Upon arrival, customer showed me both toilets that were backing up. Customer explained to me that every time we come out, we clear the stoppage from the clean out in front of home gave customer option to clear stoppage. Customer also told me that when she has a stoppage both toilets leak told her we could pull and reset toilets so they would not leak anymore. Customer did not want to move forward with anything else other than clearing. Stop it also after clearing stoppage one shower was filling up and leaking from shower pan. Customer also did not want to do anything about that at this point Due to friends coming in for a couple of weeks. At this time stoppage is clear No warranty on stoppages

Upon arrival, we attempted to conduct a camera inspection to determine a suitable location for the installation of a cleanout. However, this attempt was unsuccessful due to the complex and irregular configuration of the piping system, which prevented the camera from advancing sufficiently. Furthermore, after performing a hydro-jetting procedure, we discovered that the kitchen drainage line has completely deteriorated along the bottom, leaving only sand in its place. We informed the customer of the immediate necessity to replace the kitchen line to restore proper functionality. Given the extent of deterioration, we also recommended replacing the existing cast iron piping for the bathroom while the excavation is underway to prevent future complications. The customer acknowledged our findings and agreed to proceed with the necessary replacements, pending receipt of a formal quote. After assessing the scope of work, we provided a quote that included both the shower pan and valve replacement, which the homeowner agreed to. She provided a deposit for the work to be scheduled in the future. Permit Information: The work is to be completed with a permit, and the quoted price includes the permitting process. We will begin the necessary steps to secure the permit before proceeding. Additional Findings: During our visit, we also inspected the homeowner’s water heater and found it to be beyond its recommended lifespan for replacement. Customer just a had an ECOSMART 27 installed with valve kit on 02.03.2025. Customer was having other work done within the home and an inspector flagged it due to it being to much amps for home. I gave an estimate to install a tanked water heater.

Upon arrival, the customer presented the issue—bathroom and kitchen sinks, as well as the laundry, backing up in the add-on section of the home. We determined that hydro jetting is the most effective solution. With the customer’s approval and signed estimate for the jetting service, we attempted to snake the line; however, we were unable to restore proper flow. We informed the customer that further assessment is necessary, and we will proceed with installing a cleanout to gain better access before completing the jetting process. The customer understands that this is not a guaranteed permanent solution but the best course of action to address the issue. They are available Tuesday after 10 AM and fully available on Wednesday to move forward with the necessary work."

Upon arrival, the customer required a water heater replacement due to a failed inspection and non-compliance with current code requirements. We removed the rusted, out-of-code unit and installed a brand-new Rheem 50-gallon water heater. To ensure full compliance, we properly routed the relief line into the drain pan. Additionally, we installed a switch box at no extra charge, as it was necessary to bring the system up to code. After completing the installation, we conducted a thorough inspection and tested the system for leaks, confirming that there were none.

Professional & Great service

Removed copper fridge line and replace with pex line to fix leak. Checked all work for leaks and function.

I came out today to replace the Eco Smart 27 with a new Eco Smart 27, along with a flush kit so the heater can be flushed once a year. After installing the new heater and flush kit I ran the hot side of the laundry hose bib to make sure that the new heater was functioning properly. I got hot water out of the hot side laundry hose bib, and the new heater is functioning properly.

I came out to flush the 8 year old eco smart tankless water heater. I went over options with the homeowner that it would be best to replace the current tankless water heater and add a flush kit. The homeowner agreed to replace the unit and add the flush kit. He will be putting down a 50% deposit today, and will call us to come back and install the new tankless water heater along with the flush kit this week.

Upon arrival I was shown to a toilet leaking from the tank not from the base. An estimate for a major toilet rebuild and pull and reset with the previous pull and reset credited as a courtesy was presented. Customer would like to think about it and will get back to us. The flush kit is a special order so if he signs the estimate we’ll have to order the part and perform the work when it comes

Carl Robinson was probably the friendliest and most professional estimator I have ever encountered. However the job estimate was far higher than I expected. Will still keep looking for a more reasonable price.

Upon arrival I was shown to a 10 year old tankless electric water heater. The customer and I agreed that it’s time to replace it. He also informed me that he’d like to install a dishwasher and I explained the scope of work to him and estimates has been sent over and we’re awaiting his decision

Upon arrival hose bib was cracked at female adapter from copper to pvc. We replaced female adapter with pvc coupling, and change the conversion of pipe to a brass female adapter. Reason for break was due to spacing from the wall to the pipe. We put rubber shims from wall to two hole strap to alleviate this issue from happening again. Tested for leaks and hose bib is operating as it should. We apologize for the inconvenience and any other plumbing issues we will be glad to help. Customer satisfaction is our number one concern!

I was in a difficult situation with a garbage disposal that hadn’t work-ed for several months. Gary - & his apprentice, Marquis - arrived on time & installed the new “Insinker-ator” that I had purchased at Home Depot quickly-& efficiently! I found both men to be capable - & courte-ous beyond words! Gary even pro-vided me with an estimate for a more involved “pending project” that I will be calling this company BACK to do within a week or two, as it was too involved to begin today - on “Fri., the 13th!” With a trip scheduled for Mon, the 16th, I resolved to trust the larger, more involved project to Gary’s (& Mar-quis’) capable hands when I return!

On arrival the 1/2 hp disposal on the right side of the double bowl kitchen sink is frozen. Removed and Installed owners supplied 3/4 disposal. Ran tested good. Gave estimate to install owners supplied kitchen faucet.

On arrival hall bath and master bath three handle tub and shower valve. Leaking in wall when Diverter is turned on. Gave estimate to replace hall bath and master bath valve to moen single handle tub and shower valve with repair plate and trim.

Came out today to diagnose a constant drip coming from the tub spout I explained the cartridge is the failed part causing the constant drip we removed and replaced the cartridge and tested extensively to ensure the constant drip is fixed. In master bathroom we cleaned out the stopper under sink and cleaned a bunch of hair and gunk and than tested sink extensively to ensure proper drainage and no leaks.

Upon arrival i checked the power to the tankless water heater, 240 volts were coming in. When I checked the voltage on the elements, it was 0. I know power is being provided to the water heater but it’s not receiving the power. I contacted my manager who informed me that the tankless titan water heater was under contract , and he would send me a new tankless water heater out to me . Once the water heater arrived I turned off the power and water installed the new titan tankless water heater model # N-120. I turned back on the water to the house and electric then test the new water heater. I water was now getting hot and the customer was happy.

Last time I called for plumbing work, the technicians pulled the toilet and resealed it. Did not repair it. I paid $200ish dollars. This time I supplied a new toilet they spent the same amount of time. Did essentially the same work and it was $875. 😳

The service tech arrived on time. He was able to install a new tankless water heater and a shower head in our guest bathroom. I was surprised on how fast he was able to get everything done. He made friends with my dog extremely happy with the service I got today.
