and will need to be updated to a 1/4 turn ball valve. Estimates provided for repairs. 954-310-1633 Epix Electrical Solutions Thank you for calling John The Plumber! We hope to hear from you soon -Shane

Upon arrival I was shown to a shower stoppage. After confirming it isn’t in the main line, an estimate to clear the shower stoppage with the drill snake and a bottle of bio one was agreed on. After I cleared the stoppage, I ran the shower for a while to ensure the line was clear and water was draining freely. I then presented the bottle of bio one and explained what it does and how often to use it for drain maintenance.
Kameron was very professional and informative

On arrival the customer showed me the tankless water heater and main emergency shutoff valve. I checked the breaker box for proper sizing as well as check for the drain line for the new tanked water heater tmp. I wrote up an estimate to put in a new water heater with water heater emergency shutoff valve and a permit. After presenting the estimate to the customer and going over the work I would be doing and the warranty that comes with it. The customer declined the estimate and stated they were quoted by another company $1300. They will call back if they would like to move forward because the estimate given by the company that quoted $1300 does not state any warranty or drain system.

Upon arrival we informed the customer of the membership visit and what it entailed. We recommended replacing the old multi turn emergency shutoff Valves and the old gate style laundry valves. Estimates has been sent to the customer and he’s gonna get back to us

Upon arrival customer showed me water heater that he had parts sent out from manufacturer to be installed Upon inspecting explained to customer, we would have remove water lines on top of water heater to make repairs. Honest guys which is unusual these days! Appreciate the honesty!!
Professional & Great service
Carl was great, friendly, professional and clear on the options.
Carl Robinson was probably the friendliest and most professional estimator I have ever encountered. However the job estimate was far higher than I expected. Will still keep looking for a more reasonable price.
Kameron is great. Attention to detail and very knowledgeable.
I reviewed Gary's work yester- day following the completion of the job! He was given a five star rating, as well as a glow- ing written review
I was in a difficult situation with a garbage disposal that hadn’t work-ed for several months. Gary - & his apprentice, Marquis - arrived on time & installed the new “Insinker-ator” that I had purchased at Home Depot quickly-& efficiently! I found both men to be capable - & courte-ous beyond words! Gary even pro-vided me with an estimate for a more involved “pending project” that I will be calling this company BACK to do within a week or two, as it was too involved to begin today - on “Fri., the 13th!” With a trip scheduled for Mon, the 16th, I resolved to trust the larger, more involved project to Gary’s (& Mar-quis’) capable hands when I return!
Polite Courteous Knowledgeable Honest
Excellent service
I have used this company for four years and have always been very satisfied with their service
Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re very happy to hear that we met your expectations!
Last time I called for plumbing work, the technicians pulled the toilet and resealed it. Did not repair it. I paid $200ish dollars. This time I supplied a new toilet they spent the same amount of time. Did essentially the same work and it was $875. 😳
River did a great job, took the time to educate me along the way, took care to clean up and recommended ways to avoid future problems.
The service tech arrived on time. He was able to install a new tankless water heater and a shower head in our guest bathroom. I was surprised on how fast he was able to get everything done. He made friends with my dog extremely happy with the service I got today.
I had a great experience from Missy who took my call and was able to get me on the schedule for the same day for my water heater so my family and I could have hot shower. Carl and Robert who were the technicians were fast, efficient and very professional. They swapped out my old water heater for a new one and everything was clean and working perfectly before they left. Missy was kind enough to give me a call the next day just to make sure I was satisfied with the service and that everything was working properly, I would highly recommend your company and team in the future.
Did not have the proper equipment to perform the work that was requested.
Great service just a bit pricey
